sound asleep and padded head board on my side of bed fell off smashing glass all over floor knocking lamp flying at three in the morning. Told staff in morning said glass everywhere and we had cleaned floor as much as we could but needed vacuuming came back to room head board fixed but shards of glass still everywhere. Staff indifferent to the fact that i had been frightened awake at three in the morning and had not been able to go back to bed. Never seemed to be a senior managment staff member to talk to about this.
