Welcome was warm and friendly and room was clean. Had great difficulty in accessing wifi. Valentina was most helpful but unsuccessful. The ‘big guns’ were called in and they had difficulty also. Through their persistence we were finally online. Was pleased our room had a ladder from pool. I would have had great difficulty getting out otherwise. Heritage is centrally located so very easy to walk along Macrossan St and easy access to either beach or Tin Shed/Marina. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
