Rooms are always clean and beds comfortable. I have stayed there several times when going to a gig over in the OVO. This visit however was a little dissapointing as there were not many choices of drinks and the fridges were all locked up. I had to wait ages for the pizza we ordered only to find out it was a Goodfellas pizza we paid £12 for. When we ordered a bottle of wine they said there was only 1 warm bottle but they checked and found a cold one. There were no wine glasses and we were given 2 pint glasses. Not amazing service. So left dissapointed.

Good location for concerts etc as a short walk to hydro. Free parking is a plus and in a retail park with a nandos, Hollywood bowl etc and a tesco express on the road behind. Only small thing is the shower opens straight into the room so not ideal privacy wise if staying with anyone you're not super close with.

I travelled with an elderly friend who has a physical disability, we had a twin room. The room in itself was fine however all the bathroom stuff! There was absolutely no privacy, he was extremely embarrassed and I for him. Space capsule for a shower then you exited into the bedroom area, I'd have been mortified had it been my mother. The price was excellent but I had no idea the bathroom area was set out like this and for that reason I probably wouldn't book again.

Budget hotel. Was reasonably clean. problems with Shower and heating. i eventually requested to be moved due to heating not working int he room. Overall was a reasonable stay.
