We’re truly sorry to hear that your experience didn’t meet your expectations, especially regarding the pool closure, which was not ideal during your stay. We understand how disappointing it can be when amenities are unavailable, and we appreciate your understanding. We also apologize for the cleanliness issues you mentioned and the inconvenience of being placed on the car park level. We’ll ensure our housekeeping team addresses these concerns and performs more thorough checks, including dusting and cleaning all areas thoroughly. Regarding the balcony door, it is locked for security purposes but can be easily unlocked using the switch on the door. We apologize for any confusion and will make sure our team communicates this more clearly in the future.
