It was my 2nd stay and my experience was good and pick up from hotel and drop of was great. I did observe that one of the days the bin in the bathroom was not cleaned and one glass in the bathroom was only cleaned once during my 4 day stay. Everything else was good

We arrived late at night before going on safari. The bathroom door was closed and upon opening it there was an incredibly strong smell of drains and rotten eggs. It then spread into the room. It was extremely unpleasant and this gave us the impression that the hotel was dirty and we were reluctant to eat breakfast the next morning as we were worried about the hygiene standards across the hotel.
