Bed rock hard and lumpy, Quilt way too thin. No tea and coffee or kettle in room, no storage space a toilet in a room the size of a shoe box. I paid for 2 breakfasts which I took to be full English at £9.80 each only to find out it was for a croissant and a coffee. That's not breakfast and was told by Staff would pass my email on to the manager with the authority to grant a refund for the breakfasts. I'm still waiting. Free WiFi was useless as I couldn't get on line as their website was wipe open to all sorts of nasties. I thought the price was fair until we got there and experienced it. It's not an experience I would want to repeat. In fact, I'm thinking about asking for a full refund the service and quality were that bad.

I would like to clarify a few points: - The rooms and facilities are as stated on our website, this includes the toilet space as well as the tea/coffee facilities (which we offer at reception). - You did pre-pay for two breakfasts but at a cost of £7 per person, not the £9.80 you stated. We do offer a continental only and do not advertise a full cooked breakfast as no Ibis Budget offers this. - The General Manager does not contact guest's directly, It would be myself who responds to any concerns raised with the hotel directly i.e. refunds. - You paid a total of 58.63 including breakfast, I believe this is a fair rate & I can guarantee you wouldn't be able to stay anywhere else in Glasgow for this price. Stayed for 1 night for a gig. Staff were always on hand and very helpful. Had the best nights sleep I've had in a long time and the showers are great 🙂
