Received phone call to confirm booking/arrival, lady was lovely, even helped me get the same room again. The room chosen is excellent. Check in and departure is easy. Hotel is located very central, close to food, shops and inlet.

Short stay, good view, great place. Had a bit of trouble getting in due to doorknob issue but nevertheless, the assistance provided was very good, Paula is the best!

Our initial room was not acceptable in size and layout. However your staff quickly rectified this with a move to an upgraded room for a cost. I think the late check out policy to charge an hourly rate is dreadful and most friends agree that it is totally unacceptable and out of touch. Your staffing and occupancy should dictate if a late check out is ok or not. This is important to Accor All members who live in driving distance.

Too many steps for elderly, otherwise all good.

Room was good, but getting in was stressful

We stayed in a room that had a broken lock. Even after we knew the "trick" for the lock to turn, we had trouble with it and that added some stress to the experience. The hotel was also self-service check-in, but the phone that was supposed to connect us to a neighbouring hotel's staff didn't work. That also added to the stress. We basically harassed a poor cleaning lady while trying to figure out which phone number would lead us to get service. Thank you to the cleaning lady for sorting us out. I also want to say that none of this was the staff's fault, and once we reached them, they did a great job at helping us. But this was not an optimal experience with troublesome check-in and a broken door to our room.
