The location was great however, we were disappointed over all as 1} there were no coffee cups in the room, so had to phone reception, 2} on the vanity there was a large “ball” of hair, which we took a photo of and showed the gentleman at reception upon our departure. The rooms should be checked to make sure they are up to standard and it defiantly was not. 3} we felt it was a bit over priced, and is difficult to get to through 2 x lifts and a bit of a walk. The bed was comfortable,

As a family of four we had a great time at Peppers Queenstown. The location was excellent being only 5 minutes walk from town. Our views of the water and surrounding landscape was breathtaking. We had plenty of room and all the amenities we needed including bathrobes and a coffee machine. The room was a little tired in places... for example the roman blinds could do with a clean. But overall I would highly recommend this accommodation for a family. Also the staff were very helpful and friendly.

We stayed during late April and had a brilliant time. Location is perfect about a 5min walk to the town area and about 15mins to the airport. Apartments are quite spacious and the staff friendly and accommodating. We were lucky to stay in a room with the lake view which was a stunning sight. Highly recommend to staying here and would stay here again next time i’m in town.

Great stay. Balcony could have done with cleaning. Didn’t like shower over bath those days are gone in my opinion.

We met friends from Auckland for 3 nights and had a lovely unit on the third floor with two bedrooms. The view was magical and everything in the unit was right up to standard. We loved the fire place in the lounge area - it was just like home away from home. I could thoroughly recommend Peppers Beacon as the place to stay in Queenstown.

Great location, maintenance of rooms a bit shabby

The blind in our bathroom was obviously broken and stuck half way up the window and on an angle so could not possibly have been missed by cleaners or maintenance staff, it affected privacy. It should have been attended too before being let out. Previous occupants dishes were in the dish washer!!!!

I liked how central it was to the centre of town but our mystery weekend package was a paid upgrade from the standard package and it feels like we were just chucked in a random room with no thought. Our fridge had no little milks so we had to buy our own, the smell coming out of the vents into our bathroom was fowl. Its like other peoples toilet smells were coming into our room and the shower kept going from hot to freezing back to boiling hot with in seconds and i ended up with a burn down the side of me.

The property is well located. Staff are friendly. Wifi isn’t the best, bedroom that’s furthest away from the entrance has no connection.

We were not impressed that we were not told at check in of the schedules maintainence that required power outage for 6 hours. Had to haggle for a small reduction
