We have stayed several times but this time for $3,200 for 6 nights with old furnishings damaged vanity top , damaged table top, limited cooking disishes and that dangerous wall above the bed, our stay was not value for that price. The receptionist on leaving took the photo from our phone showing the wall which my husband hit so many times and almost knocked himself out on the last morning. We did try to find another room but was booked out. Lana was so helpful and tried her best. I was advised to write to the manager about our stay and that wall above the bed and the quality of the furnishings it was not acceptable for the price.

This hotel was in a very good location. An easy 2 minute stroll down the lakeside and you would arrive in the town. Our room had an absolutely stunning view of both the lake and hills. The rooms themselves were easy to navigate, parking was easy and the staff were amazing when checking in / out. We stayed in one of the 2 bedroom apartments, the rooms were warm and comfortable. We had everything we needed, a nicely sized kitchen and sitting area. The bathrooms were lovely (especially the heater floor!) but of our the balcony was our favorite feature. It was a large outdoor area, with seating and a beautiful view.
