We arrived early and was able to check in early which was great. The service was excellent and the facilities were great. We got a studio room and it was spacious and clean. Loved the two individual sinks in the bathroom. Close to the CBD (about 15-20mins walk)

The hotel was well located for my visit to St Andrews Hospital. There is a free local bus service to take you into the city if required. Cafe's and restaurants are all within walking distance. The staff at the hotel were very helpful.

The hotel is looking a bit tired. Carpets are stained. Walls need painting and doors are marked. The rooms themselves are very nice still.
