It was so easy to book a room. We had a cancelled flight and were so grateful you had a room. The ladies at the front desk were SO kind. The receptionist the following day actually let us have breakfast after we overslept and missed the buffet, and then helped us with the pool and sauna/shower before we headed back to the airport. Food from the bar late at night was SO GOOD.

We had the lakeside room and the view was really beautiful, stunning! The location was fine, l got the impression that everyone hires a car in Queenstown so it was fine for people driving. The front staff managers were really nice and helpful. Disliked · We were there for 6 days and midway we asked for our linen to be changed, this wasn't done. Bins, not emptied, glasses not cleaned etc so that was a bit annoying. They also charge $15 a night for parking in an unsecured car park which is essentially just outside which l think is ridiculous. The parking should be free!

When I checked in the front desk said my parking are all covered as I booked with corporate, but charged $15 when checked out. The room was outdated

The view is great although you sacrifice location a little to get it. Most staff were very nice although one of the reception staff who checked us in was miserable, bordering on rude any time we had to speak to her. Breakfast is poor although breakfast staff are very good.
