Comfortable apartments fantastic views . Only n native is the parking spaces are paid and very small if you have a 4wd. So park on the street for free. Also one bed was on a slant. We have 2 hrs of concrete drilling on two days in the room next to us - no compensation offered - so not good - hence low score.

Perfect location in Queenstown! We booked the two bedroom Lakeview room for 3 adults and a 6 month old. Walking distance to town and all of the eateries which in winter made it so easy. Staff were lovely and super helpful providing us with recommendations and a cot. Overall amenities of the room were great with plenty of space, washer and dryer. Unfortunately the room is very dated and needs some serious maintenance work. It rained during our stay and the roof was leaking in the main living area, the gas fireplace only intermittently worked and there was significant water damage to the door jamb in the ensuite bathroom. Overall a great location but the room needs some TLC! Disappointing for the amount of money we spent on the room.

The property interior is dated and showing signs of damage and fatigue. A lot of steps at the front when carrying cases up to reception. Key card to room kept on failing requiring visit to reception each time. Balcony sliding doors did not secure at the bottom so draft comes through. Furniture showing signs of overuse and needs replacement. Due to continued requirements to go to reception, Concierge team were pleasant.

Accommodated in a dual apartment could hear the neighbour all night felt like they were in your room. Half way through the swing they changed to kids who were banging and trying to open our door the connected our rooms constant banging and so loud.. right near the elevator so you hear that going constantly all night. An entire day with no hot water due to some fault apparently from the manager and the next day also no hot water for the first half of the day. The location is the only good thing about this hotel. Spent a lot of money and did not have an enjoyable stay

Location and the views are amazing. But the hotel and the rooms are tired and need an update. Several things in the room (2 bedroom Lakeview) broken or not working and staff unable to fix during our stay. 2 bedroom is a great size for a family of four and I would recommend purely based on location and room size, but hotel is in need of an uodate

Room had paper thin walls. I could hear the people coming back at midnight. They were loud, screaming and laughing in the early AM's. Sounded like they were having a party and playing drinking games. I stayed for a conference and had early mornings and I struggled to sleep.

I realise Peppers Beacon is on the cheaper side of Queenstown accommodation prices, however I have stayed their previously and not experienced the following issues so don't automatically rule out staying there based on this feedback alone. We were in an end room, and the air conditioning units of other rooms was quite noisy through the closed windows (we turned our unit off) To top it off, there was no hot water in the morning so it was a cold shower for us. It could happen at any accommodation, but it would have been nice to be offered a small discount when letting them know about it. I'm not bold enough to ask. The location and parking is great.

Staff tried their best but had limited ability to do anything. Rooms were old, musty and outdated and not up to the standard expected of a Peppers facility through All Accor.

Your comments about the air conditioning is noted, unfortunately air conditionings become louder at colder temperatures, and we regret you got negatively affected by this. The hotel staff is friendly and the check-in process is quick. The sound insulation is very poor. The decoration and facilities are old. The bedding and carpet are very dirty.

Staff were wonderful! All staff were friendly and especially the cleaning staff were a delight to see every day around the property. The wifi was horrible!

We stayed 5 nights at Peppers in the 3 Bedroom Lake View Apartment. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was a short walk from the town centre. The room had amazing views and was spacious for a family stay. The only let down was how dated the room was. Overall, we felt the room was in need of a big upgrade. The finishes in the bathrooms and kitchens had water damage, upholstery in the living and bedrooms (blinds, sofa, tables) were in need of replacement or a deep clean. The position of the room looked directly into next doors kitchen and there was no privacy unless blinds were closed at all times. We enjoyed our stay at peppers but likely would not return unless there was some sort of renovation to the rooms for the prices that are being charged.
