We had a great weekend it's not the 1st time we have stayed at this hotel. This time we asked to extend by 1 night and the staff could not have been more helpful to sort it out. Many thanks to the staff that helped unfortunately I forgot to take their names.

I stayed for 2 nights and the staff were always very friendly and welcoming. I needed an early breakfast and this wasn’t a problem for them. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

I stayed here for three days and 2 nights. Was there attending a conference. The room was clean and well maintained. Overall satisfied with the room. It just did not have trash plastics/bag to throw away trash. The place also did not have a microwave oven to heat up cold food which I brought with me as I checked in quite late at night.

great location

very good location for train station or bus station easy walk to both. also easy walk to the OVO hydro which was the reason we stayed. the check in was ok but the woman we had was a little rude. the room was comfortable and nice the TV had great channels on and also could link phone to it. the room was a little chilly but warmed up quick when the heater went on. our key got de programed at the scanners but the people at the desk were really good about it and re programmed it then and there. worth the price just for its location.
