This was my first time travelling and staying in a hotel alone, so I was quite nervous about the whole trip. However the hotel staff were wonderful and helped me feel much less anxious about my stay! I was initially put in a room with a window facing a wall, which was not ideal as I'm claustrophobic - when I asked, the staff quickly moved me to a different room where my window faced the street. I felt heard and seen and that was really nice. The facilities were lovely, bed was comfortable, and the bar and breakfast was delicious! x

I was staying here after a theatre show as I needed to be in the city centre early the next morning - it was very handy for the Kings theatre. The room was clean, with plenty of power supplies, free view smart tv, kettle and hairdryer. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was bright and clean with a good (and spacious) shower. Staying on a Sunday night, it was quiet outside and I got a great nights sleep.
