Terrible service. I went down to the front desk to ask for a toothbrush, but the staff couldn't find one and told me they would deliver it to my room once they did. I waited in my room for 30 minutes and got nothing, so I had to go downstairs again. This time, another staff member just pulled a toothbrush out of a drawer and handed it to me. What exactly was I waiting for during those 30 minutes?

I completely understand your frustration. Having been advised that an item would be delivered to your room, only to wait and then have to return to reception yourself, is not the level of service we aim to provide. We should have either delivered the item as promised or communicated with you promptly if there was a delay. Your comments have been shared with our team so we can review what occurred and ensure we provide a more responsive and consistent experience in the future. Great Stay/Warm Staff/Great location Hats off to Sujosh at the front desk. First person we encountered after a long flight - very understanding and personable. Wish I took or noted more names down - at the restaurant the staff person serving on the AM we checked in (Caucasian male). Similarly Viv and another manager. Expected indifferent big city service, but was happy to be proven wrong. Was lucky to be assigned a high floor, large room. Rooms could use more task & lighting in general. Furniture is a bit on the sparse side.
