Check in experience could have been better. Having handed across Accor Plus and Credit Card, both of which had my name on them you'd think they would be used to pull up the correct reservation but no pulled up a part similar name resewrvation that was not mine. Very much appreciative an upgraded view with a glipmse of the lake, instead of the garden view.

Great rooms with great views. What let it down was its breakfast. It was $32 for very ordinary food. Think white bread, butter, powdery eggs and tomatoes. Very ordinary. You’re better off waking up early to walk to town for a meal.

Experienced the staff in all departments to be very professional and incredibly welcoming and helpful. Hotel while older in decor very clean and comfortable. Easy walking distance into Queenstown and amazing views from the room we had. Would definitely stay here again

reception arranged room in 048,which is the lowest floor,that is not satisfying to me。i am quite dissopointed
