It was a great base and a clean room Leaking tap that kept the bathroom floor wet and not enough tea coffee etc for the duration of the stay are the only negative things The staff were excellent and always happy to help

There are no reception no water bottles , n Swimming pool area is not cleaned . Front gate also not cleaned with too many dry leaves liked abandoned house.

The pool was lovely. The spa worked. good location, central to great cafes & restaurants. Air con worked. Good to see location of AED. Good security. Even though the room had crockery, cutlery, a microwave etc there was nowhere to sit and eat except outside on the balcony in FNQ heat, humidity, flies & mozzies. The floor was filthy, no mop, broom or dust pan. The mattress felt 20 years old and sagged. The bathroom sliding panel doors were dusty & banged together every timed it was moved. No working vent in the bathroom. The external hallway light comes in through the glass tiles above the bath tub & shines right through the unit, unless you close the bathroom doors (see previous about noisy doors). No reception staff sighted for the duration.
