No lift, we had booked this motel so that no one had to walk far as our party was mainly over 65 years old. At no time during calls to the motel and booking were we inform of this. Our room had a musky smell and no coffee cups.

Easy to find & navigate to room. No lifts if you have mobility issues. Room was clean except for some dark residue near the spa (nothing overly yuck). Complete with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Some noise at night with the pubs around but otherwise really lovely.

The room was in a great location, walking distance to shops and restaurants. I found the bed too firm and struggled to sleep. The tv was old and didn't offer any streaming service (not a huge deal). Woke up to a tree lopper at 7am on Easter Saturday. Great room overall, just a few things that brought it down a few points.

Disappointing, Tired rooms and unstaffed, not what was expected looking at the listing, and the maintenance /construction work was not mentioned either at check-in or prior. The 'view' is basically the roof of the adjoining properties and the noise of the Airconditioning and fans from other buildings not ideal.
