Love this Hotel this is our 3rd stay in a year. Very good location for the city centre. The staff are so helpful and friendly. The beds are very comfortable and the decoration represents Glasgow perfectly.

Great location and comfortable stay. Accessible room made it easier. Only hotel so far to have an actual PEEP form to record evacuation assistance needed - very reassuring. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Food was good too.

The staff were friendly and helpful for our stay. We have a good check-in experience. Our room was a bit awkward in shape but well equipped for a mini break. The wi-fi worked well and the room was clean. We enjoyed our drink in the bar and breakfast was a good standard with plenty of choice.
