Always a lovely stay at The Johnson. Staff are very courteous and efficient. The hotel is very clean and comfortable and close to great cafes and restaurants. There is also a supermarket close by. An easy walk up and over the hill into the city, or there is a free bus that runs regularly. Would highly recommend.

It is always a pleasure staying at The Johnson. The room I had this time, however, was not the best, so I wouldn't want to stay in that one again as I frequent The Johnson. It was quite noisy from the outside at night, being at the edge of the building. The bathroom basin was not draining properly and there were ants present in and around the side window next to the bed. The blinds do not block out the light sufficiently in the early mornings either on that same window and it also wasn't particularly private with the balcony curtains open.

Great space with two bedrooms. Room did lack a clean feel and smell. Could do with a freshening.
