This is supposed to be a hotel but they won't "service" your room on a five-day stay and couldn't remember simple instructions (e.g. I want my towels changed every day - "you'll have to ring reception and ask for that each day" and when I did - they didn't. I had to go to reception and get the towels myself). This is very poor for such a business.

Great location, exceptional customer service from all staff. The only negatives I have are there were a pair of dirty underwear in the laundry cupboard (not ours) that we noticed on day 2 and the bath had hair in it. Otherwise it was a great stay

the location and size of the room/apartment is good. very limited parking. the room and hotel smelt disgusting. had to use a room spray. there was a constant noise like a dishwasher was always on making it hard to sleep at times. the shower temperature didn’t get hot enough and the tap in the bath sprayed out from a crack in it and leaks all over the floor.
