Dear Jamie B., Thank you for taking the time to tell us about your experience at the ibis budget Glasgow. I am sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations; please allow me to express my sincerest apologies. We take the allegations of bed bugs very seriously, we get regular treatment for to prevent this & can confirm, we have not had any outbreak of this. The lift is being refurbished, however, we still have two functioning lifts. I do not see any damage charge on your invoice, the rooms are not damaged, these are regularly checked for any maintenance concerns.
