I stayed with the Mercure Queenstown either side of a hike I did in th emountains there. Al staff were genuinely very friendly and very accommodating to my requests, whether it was for a cab, a late checkout, bag storage or directions. I really enjoyed th estay and the rooms which had amazing views over the lake. Thank you.

We stayed in room 403 the noise from the lift is terrible.
