I stayed at the Pullman's Sea Temple in Port Douglas for 7 nights in one of their 2 bedroom penthouse appartments, and it was the most wonderful experience! The apartment was breathtakingly beautiful and I loved the rooftop entertainment with its private bbq and jacuzzi. The apartment was clean and very spacious, and had beautiful views of the lagoon. Staff were very attentive and very helpful. The only downside was that I was unable to book an appointment at the day Spa, and staff there failed to contact me when I left a detailed message in their reception area communication book. Overall, I would highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxed, luxurious getaway.

I proposed to my partner on the Boardwalk to the beach at dusk. Molly ensured that the moment was as special as I had imagined - from a private table for two overlooking the beach to discreet captures of the whole moment, it was just perfect. A special thank you to Sophia too for helping me plan the proposal weeks out from our stay.

Room resort and facilities were top notch. However the room service was definitely left lacking. Food was often cold or "old" like it had been sitting on the kitchen bench for too long, service was slow. up to 45 minutes-1 hour wait time for cold chips. Breakfast buffet was great, but otherwise the food was nothing to write home about and could be improved.

My partner and I travelled Australia with our friend and stayed at this resort for 5 days. You can use the room like we did which was partly a place to relax but we were out most of the time doing tours and seeing other areas of Port Douglas. The resort was very communicative and had arranged to pick us up from the train station in cairns which I had previously purchased when booking the resort. Even with the delays the train had they were more than flexible. The resort itself is beautiful very picturesque and very accommodating. I didn't see the spa but the pool area was great for both families and couples who wanted a relaxing dip. The food at breakfast was more than accommodating especially with fussy eaters like my partner and friend. Our room was spotless and they have enough facilities in the room so that families and people travelling could be looked after and either have family meals in the hotel room and get any dirty washing done. Would definitely stay here again
