Tried to check in at 3pm. Was told room not available. Sat waiting, nobody approached me for an update so I went up to the desk to ask again. They managed to change my room so I could check in (not sure why this couldn't have been done straight away as check in time is 3pm and lots of other guests were heading to their rooms as I sat waiting in reception). Following getting into my room, about 10 minutes later, a cleaner walked into my room whilst I was getting showered. Obviously I was really uncomfortable asked them to leave. They lingered instead and asked if I needed anything whilst standing their with no trousers on for everyone in the corridor to see. So not the best check in experience. Everything else was okay.
