We stayed at the Pullman hotel for 10 nights in the penthouse. Whilst the Pullman Sea Temple at Port Douglas is a very beautiful property. We found the service did not match up to the rating of the of the property. Drinks were nice at the pool, 3 of the staff were nice but the majority did not as nice. Lunch on the first day was disappointing, thick tasteless pizza which we thought was frozen and then heated the poke bowl was $37 with no sauce plain rice and just tasteless. We waited 40 mins for the food and the restaurant was empty. For the price of the food we expected better. Our kitchen bin was not emptied for three days. We had to pull the bin out of the cupboard every day so that the cleaners would notice it. Our room did not did not get service until 330 or 4pm every day. The Smart TV did not connect to the Wi-Fi so we used our laptop to watch movies. There was no shampoo or conditioner and also the body wash ran out. The bar tender was rude to my Daughter. They gave us $100 credit for all of this but we would have preferred to have had 5 star service. We found the restaurant staff to be unhelpful and felt they did not want to go out of their way. So because of all of this we would not return.

The staff on a whole were average. Food service staff were rude. Backpackers that didn't care! Food in restaurant was disappointing.

Resort is lovely but do not recommend staying the night at Pullman, probably best just for a day trip. The rooms offer nothing, they are very out dated, TV was literally not even in eye view of the bed, dirty floors. We also experienced a fire alarm go off at 6:30am, it stopped after about a minute but no follow up afterwards so didn’t actually know what was going on or if we had to leave

This is my very first time in Port Douglas with my family. We were Warmly Greeted by the lobby staff and Sofia Saccone checked me in. She is so helpful, friendly and very informative. She happily assisted me with my requests and introduced the facilities of the resort in depth. Sofia really made me feel like a VIP and made me felt joining ACCOR Membership so worth it. Overall the staffs in the resort were very welcoming. Always smiling and greeting their guests in and out. Next the accommodation, it was well maintained, although some part needs some maintenance, but it didnt bother me at all. The rooms, bathrooms, living room and kitchen were all very clean, neat and tidy.

We loved our stay at your Resort, the staff were polite and very helpful at all times, the ONLY few things I would say is we are a family of 4 adults, our apartment was at the Kids end on the Lagoon Pool, it was very noisy with kids screaming and babies crying all the time, hence we didn't use the balcony as much as we could have, maybe this is something your reservations department could take into consideration in future. Also, there were quite a few people smoking and vaping around the pool, I understood your Resort is Non-Smoking in Public areas.
