Staff were professional and helpful. Room was clean and well equipped except maybe needed a sauté pan and a shelf in the bathroom.

We booked a weekend in Glasgow to visit a few venues and the apartment was well kitted out and comfortable. The hand soap dispenser didn’t work and there was no shower gel or soap but that was a very minor thing compared to our overall experience. The staff soon rectified this.
