No heating in the room. Reported twice. First time was told someone would be up to fix it, never turned up. Next day was told no maintenance workers in until the following day when due to leave.

Loved it. Very comfortable and central. Had the apartment with kitchen with one v large double and the sofa converted into another double. Sofa was easy to convert and put back every day. Kitchen was stocked will everything you need (except oven but that’s the norm). Staff were fab. No issues at all just a great stay in a great location to explore the city

Check in was easy. We arrived early and room wasn't ready but they stored our bags for us which was great. When we arrived back later in the day, the lady that checked us in was amazing. She acknowledged it was near our daughter's 5th birthday and spent time chatting to us. The room was nice, spacious and clean and had good amenities to make breakfast etc. The location is very central with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby.
