Room was nice and clean. 3rd bed was a bit uncomfortable and room was overall quite small. Tube station was 15 minutes walk from hotel. Area is nice and secure with nice restaurants abd shops.

Disappointing breakfast experience

when booking i could not get a description of the breakfast. When I google IBIS breakfast it came up with a cooked breakfast so I ordered it. When I went for breakfast the only option was continental- I did not have breakfast!

Basic room with bunk beds, was a little bit disappointed with regards to the size and didn't expect the shower to be located in the actual bedroom (right next to the bed) there was also a sign in the shower advising us not to be in the shower too long as the smoke alarm would go off... You can hear everything in the room next door, breakfast wasn't a hot breakfast was just generic cheese/ham, bread/toast fruit and yog so not worth paying £8 pp, per day. Our remote for the telly didn't work. Besides from the room giving prison cell vibes the staff were lovely and friendly, cleaners very polite & the hotel in general was tidy. Probably wouldn't stay here again as it cost us over £600 for 4 nights and that's purely because a festival was on, I noticed it was over £200 cheaper off peak so we are gutted about price.

Stay29379291427 Couples - TripAdvisor review

We stayed one night as we were at a concert that ended late. When we arrived, the receptionists were very accommodating and ensured that everything was done correctly. Took us through the elevator mechanisms etc., the room was perfect for what we paid and the night we spent there. The parking was free no matter how long you stay. It is in a retail park which made food very easy to get [Nandos/Chaiwalla/Costa]. Would definitely use this again. Only 30mins minutes away from Glasgow Green
