My experience was good but not perfect. What let my experience down was lack of communication between the staff. I arrived before check in time so understandably my room wasn’t ready so I was told I would receive a phone call which I didn’t. I was out at the pool waiting and it started to pour rain. The only cover I could get was to go into the women’s toilet and wait 20 minutes before the rain eased slightly. By the time I got to reception I was drenched and the reception staff had changed over for the afternoon so either the previous staff member didn’t leave a message for me to be called or that staff member didn’t bother to call me to let me know my room was ready. Also I had my own door stop in my room which was taken by a cleaner, I called reception twice and was told it would be returned to me but it never was. I didn’t take it any further as I left early the next morning. Just a few things that could be improved and then my stay would have been perfect. Other than that my room was beautiful and spacious 218. The pool area is fantastic and I liked that I didn’t get my room serviced for one day ( my choice) and received a $20 credit, great idea. Besides a few hiccups I had an extremely relaxing stay. Thanks

I stayed one night here at the Pullman and the staff was extremely helpful and accomodating and the pool is really lovely, however the breakfast was a let down with minimal options and as someone who is gluten free there were no gf options to choose from .
