Lovely refurbishment of an older heritage style hotel located right in centre of Port Douglas. Across the road from waterfront park and in the main shopping and restaurant area with free parking provided. There was a plumbing problem and the staff acted promptly and relocated us. Room small but comfortable with kettle, fridge, air conditioned and fans. Great stay but you need to be able to manage stairs as there is no lift.

Not happy about dragging luggage up stairs only one chair in room for two people no one to assist in office when needed phone number at door is not the right one had to park on street one day as car park was full

“Room was clean” that’s it. Unmanned. luggage lift broken,so many stairs, given keys and shown to room by a very young “ trainee” who had been with the hotel for 2 days. I need a lot more room to continue with everything else.

While we didn’t leave a card or message, we did provide iced tea and some treats as a small gesture of welcome, and we hope you enjoyed them. As a non-licensed venue, we are unable to offer alcoholic beverages for welcome drinks. However, we do offer a selection of refreshing non-alcoholic options to help make your arrival pleasant and relaxing. Regarding breakfast, Mantra on the Inlet does not have an on-site restaurant, so unfortunately, we are unable to offer breakfast service. We’re happy to assist with recommendations for nearby cafes or dining options that offer a variety of breakfast choices. Lastly, we want to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Please note that Mantra on the Inlet is a stair-only property, and while we don't have elevators, we’re more than happy to assist with luggage during both check-in and check-out to ensure a smooth experience.
