We (4 adults) stayed 10 night in a 2 BEDROOM LAGOON DELUXE SUITE. Pricing is very premium and although the rooms are lovely we didn't feel they reflected the high price charged. Kitchen cooking implements and crokery were very limited (no large plates or platters, one plastic chip bowl but no salad bowls etc). For $400+ per night per room it sets an expectation for the rooms that isn't met. This is made up for by the wonderful lagoon pool. One issue was that the step into the pool from the lagoon pontoon is too steep. We had a 71-year-old staying with us who had to walk around to the shallow section each time she wanted to swim (defeating the purpose of paying for a lagoon room). I mentioned this to the staff, and they were more than helpful offering to hire a set of steps if they could and explaining about the individual body corporate arrangements. The owners of these units should consider amending the steps as the steep step into the pool could cause knee injuries etc. Your staff are very accommodating, and the resort is lovely and well maintained. We would love to come back but will probably look at other options as well as the high price is a deterrent (although you look to be well booked so obviously its not hindering things too much). We really did love our stay here and had a wonderful break hence the score of 9. If we could afford it we would do it all the time :)
