In dining menu was great. Breakfast was not as tasty. Room was great it had air con which was needed. Beds were comfortable. Views were amazing. Bathroom was great.

Very dated bedrooms and capacity for catering to a large conference was limited

Upon check-in, we were greeted by the front desk staff. We arrived at 12 noon, and our room was already ready, which was a bonus. However, I booked a Lake View Room, but we were given room 320. Unfortunately, the view was very disappointing half garden and half mountain, with no lake at all. I paid extra for the view and didn’t get what I expected. I was celebrating my birthday and chose this hotel, but I couldn’t even post photos online because the view was so disappointing. The reception staff need to smile more and be friendlier. We approached them twice and were not greeted, I had to say hello first. However, the housekeeping staff were very bubbly and friendly every time we passed them.
