Comfortable - rooms are tired I paid a lot for a room with a poor view - $465

Lovely checkin - lady in the pink coat was extremely helpful and lovely. Room was beautiful however we were asked if we wanted the hot tub topped up on Saturday morning and we said yes. Arrived back Sat evening and it was not topped up and it was 22 degrees. Maintenance guy came and he was obviously not happy as he was about to go home. Stated it was fixed and it was not. No hot tub on the Saturday night.
