Truly amazing lovely place nice pool and rooms ,only thing car park very confusing as other people park in your spot,it can caus an argument among hotel guests as I had nasty letter put on our hire car!!! Please look into it ?

Nice resort, well laid out and clean. Staff were really helpful. We booked a villa but unfortunately due to issues, we got a 3BR apartment (123/124) which was a little annoying getting from room to room with the door locks. Otherwise, quiet relaxing family get away. What could be better: - The breakfast did no live up to a resort standard in quality (I am only comparing from previous resort I have stayed at). In my opinion, if you get this right, it adds greatly to the overall experience. - It would have been good to get a 'swim in' apartment with a 3BR to allow the young kids to enjoy the shallow kids pool straight from the room. The resort does not have this config at the moment, but I think if 1 of the ones near the shallow part of the lagoon pool converted to a 3BR it would be a popular booking among larger families or ones who travel with grandparents.

My partner and I had a fantastic stay here. Staff always went above and beyond for us with all requests. Our swim out room was amazing- offered us enough privacy as some days a lot of kids were present in the main area of the pool. The food at the restaurant was good as well as the full buffet breakfast. We will definitely be booking to come back again soon!
