We’re sorry to hear that the access arrangements caused some difficulty during your stay. We do have lifts within the property, as well as back access, which can assist guests with mobility needs. However, we understand that having a ramp at the main access point would provide greater convenience and ease of access. Installing a ramp would require additional infrastructure and consideration of the existing building and access arrangements, but we appreciate you raising this with us and will certainly keep it in mind when considering future improvements. I was a little skeptical having mostly stayed at the Sheraton but I was pleasantly surprised. Yes, it’s a little dated but it was extremely clean and well maintained and the staff were great. The swim out room was fabulous and kitchen and laundry all well equipped including with basic supplies. Pool was clean and heated and 4 to choose from depending on whether you want sun etc. Only change to suggest is that the blanket provided on the bed be larger (currently only a double for a king bed). Forgot to mention the great location! Close to restaurants, shopping, beach and walks. We will be back again!!

Very pleasant clean accommodation . the staff were friendly and helpful. Room 30 2B had nowhere to unpack your clothes. The sofa in 30 2A was very very low. The main problem was that there was no ramp for someone like me who has a really walker or for someone with a pusher. I’m not sure how you can rectify this but it really spoils the stay.

I am an ACCOR Platinum member. Everything was wonderful except that over our 5 night stay we did not receive any housekeeping at all, and were not aware this was the case. We we not even offered a fresh towel.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Accomodation was clean and nice to have a coffee machine as well as other cooking utensils. Easy walk to the main street, restaurants and marina.

Our stay was perfect. The one bedroom apartment was comfortable and spacious. The kitchen looked new and extremely clean. Location was great- walking distance to Macrossan St and the beach.

Well appointed but outdated. Oven - couldn’t read face displays as were mostly non existent/worn out. Kitchen old. Pool gate not clean. Timber around spa bath needs a paint. Bathroom sink hairline cracks. Sliding door to bedroom too small & goes out of the tracks, so needed to fix each time. Shower glass door didn’t look clean, probs cos glass is too old. Fan above shower dusty. When you turn light on in bathroom, the fan is heard in the bedroom, as fan & light on 1 switch. Very disappointed. A lot of above are easy fixes. Felt like the room was a 3 star. Pool was great.

It was our third stay at Mantra Aqueous. All rooms are clean, spacious, comfortable and well supplied for self-catering. The spacious balconies overlooking the pool make it more relaxing with built in spa, it's next level relaxing. The location is perfect as it is walking distance to everything, yet away from the busy main street. The staff are friendly, professional and helpful. The pool is the icing on the cake.

We feel the decking round the pool should be repainted in a lighter color as it is burning hot on your feet. Also there should be a grab rail fitted in the shower

Only issue was being unable to check in early(without incurring a fee). Was advised check-in strictly 2.00pm despite us only arriving just over one hour early ( on two separate occasions within 2 weeks.)

Please kindly note that early check-in is always subject to availability, particularly during peak periods, as our team needs sufficient time to ensure every room is properly cleaned and prepared before our guests arrive. I have checked our records in the system that on 24 August, you were checked in at 12 noon? Is it correct? If in any case room is not yet ready upon arrival, guests are very welcome to leave their luggage with our team and make use of our hotel facilities while they wait, so they can still relax and enjoy your time with us.
