From the time we arrived to the time we departed, every staff member was genuinely lovely. The resort itself is one of the best we have experienced. The restaurant and staff there were over and above with their hospalitity. We had a bad experience with the bed at Peppers in Palm Cove a few weekends prior but this room at Sea Temple was amazing. The bed comfortable and room clean and well maintained. We will certainly be back. Thank you to all who made our stay very welcome.

We had a relaxing 3 night stay. The pool area and gardens are spectacular, although the sunbeds with shade were sometimes hard to come by. The buffet breakfast was delicious and had an excellent selection to choose from and restaurant staff were all very friendly and efficient. We also had dinner one evening which was also very nice. As I was travelling with my sister, we requested a twin room which was arranged. The room however, was very much geared towards a couple, as it featured the largest spa tub I have ever encountered, and had no door (so no privacy). The room itself was on the ground floor with a bit of a garden view, also lacking privacy for people walking to the pool could see straight in. My only other comment is that an evacuation alarm went off at 5.45am. Eventually found out it was due apparently to someone cooking... I am not worried so much by the alarm, but by the lack of communication from staff. As it went on for 10+ minutes, with no sign of staff. Overall very nice & I would probably stay again.

Room service entered and serviced room when the sign was up to not enter. Some personal items were broken which we were given credit for. Dinner took two hours for mains to come out even though only 5 other tables. The pool bar closes way too early to enjoy a drink next to the pool. The toilets stopped working in our villa for a day and there was no service team onsite to fix so we were given some credit. Our villa pool was full of dead leaves and not cleaned until our second day. The turkeys are out of the resorts control but they are super loud and kept me awake every night.

Great experience overall. Property could use some minor fixes to external details like paint, tiles, grout work, and the like. But overall decently maintained. Pool is the best feature of this property. Our room was clean, large and well appointed. Laundry was a wonderful addition!! Excellent staff overall. Food service staff was a bit slow, but very pleasant and courteous. We would stay again and recommend Pullman.
