Dated interiors, dirty bathroom, overwhelming smell in bedroom, no sky movies, lovely staff and good service.

I expected more from this hotel given the price, location, and the Accor/Mercure branding. While the location is convenient, the property itself feels dated and in need of a proper revamp. The rooms and overall facilities don’t quite match the standard I associate with Mercure. For the cost, I was hoping for a more modern, well-maintained experience. Overall, it’s not terrible, but it doesn’t offer great value for money in its current condition. The carpet needs to be replaced/cleaned. I was also charged a meal I did not have due to their error.
