The hotel manager Usman was tremulously helpful and made our experience at the Pullman extremely pleasant. On top of this the facilities including the pool, pool bar, and restaurant all exceeded expectation. We had a wonderful stay at the Sea Temple in Port Douglas.

Lunch was bad due to bad service tough way to start. Got to room which is a distance from front desk the key didn't work. Staff sent a bottle wine which was nice. Room was nice. Only complaint we could get a direct path to front desk . Layout design is awkward.
