Our guests, who traveled from Morocco and Egypt on their first visit to Kenya, left with such a positive impression , a true testament to the exceptional hospitality extended by the Mövenpick team. One of the most impressive aspects of working with the hotel was their flexibility and responsiveness to last-minute changes. In the travel industry, adjustments are sometimes inevitable, and their willingness to accommodate new requests with efficiency and grace truly made a difference. Their professionalism gave us confidence and ensured our guests felt valued and well taken care of throughout their stay. The service extended to our Curated Compass guests was exceptional. From arrival to departure, the team demonstrated warmth, attentiveness, and a genuine commitment to excellence. Every interaction reflected a high standard of hospitality.
