Nice hotel but our room we never had the carpet vacuumed but overall nice hotel

Staff were friendly and helpful with good service. However room was not clean with dirty floor and lint/dust on coffee table. Room also needed a deep clean. Air con vents had dust surrounding them and dust around the room.

The hotel itself is great, but there is not much facility , if any, around the hotel that is within walking distance . There is shuttle bus - but with 4 people , it adds up if we take it everyday for return trip. Stayer for 5 days - there is lack of varieties or rotation for the breakfast buffet . Lucky I’m a creature of habit . Overall the kids love the pool as we carry all our floaters and pool toys. Would have been great if they are provided like at Novotel Cairns.
