The room was cozy, bed was comfortable and nice to tuck into. Coffee machine, drink sachets of abundant choices were provided. Limited selection of TV programs, could be improved with international channels added. Breakfast choices could also be enhanced.

Housekeeping kept on top of the room and amenities every day too, which is good to hear. On the TV channels, every room has Chromecast, so you can cast straight from your own phone or tablet and get any channel or app you'd normally watch at home, rather than being limited to what's preloaded on the set. Worth trying next time. The breakfast spread staying the same each day is fair criticism too. We'll share this with the food and beverage team, though glad the pastries and sauteed mushrooms landed well for you. Sorry the WiFi gave you trouble, both the connection speed and the ease of getting online. That's not the experience we want and we'll get it looked at. Good to hear the refillable shower amenities came across the way we intended, cutting down on waste while still keeping things practical. Thanks again for staying with us. I have been visiting this hotel every other week for a few months now for work and I have noticed that little things have changed and I don't feel as valued as before. The Complimentary drinks and snack for a 5 day stay is no longer a thing for me it seems (I have seen housekeeping still doing this for other guests). Also I have been getting the small room now where you can't even fit your small travel bag on the shelf in the hanging space. The lifts have a quirkyness about them that can frustrate the first time stayers when getting to your room. I have had to help with giving their operations updates on things that need to be fixed, which they do get onto quickly. Overall the hotel is modern and comfortable.

On the room, I understand the frustration with the storage space, and I'll flag it so we look at what's available for regular guests like yourself. The lifts are a known quirk for first-time guests, and something we're working through. Good to hear Asama and the rest of reception have kept things personal for you each visit, that matters. As my stay was for a week I would’ve appreciated more water in my room.

Being charged for an upgrade that never happened, plus a complimentary drink you shouldn't have paid for, is not a coincidence I can wave off, that's two billing errors on one stay. Please reach out to the hotel directly with your reservation details and I will get both corrected. On the TV, we do have Chromecast available in-room, so YouTube, Netflix and anything else can be cast straight from your own device. Sorry that wasn't made clear during your stay, I'll make sure it's pointed out at check-in going forward. Staff are lovely! Pool area is small but does the job. The food is incredible! Loved it. Only downside is the state of the chairs and couches- covered in stains so it looks a little uninviting.

We had such a lovely stay at The Adnate Perth for my boyfriend’s birthday celebration! All the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always greeted us with a smile. The manager was so thoughtful and surprised us with some lovely birthday gifts, including cakes and wine, which made the celebration even more special. The reception team also took the time to wish him a happy birthday, which was such a sweet touch. The room was very neat, clean, and comfortable. We truly appreciated how everyone went above and beyond to make his birthday memorable. Thank you to the whole team for making our stay so special! We would absolutely love to come back again!

After staying with you prior - we had certain expectations, which fell short. The beds were not comfortable (you could feel the join between the twins) So really shouldnt advertise these as King Beds. Once room had slippers, the other didn't. The only times we required room service - it was not available. Overall an average hotel which we will probably not stay at again.

On the bed, you're right to call that out. Twin beds joined to form a king should feel seamless, and if you could feel the join, that's on us to fix. The inconsistency with slippers between your two rooms shouldn't have happened either. We'll pass both along to housekeeping. Room service not being available when you needed it is a fair miss and we'll flag that with the team. On water and ice, it can be delivered to your room on request through reception or room service, we'll make sure that's communicated more clearly on arrival so guests don't need to go looking for it themselves.
