We got drunk almost every night and there was plenty of room in the bed for some rumble tumble. The beds themselves were rather firm but not to the extent where the bedroom activities dipped in performance. Overall very happy with the space and privacy.

Noise at 2am

Hi. I just wanted to give you feedback about my stay at 7A on Breakfree the point in Queensland, as I don't want others to have to go through what I did. Everyone was lovely, room was ok, however, there was a really loud noise coming from the outside that could be heard in the bedroom. It sounded like a washing machine or a heater. The noise would be more noticeable at night and would come on at 2am or anytime at night. It was loud enough to the point of waking me up many times during the night. I was tired the whole time of my stay and could barely enjoy what was supposed to be a resting holiday. I think that room 7A needs to be reviewed by you and the source of the noise found and dealt with. It felt like someone was doing laundry at 2am right at the other side of the wall. It was not normal for a hotel, specially considering the amazing stays I had in your hotels before. I can't say if it was someone using a washing machine or a heater, but the noise would last for more than 30 minutes rotating. It is quite easy to hear it after 8pm in the bedroom and really louder the later it is. I think something needs to be done as this can't keep happening to others that want to sleep well in that hotel. If you could investigate this noise, it would be greatly appreciated. Sleeping is such an important part of a nice holiday and most days I struggled with this rotating machine noise. It might be just at 7A, but it is not ok to have that. I hope you find and fix this problem. Thank you. Max.

4 nights in a tired apartment. worn carpets, patched and unpainted walls, broken kitchen tap, old kitchen and furnishings, terrible beds. I could go on and on

Naturally, I was also disappointed to read that the room allocated was not up to your expectations. I would like to pass on my sincere apologies for this. We do acknowledge that there are varying degrees in terms of the standard and fit out of our apartments and this is something we are actively working with our owners on to address as a priority. This is challenging process and one, which will take some time as we attempt to justify to each individual owner why they need to re-invest in their apartments. Most owners are receptive and are investing towards refurbishment work, again however, this is to varying degrees, some are well over and above expectations and others are to reach our minimum standard that we would expect. We had a lovely seven night stay. Extended by one day because our flight was cancelled - we were grateful that we could get our room back when our flight was cancelled. We enjoyed the access to the walkway to Frankton and Queenstown. Just two things perhaps you could move the smoke alarm in unit 5A? Every time we used the toaster the alarm went off I moved the toaster to the plug by the bedside table and we solved the problem. You could also do with one sharp knife to cut tomatoes

Lovely experience. Excellent staff and communication was prompt leading to the trip and all queries were answered. We enjoyed a great family holiday. We were comfortable in the accommodation and had beautiful lake/mountain views. Late check out was much appreciated as it enabled to do a few family activities together on the day of departure as our flight was later that evening. We could utilise most part of the day due to that.

Great views, spacious room, well equipped kitchenette. Unfortunately the bed mattress was very hard. For 2 nights of our stay there was very loud music playing in the next door apartment.

I really appreciate the upgrade to a 3 bedroom apartment for our group with my Accor Plus membership. The lake view and mountain view was spectacular from the living room and from the balcony. The facilities, furniture and furnishings was great, and the location is central.
