We were disappointed after paying just under £400 for the night that we had to make up our own beds and even put the covers on the duvets for the fold out bed and sofa bed. The place was clean but given we had paid that much would have expected slightly more for it.

Overall nice & clean hotel. Staff friendly. Room/apartment was spacious & clean. Only negatives were funny smell located on our floor, the layout of the room didn’t work, mirror behind the hallway door, lack of mirrors/area to do hair/make up (mum with 2 daughters) & lastly sofa bed not made up had to fully pull out & make up sheets/duvet etc although the booking was for 3 people

It's a nice new-looking hotel with everything shiny and spotless BUT there were problems which we reported and these were not fixed. No TV - just a message that there was no input signal. I tried retuning it on several different bands but no luck. Reported it on the first night of two but it wasn't fixed. Turns out there was a problem with the TV service provider. Weak shower - the water was pulsing, hard to get wet, not enjoyable. Reported it on the first morning and assured that it would be looked at but it wasn't fixed. Rock hard beds. A matter of personal preference of course, but still, hard to get a decent sleep. Reception suggested that next time I ask for a mattress topper, which is good to know.
