Three nights for business. Staff were really helpful and friendly. Was pleased to see the lack of single use plastics at breakfast - well done! Room was inward facing, so nice and quiet. Air con worked fine. A good stay all round.

Ideal central location. Guy on check-in efficient and helpful but could have been friendlier. Room quiet, with very comfortable bed. Some noise from plumbing but didn't affect sleep. Great decor in rooms with local theme. Rooms would benefit from a safe. Odd lift call system - only one call button for both up & down meaning lifts stop unnecessarily. Reasonable cold & hot selections for breakfast considering it is a hotel nearer the budget end of hotels than luxury. Would very happily stay here again.
