I arrived early on an overnight flight, so had to wait a half-hour to check-in, so they upgraded me to a larger apartment. It exceeded expectations. So nice to have a full kitchen and be able to cook whatever one wants in one's own place. Great location less than a block from the river & main shopping pedestrian area. The nearby Trongate neighborhood is also a powerhouse of creative innovation. Front-desk staff was very helpful. Windows could have been much larger, but that's an architectural issue that's nearly impossible to change now. Bed was firm, but it was all right for a few nights. I had a great 3 days/nights here in Glasgow; if I had know ahead of time, I would have definitely arranged to stay much longer. Front-desk is staffed 24/7. I asked them for an early-morning wake-up call, and they remembered and nicely knock on my door the next morning at the requested time. Would definitely recommend this place.
