Our second stay here at Pullman PD was nice, although the accommodation was a bit disappointing compared to our previous stay. In 2025 we had a lovely 3bed apartment, but this time we chose the 2bed apartment (#227) near the pool. The layout was nice and spacious, however inside it is quite run down. The sofa covers arent that clean, and under the cushions is so much dirt and rubbish it was pretty disgusting. The washing machine has brown mould inside from not being cleaned or left to dry out properly. The main bedroom fan doesnt work properly and all the aircon remotes need batteries changed. I am also unsure if the duvets ever get cleaned, as they were obviously stained when the sheets came loose. The showers had a bit of a mould smell as the ventilation fans are minimal in the bathrooms. The hot tub was ok, but an old model that didnt function without difficulty. The heavy dining chairs probably arent the best idea as they scrape the floor and make a lot of noise as too heavy to lift - i'm sure downstairs heard as we were certainly disturbed by their chairs a lot too. Aside from that the staff were lovely, the pool was great and the location is also perfect. Really enjoyed the food at Aluco as well. Not sure we would stay again though until the resort gets a bit of a renovation as it is starting to look run down and tired.

Location was perfect for beach strolling, all staff were so lovely, the facilities were great, beds and pillows felt new and good quality. However the units furnishing were dirty and broken, the couches were smelly up stairs and down stairs, the dishwasher wheels were broken making the bottom draw a real hassle to use. And missing barbecue tools so we were unable to clean it. The units shutters need attention some of them are broken and the garden needs a quick refresh to reflect the rest of the resort. The resort itself was kept so tidy and the gardens around the resort so beautiful. These must be timeshare appartments as everyone had balcony furniture but not our unit.
