Mantra is a self-service hotel but in all 3 days I never seen a single person at the receptionist desk. So don’t have any expectations on service. On the other hand, rooms are clean and tidy. Location is amazing although a little hard to locate in the beginning.

We enjoyed our stay at Mantra on the Inlet at Port Douglas. The location was perfect and at night we heard nothing of the noise from the venues below. We were able to park our car, walk to the wedding and reception. We enjoyed the pool. The beds were a little soft for our liking, but other than that everything was clean & well maintained.
