Few months ago I booked two rooms for the same price. On the arrival a nice lady welcomed us and we checked in for both rooms. She said that, obviously, the rooms were the same. So my wife and I went to our room and it was really really small. We weren’t happy about it but we decided don’t make any complaints. When we met our friends they said that their room was enormous with washing machine, dryer, coffee machine and of course chairs and table. Our room was like a shoebox. So all the rest in the hotel, also if good, wasn’t appreciated from our point of view of view. What is happened to us it wasn’t fair at all. For don’t mention that, in a good faith, our friends were teasing us with few jokes for all our stay in Port Douglas. Now, I am asking what you can do for us for repair at what it happened to us. I can tell you that was really annoying and our stay was not comfortable. Regards Edgardo

Awful from start to finish . Never will stay here again . Room was smelling so much of mould . Arriving late no email on how to receive our keys as reception is closed after 5:00pm 😡 only got in the building thanks to a lady who had a key . Totally dissatisfied with the place , it needs a huge overhaul . Photos you publish are nothing like the real thing 😡 also no room service unless you stay more than 8 days .
