Well located and comfortable. It would have been helpful to know the luggage lift was out of order and we were booked into the second floor prior to arrival. Other than that, very enjoyable.

Stay was good. Bathroom tiles were not clean. As a gold member i should get welcome drink but no one asked about that. A bit disappointed.
