clean tidy rooms, with minimal toiletries provided. It has a large beautiful outdoor pool, but NOT HEATED (except for the tiny water fountain), which is a total waste of energy and a great drawcard for young families. Breakfast was average, but restaurant was great. Great response for accessibility needs from the staff.

Overall experience was bit disappointing. The room was too small for four people. And there is not even a microwave. Basic facilities like a small table or couple of chairs. We spent our days till 10 PM in Queenstown, and came back to room only to sleep.

Great location - tired hotel rooms! The staff were helpful however, for the price we paid - the room was disappointing, particularly the bathroom. We had stayed in a motel that was a higher standard previously for much less money. The Queenstown Mecure needs some upgrading of its' rooms or pricing them to reflect what is offered (even in peak season).
