Nice view but a bit to far out of town and steep driveway, can walk to town but not fun as in main busy road and takes 30 minutes

Well it has a picture perfect view, however our room was not as pictured online, very disappointed. Smelled very musty, when the apartment upstairs flushed toilet or used sink it was like it was all running down the pipes behind our bed, shower glass door not clean lots of calcium build up. Had a lot of rooms booked for family and friends for my birthday celebrations. Hotel was very accommodating. Overall, a lovely stay. Although not a good option for elderly as lots of stairs.

It was a pity the Frankton track was being repaired as that walk looked very nice. The location allowed us to go to some great restaurants and to trip around. It wasn't difficult to walk to town. The room was good and it was good value.

Magnificent views. The unit was a bit dated. There were a lot of creaks in the stairs so it was quite noisy going up and down the stairs. The staff were very helpful and friendly

Great view, comfortable room, however no upgrade as a Platinum member. No welcome beers in the fridge, just soft drink, biscuit.

Coins do with a TV in the bedroom, and an updated TV in the lounge as the one there was frustrating to use.

Great Lake view located just 5 mins away from the center of Queenstown. A bit dated but still great facilities with comfortable 2 bed rooms apartment! Reception staff was friendly and helpful.

My friend and I enjoyed our stay here. The apartment came with everything we needed - a nespresso machine, options for tea, dishwasher, everything for cooking, washer and dryer. The only downsides is that there is sometimes a lot of noise from neighbouring apartments coming and going, and also not suitable for anyone with mobility issues - the driveway is very sleep and gravelly, and also stairs within the apartment that you need to take your bags down to the bedrooms. It's about an $11 uber to town if you don't have a car. We never had to wait more than 3-4 mins for an uber.

The worst place in Accor I've been. We arrived there at 4.30pm, the whole 3-bedroom apartment wasn't ready. The location of the place was difficult to walk to city centre. Our provided parking spot (under our apartment) was stolen by a car the hotel dont even know and it was unhelpful from the staff. We have to solve the issue ourselves. The cutlery and bathtub are also dirty :( Not to mention that, I'm a plat member which usually get could request for early check in.

Adequate family apartment in good location

The apartment we stayed in was very large but very tired. The bedrooms and bathrooms are quite modern but, one bathroom in particular was terrible with paint flaking off the ceiling and falling on to the floor. (I was told this was being fixed after we left). The carpets are pretty threadbare and the kitchen cupboards are lined with brown cardboard. There were a lot of heaters in the bedrooms and heat pump in the living area which was great in the cold weather. Overall the apartment suited us with our children and grandchildren and was an excellent location for Queenstown and the Skifields. (20 minutes to Coronet Peak)
