Staff do friendly. Room was so big & lovely with swim out. Only thing it was dark inside & mouldy smell with aircon in bedroom only but will cone back again in different room. Enjoyed our stay though.

The reception desk closes at 5:00 PM. Also there is an empty lot next to the front of the hotel which is not very appealing.

Multiple maintenance issues with the apartment we were allocated, lack of basic cutlery, insufficient power point availability in the family area, balcony fan not in proper working order, constant puddles of water from the air-conditioners, kids shower door unable to be opened, pool area very dirty and didn't seem to be cleaned in the 6 days we were there. We won't be back unfortunately,

We understand how disappointing it is when an apartment does not meet expectations, particularly regarding the cutlery, power point availability, balcony fan, air-conditioning leaks, shower door and the condition of the pool area. Staff were all lovely. Air conditioner problems they resolved by using bleach to clean the unit which then blew through the system into our unit caused much discomfort.
