It was a mixed experience. It was nice to receive a curtsey phone call before my stay but questions were quite strange to me as it was all entered at a booking time. When I or my husband asked questions at the reception, they are tyring to help but didn't have the answers and did not sound professional even recommend parking was offered, they were not able to answer simple fee questions. It was a nice gesture to have a welcome card and chocolate at the room but didn't like the notice for dehumidifier as it sounded very threatening. It should say if you notice, it's now working call the reception urgently instead threatening messages to the customer. However, overall it was quite enough and good location so I had a good time.
