2nd visit to this lovely place. The swimming pool is what make it so relaxing. This visit we went for a swim up apartment which was well worth it. Special mention to Leanne and Gina who very attentively and swiftly dealt with an issue with our initial apartment. The restaurant is nice and has plenty of choice. This property is non smoking so if you are a smoker or vaper look elsewhere. If you are planning to purchase alcohol outside of the resort for consumption by the pool ensure it is not in glass or bring you own plastic cups. This is reasonable given the effort it would take to empty the pool should glass be broken in it. If you are wanting to avoid loads of kids go outside of school holidays.
Nice rooms & pool

The assistant manager was quite rude, the lady at pool bar also as well as the lady at breakfast, makes a beautiful resort feel so let down with rude staff, however the manager at dinner was exceptional, his service was impeccable, hats off and all credit to him! Only staff we encounter to treat guests nicely

We stayed for three nights in late January. The location and build of the resort is great and we found the staff to be friendly. Our son loved the pool and the buffet breakfast was also excellent. However, we had some issues. First our suite didn't have working internet for the first two days despite the hotel IT people and the broadband providers visiting our room. We were eventually offered an upgrade to a better suite for our final night, which we appreciated but it would have been nice if it was offered a day earlier. Our new suite, although bigger and otherwise satisfactory, did not have a working stove top, which meant we had to try and microwave everything. Lastly parking is an issue. You can park in any empty garage you can find that isn't marked reserved and this was a bit of a hit and miss affair.
