Great location, within walking distance to everything Comfortable room, well equiped Only thing I didn’t like was the underground parking , we had a small hire car and it was a tight fit to get in

On arrival we were excited but the stay was spoilt by many things, no room service or towels. No cutlery Where do I stop. Lastly and most importantly we had move our friends to another venue which management were great in assisting with while we use ear plugs every night from the noise and racket from a cocktail bar down stairs. We were for 7 days for rest and relaxation, not. Lastly the rooms were great but again under set serviced

Fourth or fifth stay at Mantra In The Village and never disappoints. Spent 11 nights, we just love the central location and while pool is very small compared to others, suits us and its extremely protected/sheltered from wind so even on days that aren’t perfect can still stretch out, relax and have a dip in the pool.

For the price of the room ($800/night) i expected ALOT more. The room was dusty, there was scrapes and big marks all over the walls, there was a plaster repair done to a wall in the lounge that was not painted or anything, there was foundation from a previous guest that had been splattered over the bathroom door and door frame which wasn't cleaned, the rug in the lounge area was dirty too. I would pay max $400/night for this room purely because of the great central location. Now as for the "spa", which was one of the reasons i booked the room, it would begin to drain as soon as the taps were turned off and the spa button pressed. In 3 mins the water dropped about 6cms so had to keep refilling and eventually gave up. There was no one at the check in our out to greet you, no where to store bags before or after checkout. Nothing that you would expect from a "4 star" place charging $800/night. We couldn't even get our car into the car park as it was only a 1.8m clearance so we had to wait to get a street park to get our luggage out. The location was fantastic but that's as far as my positives go with this room.

The issues you have highlighted, including the marks on the walls, unfinished repair and bathroom door, should have been identified and addressed prior to your arrival. We have shared this feedback with our Housekeeping and Maintenance teams so these areas can be reviewed and rectified. We are also disappointed to hear about your experience with the spa. We understand that this was an important part of your decision to book the room, and we appreciate how frustrating it would have been to find that it was not functioning as expected. We will have this investigated by our Maintenance team. We also acknowledge your comments regarding luggage storage, check-in/check-out assistance and the car park clearance. We appreciate that these facilities and services form an important part of the overall guest experience, and we are sorry that we did not meet your expectations in this regard. We clearly did not deliver the experience you should have received, and I’m sorry that the excellent location was ultimately the only positive you could take away from your stay. Thank you again for bringing these matters to our attention. Feedback such as yours gives us an opportunity to address issues that should not be overlooked, and we will be following up on the points you have raised with the relevant teams. Staff were good, and the room was clean. Location was central and convenient. There should be information on the booking site that the secure car parking has very low height limitations - our hire car couldn't fit. The room desperately needs double-glazed windows installed. The shutters are insufficient to block out any outside noise. The bar downstairs had people there until 3 am, and then the 50+ cockatoos arrived at 6 am, so we had limited sleep during our stay. Kitchen facilities were only just sufficient for 4 people; e.g. not enough glasses, cups, etc.

Was clean and tidy and handy to cafes and town centre. We didn’t realise this was an unserviced unit and we didn’t have a washing machine which I like having. Never saw anyone as checked in when office closed, stayed 5 days and left again putting cards in the slot. Would have been good to have a few more tea and coffee sachets when staying for a few days and they are not restocked. Thanks

Nice to have under cover parking, Disapointed one of the bedrooms had two singles instead of the Quen which was booked.. Contacted reception to see what we could to abut a fix .. Nobody really interested to assit us with a solution.. so Zipped the bed together ourselves... The two bedroom apartment adequate for our families needs once the bed issue sorted..

Average - access was difficult checking in and wasn't impressed about not being able to check in early even though we had only an hour's extension checking out

Lots of good things to say. We loved the close proximity to all amenities tho the downside to that was that it was sometimes noisy at night (revellers) and early mornings (garbage and other service vehicles) The apartment was comfortable, clean and we appreciated the art work and fine dining furniture. The kitchen was well equipped for a longer stay, eg saucepans, microwave dish and other utensils. The fridge was spacious tho the beeping every time it was opened did become a bit annoying, especially during the night if one of us needed something from it. Bed was very comfortable and we appreciated the silent fans which were in use all of the time. The little baskets in bathroom also very useful and we appreciated the fluffy thick towels. Room service very good. A light bulb needs replacing above the lounge. The spa looked inviting although we didn't make use of it. One downside for us was the adjoining door as it interfered with the normal sound-proofing one is used to. It would of course be very useful for a large family and that then wouldn't be an issue! On the whole we enjoyed our stay very much and we found the staff most helpful, friendly and obliging. Thank you 😊
