Hotel room was clean but unfortunately cold staff very efficient tried to sort heating bur didn't work so gave us a heater which was ok but room never really very hot breakfast had plenty of choice did have a bit of a wait for some hot items but overall stay was enjoyable and hotel staff very friendly and helpful would stay again

I had to wear my clothes to bed, Freezing cold, icy air roaring in my ears. Heating did not work, checked controls with reception. Unbelievable noise not drowned out by earplugs. Worst Ibis I have ever stayed in. Staff were pleasant but nothing could be done.
