Location is good. Wifi single doesn’t drop but speed is too low. Breakfast could be better. Room is quality low, like carpets.

The resort was absolutely breathtaking. I had no expectations as I saw a few negative reviews. But I was absolutely blown away by the views, the pool area. Everything!!! I asked for a bathtub room and it was absolutely no problem at all moving to the new room.

Went away for my birthday. The lovely people behind the counter arranged early check in and for and little plate of treats and a birthday card to be in our room. Such a wonderful surprise and such a lovely touch. All the staff where so helpful and kind. Food was great, view was amazing, room was very clean and comfortable. Will definitely book here again on our next trip to Queenstown.

We usually stay at Novotel Lakeside, but noticed a "hot price" on the Accor website, so thought we would try it. We had a Lakeview room with a stunning view, & the dining room was similarly impressive. Generally the hotel could do with some refreshment, but we had excellent value for money.

Not impressed at all with our stay. When we checked in, lack of information about the hotel and facilities. When we got out of the lift on the 3rd floor we were hit with a pungent mouldy damp smell. The food in the restaurant was very sub standard. Lack of flavour and far too much salt. Lack of any form of salad or vegetable was extremely disappointing for the price. We expected a lot better from this hotel.
