Well located but 4 flights of stairs which was too much as we are elderly and find it very difficult to do that many steps.

The young ones loved the location. But we should have been told when booking that there were 4 flights of stairs, and thst is after coming up the stairs from the parking lot. The room was excellent.

This is a great boutique hotel. The rooms are great and the location is fantastic. Port Douglas is a wonderful little town. The stairs were difficult to navigate with our luggage and the luggage elevator required running to each floor to get the doors shut to get it to operate, but other than the lack of an elevator, this was a wonderful place to stay! I would highly recommend it!

All very good. Room nice but a little slack on cleaning. Beautiful veranda but everything was very dirty. Did a quick clean before we could even sit down.
