Mostly satisfied but a few tweaks would be a value add. Rooms were stuffy with poor ventilation and there were no instructions to work out how to manage heat control, meaning heat was on or off (when on was far too hot). While lounge is comfortable, it was hard to get in and out of due to being low to the floor. Water pooled significantly on the balcony which was hazardous. Carpet under dining table was wet (not damp- wet), which we only discovered once taking footwear off. Given its winter would mostly go unnoticed. Car parking was extremely tight and presented a challenge when someone parked slightly to the line (even with an average sized car).

Great location. A bit run down but still comfortable.
