Both keys didn’t work the room key and then the pool key. Sheets were stained.

Housekeeping didn't actually clean the room properly at all. There were big dead moths at the start of our stay and they were still there at the end

We booked for four people and was given a room that was very small for four. Bathroom was too small too. Also we had to ask for stocks such as shampoo, tea bags, milk etc. which could have been avoided by the staff. Only positive thing was the floor staff who showed positive attitude all the time.

This was our first time staying at Mercure Queenstown. We had an amazing experience. We were lucky to get our room upgraded and staff brought us a congratulations card and beautiful plate of treats saying "Happy Honeymoon". We loved the buffet breakfast and the free parking!

From the time we walked in the door we were made to feel very welcome. Our room had been upgraded to a Lake view with breakfast included. and A car park had been reserved for us this was first class service and the first time in my 10 years of membership that it's happened. Thank you so much.

My partner and I escaped Auckland to breathe. The intensity of the lockdown was suffocating. I have never stayed at this particular Accor Hotel before. It was pleasant. The staff were wonderful. Welcoming, friendly. The room. One chair in the room. It needs 2. I asked for a chair and it never showed. It was ok.

Although the resort is located a bit out of Queenstown centre, it's a nice walk to town with great views. I paid for an early check-in but waited for 2 hours for the room to be ready, but the receptionist was super friendly and welcoming and waived my early check-in fee, which was a really nice gesture. They also upgraded my room to one with lakeview. The room itself was comfy and I like that the windows can be opened for the breeze to come in from the lake. The pool was rather small and one of the jacuzzis wasn't working. There was a pool bar that afternoon which was quite nice. The bar area looks good and breakfast was pretty average though reasonably priced. Overall had a very nice experience (especially all the staff) and some aspects exceeded my expectation

Always enjoy returning to this property. Great views from lakeview rooms. Clean and comfortable rooms , .Close but not to close to town so very quiet. Staff are always very friendly and helpful. Good free parking.
