Had to call at 10pm asking to be changed rooms. Was on a work trip and located right next to the elevator that was going up and down every minute or so. Wouldn't have been an issue but the lift was extremely loud it made the stay unpleasant till I changed rooms.

Hi Emma, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback following your recent stay. I’m sorry to hear that you needed to change rooms due to noise from the elevator. We do restrict the operation of this elevator before 9am and after 9pm, as we understand the impact it can have on nearby rooms. Unfortunately, it appears it was still being used after 9pm during your stay, and I sincerely apologise for the disturbance this caused. I will be reminding our team of the importance of monitoring this more closely after hours, and I have also noted your preference on your profile so that, should you choose to stay with us again, you are not allocated a room near the elevator. Beautiful views but that is all I can say about it. Food terrible as in Breakfast and room service. Would give it 4. 1/2 out of 10

First thing i did when i arrived early before check in was register my car for parking. Then next day had a letter on my cars windscreen saying i hadn't. So again i went and said i wanted to register my car for overnight parking. And in the morning for the second time i had a letter saying I hadn't registered my vehicle even though I had paid the fee of $15 which should be free anyway because I'm paying for a room. Every where else I stayed in South Island came with free parking
