Well appointed 1 bed apartment (#15). Very happy with everything with exception of the bed- the mattress was soft and sagging. (Two king singles joined together with issue on both sides.)

We booked a two-night stay at Mantra in the Village and were extremely disappointed. I have stayed at many Accor properties over the years, and this was by far the worst experience. We stayed in a one-bedroom apartment, which was not properly cleaned. The curtains were mouldy, and the sofa had an unpleasant smell, making the room uncomfortable. The most concerning issue was the underground parking area. Directly in front of the lift were waste bins and used linens, creating an overpowering and disgusting smell. This was completely unacceptable for a resort of this standard. I was also unable to claim my complimentary drink as an Accor member. This stay was meant to celebrate my wife’s birthday, yet there was no recognition or effort from the hotel to make it special. Compared to my experiences at other Accor hotels, this stay was extremely poor. Overall, very disappointed, and I will not be returning to this property.

We had a one bedroom apartment overlooking Grant St. The apartment was clean but dated with old furniture. There was a Spa bath on the balcony which did not work. The television was so tiny that you could barely see it from the couch.
