As we are annual visitors every year we specifically requested a room away from the kitchen/reception. When we arrived we told we had been allocated a room near right next door to reception 220.We requested a change and was advised that this was not possible.Having paid 10k to stay at Peppers and being repeat customers over many years we thought we may have received better treatment.We are Gold Accor members thank you.

When we arrived we were welcomed by an unexpected surprise when we were informed that you upgraded our room. What we found was an amazing unit with all the facilities needed and above. Our unit was attended regularly to find it spotless with fresh towels. The guys at KoKo were magnificent especially the chef who used to have a short conversation with my son. The food was first class with vast variety to chose from. The resort is situated in a very prominent position close to the shops and restaurants and the Marina. There is nothing that I can fault and I will recommend the resort to anyone. My two daughters recommend Peppers for us and I am glad we made that choice. Thank you for making our short stay worthwhile.

Overall a pleasant stay. However the lights just outside the bedroom kept us awake, no way to darken the room any further. Peoples doors slamming during the night not great either. Also a few maintenance issues.

The team in reception and the restaurant were great efficient, friendly nothing too much trouble. The rooms are shabby housekeeping hit and miss and surprised that a 5 star hotel doesn't provide the usual bathroom amenities such as shower caps without asking for them.

We had to make a late booking because our original accommodation cancelled our booking with three weeks notice (they had to close for urgent maintenance). Our stay at Peppers exceeded our expectations . We'll be back next year.

Very relaxing next to the pool. The room was great. Great staff. The only thing I would say on the down side our deck area was not cleaned. The deck chairs were not cleaned so we couldn’t use them. Bird poo all over them.

Great... being on the 3rd floor with no lift for bags was a challenge. But the room was great and location was excellent. Enjoyed the break. Breakfast was also very good.

Good location,lovely pool,great bed. Too expensive for what it is. There were a few people placing belongings on lounge chairs in the pool area approx. 7.30AM every morning, going away and returning a number of times during the day until around 4.00PM. This made it difficult for us to use the pool.

The room was comfortable but we were a little disappointed at not being upgraded. We know that this is subject to availability but we also knew that this could have been accommodated. We had to change rooms as my husband was unable to go up and down stairs to the 3rd floor multiple times per day. We were moved and given a much smaller apartment looking over the street. We had dinner the first evening and then ate elsewhere or cooked ourselves. Breakfast is a bit dull, after a few days of exactly the same lukewarm food it let the hotel down. The dining area is to small and the constant wind cools food rapidly. While we enjoyed our stay we would not come back. Staff were excellent, very kind and helpful throughout our visit.

We had a wonderful stay at Peppers. The accommodation was beautiful, the staff were lovely and incredibly helpful, and the location was perfect. It was an easy walk to the main street, restaurants and shops, while still being tucked away enough that it was lovely and quiet in the evenings. The only issue we encountered was with the hot water in our two-bedroom apartment. Unfortunately, for the first few nights there was no running hot water during the afternoons and evenings, which made it difficult to bath and shower our young children at the end of the day. Thankfully, the issue was eventually resolved.

The stay at the hotel was fine. The staff were friendly and helpful. The big thing that let them down and caused a lower than excellent rating was the housekeeping. Generally, the housekeepers needed reminding to empty the bins, top up the coffee, etc. and rarely swept or cleaned the floors which accumulated sand from the pool area.

Location wise the hotel is great. The room itself was also lovely but very loud. You could literally hear everyone coming home all through the night, you could also hear a lot of furniture above us being moved, the walls must be very thin. The breakfast was lovely and Id return just for that.

I advised the shower had no hot water. This was acknowledged by the person at reception. Why would you give a room without hot water to a platinum member. Let alone an ordinary customer! I was advised that the manager would ring me to discuss recompense. I have heard from no-one. I’ll be creating a very negative review on Google.
