I understand that this hotel is a budget hotel and I stayed in Ibis Hotels in Germany and Italy. But this one doesn’t fullfill the basic needs. The sink and bath is located in the middle of the room. The breakfast is so inefficient. For example, there was honey, but no paper small cups to take honey. Tissue is not provided evenif I asked. Coffee machine exist but not in use. During check-in my credit card details requested which I don’t fully understand. Because breakfast already included and no additional service provided in the room. I think the facility is not managed properly.

We do not have paper cups for honey as we have bowls. We do have coffee sachets, the coffee machine was out of order for one day due to an issue with this, we did have coffee available though. We take credit card details as a guarantee as there can be extra charges made to the room or incidentals. This is mentioned at the time of booking. The room was basic but practical, and staff were very welcoming. The only one disappointment was no kettle or tea making facilities within the room.
