Fantastic break away in the Mantra Inlet. Loved the tropical, open look with fllor to ceiling folding shutters, balcony, spa bath, comfy couch and bed large TV and all the amenities. Will book again.

This hotel is well located on the ocean end of popular Macrossan Street and while the hotel is tired, the rooms are clean and comfortable. There the good feedback ends. There is no-one in reception at any time, when you arrive you read a sign telling you to pick up the phone and call, where someone tells you how to get the key. There are many stairs, to get to your room you may have to go up stairs and then down half a flight to get to your level, then at the other end of the floor you may have to go down stairs again to get to your room. There is no lift, just a clunky goods lift you can put your luggage in and send it up/down, then take the stairs to meet it Not a great experience unless you are expecting the AirBNB experience, which we weren't The Accor Membership welcome drinks, they were two small bottles of soft drink, I assumed the previous guests had left them in the fridge This hotel should not be in the Accor group
