This was our second stay. We really appreciate the convenience of the kitchenettes and the location close to the train, subway, shopping, groceries, etc. Everything you would need is within walking distance. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortably firm. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

The apartment was very spacious and clean, and the hotel staff that I came into contact with were friendly and helpful. However, the two TVs in my apartment did not fully work. The Chromecast feature was not connected to the hotel WiFi so did not work with my device and the TV in the bedroom did not work at all and would not even load terrestrial channels. The freezer compartment door in the fridge was broken and there was also a broken door stop in the bathroom. Despite mentioning the issues the TVs were not fixed during my stay. The breakfast was ok, but not as much choice of hot foods as you would expect and the scrambled eggs were tasteless and bland (tasted like powdered eggs).

Few exceptional Receptionist (I wish a remember the name ) , a very spacious room filled with every first necessity items. Bed nice and sturdy , Kitchenette in pristine condition. Breakfast sensational loved the fruit salad and yogurt. Downside the shower were not cleaned at all hair every where on wall and floor , Policy for Nespresso capsule incredible useless especially if you stay only couple of day. Necessity to prove that there was no hairdryer in the room

It would be a 10/10 for me aside for a couple of minor things. This is pretty common in Europe now but I dislike having a body wash/shampoo combo and no conditioner. Give me conditioner please. Secondly the pillows are all quite firm and, for me, uncomfortable. Lastly, you get two free nespresso pods, not per day, total. We were there 4 days, and had to pay one pound sterling for each additional pod. Pretty chintzy for what you pay to stay there. Luckily, there's a nespresso store nearby. The hotel I'm in now, tops up my nespresso daily, and milk and cookies, which I've just eaten, thank you very much. And I have conditioner and shampoo separately as well as body wash. That's what I like. And my pillows are heavenly. So I think Aparthotel could do a little better. Also the lighting is quite dim. It's hard to put makeup on, as the lighting is very low. Oh and they supply you with dishwasher tabs but no dish soap. They do have laundry machines, which is fabulous, a great little gym and the units are very nice and clean. The staff are also excellent.

Location feels unsafe, reception is like walking into a hostel, the bed was the most uncomfortable I've ever slept in and the room was hot and had no fresh air or ability to change the heat settings from the room.
