Great spot and good pools, but limited facilities

The pools were awesome and we loved the spa bath. The beds were too firm for me to be comfortable and the lack of on-site restaurant made it a little tricky. The cooking facilities were good though. Staff were lovely.

Aircon not working. No internet on smart tv Only 2 coffee pods for two people. Had to pay to get more Single beds were very narrow. Very disappointing

Had we known the air conditioning wasn’t functioning properly during your stay, we would have attended to it immediately—we encourage all guests to contact our team with any concerns so we can resolve them without delay. Guest comfort is our top priority. Regarding the smart TV, internet speeds in Port Douglas can be limited due to the regional infrastructure, and unfortunately streaming services may not always perform as expected. That said, we do provide complimentary Foxtel channels in all rooms, and this is clearly advertised in our inclusions. We also like to encourage our guests to embrace the beautiful surroundings and tropical lifestyle Port Douglas offers—there’s so much to enjoy beyond the screen! Our Nespresso machines are stocked with a starter pack of pods for arrival, with additional pods available for purchase at reception. We understand preferences vary and are always happy to assist if more are needed. Lastly, our single beds are a standard single size, consistent with industry norms, but we understand this may not suit everyone’s preference. If you plan to return, we’d be happy to suggest room types better tailored to your comfort. Thank you again for your feedback—it’s always valued and helps us improve.
