Dear Mike, We are disappointed to read we did not provide you with the stay experience you rightfully have hoped for and apologise that your experience fell short of the standard we pride ourselves to offer our guests. The property is undergoing an extensive exterior and interior refurbishment schedule and we apologies your stay was negatively affected by this. The property had a gym and breakfast room until last year, due to the facilities not being able to a standard we would like to provide.
