We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay at Peppers. The hotel accommodation and facilities are excellent. Staff is friendly, helpful and professional. The location is wonderful, a block back from beautiful four mile beach and a five minute walk to an array of restaurants, bars & shops. Highly recommended.

We really enjoyed our stay, beautiful hotel within walking distance to Macrossan Street. Rooms are beautifully decorated and ours had access straight on to the pool - which was stunning.

I noticed attention to detail everywhere and the staff were not just happy, but engaging and clearly well trained. The whole complex looks so good and enjoyed standing on the balcony every evening looking out to beautiful pool all lit up and there were always staff cleaning and available to help. It made the holiday very complete and satisfying. Whoever is the manager of this place deserves a medal.

The desk staff and wait staff were pleasant and kind…that is where the pleasantries end. Our room was never properly cleaned…rubbish was left behind, the hot tub was not cleaned. We visited the beach area one time. It only took ten minutes for the music to stop and EVERY guest to leave the area. Even our driver suggested that we walk to the public beach down the street. Why should we have WALKED DOWN THE STREET TO THE BEACH AFTER HAVING PAID AN EXORBITANT AMOUNT FOR A FACILITY WITH A PRIVATE ONE??? We remained at the beach area in silence and alone. I have timed photography to support what I just wrote. It was not disclosed by anyone that people of color are not welcome at this establishment. Our experience was NOT the luxury experience we were promised. The treatment we received was NOT EVEN CLOSE TO COMPATIBLE with the price that we paid. I titled this “lack of transparency” in the hope of helping someone else to avoid the experience that we had. Thank you so much for giving us the opportunity to share our hearts.

In terms of your room, I sincerely apologise for the cleanliness issues you experienced. This is certainly not the standard we aim for, and I will address this with our housekeeping team to ensure better attention to detail in the future.
