Great Lake view located just 5 mins away from the center of Queenstown. A bit dated but still great facilities with comfortable 2 bed rooms apartment! Reception staff was friendly and helpful.

My friend and I enjoyed our stay here. The apartment came with everything we needed - a nespresso machine, options for tea, dishwasher, everything for cooking, washer and dryer. The only downsides is that there is sometimes a lot of noise from neighbouring apartments coming and going, and also not suitable for anyone with mobility issues - the driveway is very sleep and gravelly, and also stairs within the apartment that you need to take your bags down to the bedrooms. It's about an $11 uber to town if you don't have a car. We never had to wait more than 3-4 mins for an uber.

The worst place in Accor I've been. We arrived there at 4.30pm, the whole 3-bedroom apartment wasn't ready. The location of the place was difficult to walk to city centre. Our provided parking spot (under our apartment) was stolen by a car the hotel dont even know and it was unhelpful from the staff. We have to solve the issue ourselves. The cutlery and bathtub are also dirty :( Not to mention that, I'm a plat member which usually get could request for early check in.

Adequate family apartment in good location

The apartment we stayed in was very large but very tired. The bedrooms and bathrooms are quite modern but, one bathroom in particular was terrible with paint flaking off the ceiling and falling on to the floor. (I was told this was being fixed after we left). The carpets are pretty threadbare and the kitchen cupboards are lined with brown cardboard. There were a lot of heaters in the bedrooms and heat pump in the living area which was great in the cold weather. Overall the apartment suited us with our children and grandchildren and was an excellent location for Queenstown and the Skifields. (20 minutes to Coronet Peak)

Absolutely we had the most amazing stay in Mantra The Point Queenstown. The apartment has excellent location, The view was phenomenal and was well equipped. We had spacious kitchen and living room that opened out to the lake view.. so cozy, clean and spacious. Mr Vinod who is the General Manager that handled us was very friendly and helpful. We had left item behind, but Mr. Vinod really take a good care of it and sent the item to my next hotel. Thank you very much.. really appreciate it.

Spectacular location with views exceeding our expectation. We were fortunate enough to receive an upgrade to a larger apartment which was fabulous in every way. It appeared to have been very recently renovated, it was immaculately clean, spacious and very well appointed

We stayed here three nights in November. The room was very clean and comfortable, the view was also beautiful. before booking we saw quite many low review comments, but the moment we entered the room, we felt lucky that we booked here, we had very pleasant stay. the staff (i think he is the owner), i met him at counter two times, he is very friendly person.

Nice unit great outlook but units are on a steep hill so anyone with mobility issues need to check with the Manager before booking. Drive in and out is steep but manageable. Nice stay however and really enjoyed the views.
