We stayed in a luxrious 2 bedroom apartment with its own pool, outdoor sitting area, dining area complete with Weber BBQ The two king bed rooms had their own bathrooms were large, bright and airy with lots of storage room. The kitchen and laundry were modern and well appointed. Dining room and lounge had plenty of sitting for six people. Breakfast was excellent and for dinner we particularly enjoyed the steak and the barrimundi rissoto. Staff were fantastic in every way and we really appreciated the efforts that were made in removing the buffet and spacing the restaurant tables to keep us all safe and well. We will definitely return as soon as we can and wish everyone at Sea Temple good health during these uncertain times.

We stayed in a large 2-br unit which was very spacious and pleasantly furnished. Kitchen was well equipped. Bed linen and towels were very clean. Staff was extremely pleasant from receptionist to housekeeping. The bad bits: While the furniture had good design, it was also quite shabby and dirty. The outdoor seating on the balcony had not been cleaned for a long time, to use it, we covered it with the pool towels. We didn't use the Weber BBQ on the upper level - it could have been of interest to CSI. The spa was not too clean either. It is also unacceptable that when neighbouring room ordered room service and left the empty tray outside on the landing it was still there the next afternoon.

My now wife and 2 daughters stayed at the Pullman when we got married in Port Douglas, from they welcoming congratulating champagne bottle till check out it was just perfect, both kids couldn’t get enough of the main pool and the adults loved the bedroom spa, we used the supplied bbq for cooking dinner and never had a drama except telling the kids it was time to go home. Definitely planning another holiday again there without any hesitation.
Under the circumstances, the resort & staff get 10/10.

Pros - The customer service was great, we were updated which was lovely, great room (penthouse), amazing pool and the shuttle to and from the shops was wonderful. Cons - The buffet breakfast which we paid for was not at all a buffet breakfast. We were given a menu to order from and when I asked to just have a basic meal, the waitress struggled to understand. When we asked where the rest of the buffet was, they advised due to Covid-19 they had to close it, we understand but had no notice at all, no sign or a heads up. We got a refund which was good. One the 2nd day they closed both the restaurant and pool bar, absolutely no notice again, no warning. It wasn’t until guests made enquires were people notified. I understand there’s rules due to the Covina-19, however why can’t they do what other places do and order and have takeaway. I could see it ruined ours and other guests holidays. On our 1st night we dined at the restaurant at the resort. We waited nearly 1.5 hours for our meal. People around us that arrived after us, had eaten and were leaving before we received our, extremely unimpressed. If we hadn’t of been so hungry, we would have left. On the 2nd last day they shut the pool, once again no notice. My husband and I grabbed a coffee and went for a walk, to return with a sign saying the pool was closed. What was funny is they worded it to state they put the sign out the night before, however when we left it was not there. It’s a great, beautiful resort, however the lack of communication is terrible. They need to warn guests and think of ways to make them happy, the way other places did. We would stay here again, however changes need to be made prior. I advise everyone check the restaurant, pool bar and pool are open too.
