Made a reservation the day before arrival. Revived confirmation email. When we arrived the desk agent informed us our reservation had been cancelled but the hotel home office. No explanation. Thank goodness the room was still available and we had a great front desk person to help us. Once in the room the walls were beat up with black marks all over. Carpet stained in every room. On a plus side the room Was very spacious. Parking garage was a mess and people. Pupils figure out how to park between lines.

Have stayed here many times and return due to the convenience and the views. However, it is decidedly 3 star quality with mould in bathrooms, dated furniture (& condition). Price is for space, view and convenience but honestly would love if they got a makeover. Be warned - 2nd bedroom in the 2 bedroom apartments do not have an external window and there is no ventilation. Very stuffy.

The staff were very helpful. The unit was clean, though it's starting to show its age — the dryer wasn't working, unfortunately, but the staff offered some alternatives which made it much less of an inconvenience.

I booked a room with you as you describe your apartments as "luxury". This was not the case in our apartment #202. The apartment did not match the price per night. It was old, dark, dirty and had super outdated old furniture. Really disappointed

We recently stayed for 6 nights in a 2 bedroom apartment. The location is great, a 5 - 10 min flat walk to town, easy with kids, and a bus stop to Cadrona next door. All the staff were really friendly, happy and helpful. The apartment had everything that we needed, 2 bathrooms with underfloor heating, a bath, washer and dryer, kitchen etc. Whilst the apartment itself is a little dated, the views of the snow capped mountains certainly make up for it. Overall we had a great stay, thanks!

the key system was absolutely appalling to get to your hotel, door. To only find out. You had to go all the way back to reception to rekey every time, absolutely, appalling

The location and views were superb. The staff were courteous and friendly but it didn’t take much probing to hear the frustrations they were dealing with the building especially the keycard issues. We were part of a 30 person group with all the same problems. Overall the room was tired and dated with stains, swollen bathroom cabinets, and the door was constantly left ajar by the cleaners leaving our room and belongings free to anyone walking past. We understand the need to update the rooms but prior warning of construction work in the adjacent room would've been nice.

Everything was easy and well managed. The Design of the room was odd though. Tiny closet with very little room for more than one jacket and really small bathroom.

Comfortable apartments fantastic views . Only n native is the parking spaces are paid and very small if you have a 4wd. So park on the street for free. Also one bed was on a slant. We have 2 hrs of concrete drilling on two days in the room next to us - no compensation offered - so not good - hence low score.

Perfect location in Queenstown! We booked the two bedroom Lakeview room for 3 adults and a 6 month old. Walking distance to town and all of the eateries which in winter made it so easy. Staff were lovely and super helpful providing us with recommendations and a cot. Overall amenities of the room were great with plenty of space, washer and dryer. Unfortunately the room is very dated and needs some serious maintenance work. It rained during our stay and the roof was leaking in the main living area, the gas fireplace only intermittently worked and there was significant water damage to the door jamb in the ensuite bathroom. Overall a great location but the room needs some TLC! Disappointing for the amount of money we spent on the room.

The property interior is dated and showing signs of damage and fatigue. A lot of steps at the front when carrying cases up to reception. Key card to room kept on failing requiring visit to reception each time. Balcony sliding doors did not secure at the bottom so draft comes through. Furniture showing signs of overuse and needs replacement. Due to continued requirements to go to reception, Concierge team were pleasant.

A family vacation in 3 bedroom. The space was very generous and the views were amazing. It was very nicely furnished and very comfortable

Accommodated in a dual apartment could hear the neighbour all night felt like they were in your room. Half way through the swing they changed to kids who were banging and trying to open our door the connected our rooms constant banging and so loud.. right near the elevator so you hear that going constantly all night. An entire day with no hot water due to some fault apparently from the manager and the next day also no hot water for the first half of the day. The location is the only good thing about this hotel. Spent a lot of money and did not have an enjoyable stay

Location and the views are amazing. But the hotel and the rooms are tired and need an update. Several things in the room (2 bedroom Lakeview) broken or not working and staff unable to fix during our stay. 2 bedroom is a great size for a family of four and I would recommend purely based on location and room size, but hotel is in need of an uodate
