This hotel is well located close to the hub of Port Douglas with everything within a short walking distance. Our apartment was clean and comfortable, with everything in working order. Check in and Check out was very efficient and all staff were very friendly, professional and helpful.

Leisure trip to escape the winter. Could not park in front of the hotel to check in as the street was full. Reception closed at 6. No bar, no restaurant, no gym. Over $300 per night for self serve. Will not stay again

After hours check in went smoothly and if advice needed reception staff were helpful. The room was just ok. Very small and the bed ok but not hugely comfortable. Noise from other apartments could be heard and the whole place a a little musty old smell about it - particularly the corridors,
