Over all the room was very nice and clean, and bar staff and Front office staff very friendly. My only negative comments are that although the pool stays open until 10pm the Pool bar closed at 6 pm. and on one day it actually closed at 4pm and we had to endure people smokin cigerettes and vapes next to the pool bar. The other comment is that on the second night of our stay we could not get any room service at 850pm the wait team indicated that the kitchen was well shut and the chef had gone home. I have stayed in many 4 and 5 star hotels that offer 24 hour room service so was disappointed that it was not available at the Pullman sea temple

Room Service Unavailability: I apologize for the inconvenience caused when room service was unavailable after 8:50 pm. While we aim to offer a high standard of service, I understand how this fell short, especially given the expectations for a property of our caliber. We are exploring ways to extend our kitchen services or provide alternative late-night dining options to enhance the guest experience. Pool was the feature of the resort.. or room want fat from it.. room was very good... only draw back of our stay was the restaurant.. the menu was very limited a. the same every day.. with some items not available which left an even more limited choice.. the price was very expensive too if you didn't have a. accor card... the outside chairs needed to be updated too.. staff was very casual at times... waiting half an hour for our order to be taken then another half hour to be served.... overall the resort was a great place to stay... we enjoyed our time there

Very relaxing and enjoyable. Had some problems with the wait staff in the restaurant in the lack of attention in taking orders and fulfilling orders.

Stayed at Sea Temple Port Douglas for two nights. Booked a Spa Room and Paid upfront when making the booking. On the first night found out the Spa was not working and the room did not have a telephone in it. Called reception from my own mobile to advise the Spa was not working. Was advised it would be repaired the next day. Upon arriving back to the room for the second night the Spa was still not working. Called reception again and a gentleman from the front desk came to look however could not fix the issue. When checking out I requested remediation as I had already paid for the Spa Room upfront and the Spa did not work in the room for the entire stay. Was told by the desk I could have 25% off my restaurant Bill. I advised that I was not happy with that and was told its all he could do and would have management contact me. It has now been two weeks and management still have not contacted me.
