Staff who clean rooms require much more training and supervision. They do a very scant job with no sweeping for over a week. They simply make bed, provide new towels and replenish tea/coffee. Had to ask for more body wash from reception. Reception staff also need training in professionalism. There were no trained staff to address proper disposal of broken glass in our room on a Saturday evening. One employee with a dirty mop who admitted he did not know what to do is not the standard one might expect at Peppers.

All your staff from housekeeping to front of house incredibly charming and friendly. Work on your housekeeping. Our apartment on check in really needed a thorough inspection throughout. Outside table top was dirty and we cleaned it, bannister of pool barrier was dirty, tops of outside lights need cleaning. Under couches inside had not been vacuumed. Garden needs work ie. mulch the area. Debris in the pool an issue but hard to manage

Holiday with my Mum, top floor apartment was lovely, there can be a lot of echoing/noise from the pool area and other balconies though.

Booked a one bedroom suite hoping for lagoon view as on a previous stay. Was given a suite overlooking road close to a noisy car park exit gate/ramp. Complained on arrival and again the following day & was told not possible to move. This suite was a totally different experience to a lagoon view and yet the same tariff!

We had a spa room and it was very comfortable and a great place to come home to. spa was a little bit open to prevailing conditions and would have been good to have a screen that went further over. Staff were very helpful and accommodating. The restaurant menu at dinner was pretty limited and the decor could do with a bit of a spruce up to give it a more attractive ambience as a dining option but food was good. Would definitely make this a destination of choice when we re-visit

Very good location and pool area nice but rooms are pretty tired. The one restaurant bar area is pretty basic and needs an upgrade. Aircon stopped working but moved to another room. Overall not great value for the rate paid even as an Accor member.

We booked via Booking.Com where the pictures showed our room with a balcony view of the pool. We were advised there was 98% occupancy and that the supervisor would try and relocate us later in our stay. We never received any further communication but it actually turned out we had been upgraded to a Penthouse Suite with a garden view but reception never told us we had been upgraded. In the end we loved the extra space of the Penthouse suite and the all day sun so preferred it to a pool view.

Loved the room, the hotel facilities, location and the pool. The staff were friendly and helpful. The tv in the room was in need of an update to a smart tv that could play streaming services.

comfortable, helpful staff - but housekeeping needs to be better - mopping and vacuuming and basic cleaning seems very lax - Also the suite we stayed in is getting tired especially in the bathroom
