Great location for our stay. Room was a good size, with plenty of useful things, ie hairdryer, iron, well equipped kitchenette. The bed was a bit on the firm side for me, but ok. The pillows were horrible and lumpy. Staff were friendly, check in straightforward. On the whole, we had a great stay and would stay here again.

Along with my wife and dog, Zak we had a lovely few days here. The cost for the dog was very reasonable compared to some Accor hotels which want to charge as much as £25 a night. The room was clean, well appointed and had a small kitchen. The staff were attentive and very helpful. The breakfast choice was comprehensive and well laid out. It was a very short walk to the 2 main Christmas events in Glasgow as well as the city centre and Queen St station. We could park outside with a blue badge and left the car there for 3 days. We would use this hotel again.

I am writing to you following an experience that I can describe, without exaggeration, as deeply disappointing, unacceptable, and far below any standard expected from an Accor-branded property. What I encountered during my stay does not meet even the most basic level of hospitality and is completely inconsistent with the quality Accor is known for worldwide. First of all, upon entering the room, we were met with a terrible sewage smell coming from the kitchen sink and the bathroom, which created an unpleasant and unacceptable first impression. However, it is worth mentioning that the staff member immediately changed the room for us. During my stay, I faced several issues that simply cannot be overlooked: • A near-total absence of hotel services, leaving the guest to handle everything on their own. • Being forced to go down to reception personally just to obtain towels and tissues, which is entirely unacceptable and unworthy of any reputable hotel. • Not a single bottle of water provided in the room, even though this is a basic element of guest hospitality. • An extremely poor breakfast, lacking quality, variety, or anything that could reasonably be considered a proper hotel meal. As a member of the Accor program, and someone who has stayed at many of your hotels across different countries, I have never encountered this level of negligence, poor organization, and lack of service. What I experienced here does not reflect the standards on which Accor has built its international reputation. To be completely clear: I will not recommend this hotel to anyone, under any circumstances, and I will share my experience openly, as it does not represent the true Accor standards in any way. Stayed for 2 nights over the weekend and we all enjoyed throughly. Felt safe, secure and comfortable. Quiet & conveniently located next to Glasgow Central and a short walk away from Queen Street Station. Highly recommend and we will be returning.

Strange set up, having booked 4 people for one night but expected to pull out and make up beds and put covers on duvets and pillows. Tried calling reception when bedding was missing but no response and no interest when we went downstairs to see them.
