Obviously a great location and really nice spacious apartment with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. It was probably the most shabby and worn out room I’ve ever stayed in though. I was not aware that it’s a time share situation and is privately owned so I understand it’s not peppers beacons fault, however the owners should be ashamed of letting it get into such a state. For the price per night they should be keeping it in better condition. I understand there are renovations about to commence so I hope they spruce it up.

The stay overall was comfortable and good, but the room cleanliness was a letter average on arrival, we found lolly wrapers and other rubbish in the couch cushions and a build up of dust in visable areas. Overall though, we had an enjoyable stay, the couch was a little tired though and probably due to be replaced. One day we had a fab housekeeper who did an amazing job, they changed the sheets, made the kids bed and displayed all their little toys, it was so welcoming to come back to and the kids faces lit up.

We were really disappointed with the state of our room. It was tired and dated, the furniture was shabby, and neither bedroom had natural light, which made the whole stay feel gloomy. It simply wasn't what we were expecting based on the website photos. The common areas didn't inspire confidence either - the paving was noticeably wonky and the property overall didn't feel well maintained. On the positive side, the front desk staff were absolutely lovely and couldn't have been more helpful - they were a genuine credit to the place. The beds were also comfortable, which we appreciated. Housekeeping was a mixed experience. The team seemed to be there for a good time more than anything - they carried on chatting loudly while servicing the room even though we were in it, and didn't work with much urgency. To be fair, the room was cleaned to an okay standard. Overall, though, for the price we paid this fell well short of expectations. With some investment in the rooms and grounds it could be lovely, but as it stands we left feeling let down.

The location of the hotel was great . The staff members were also very helpful. We were not told that the room has an interconnected door with another room next door . We had small kids and the next door's guests conversation was audible in our room ( including night time intimacies!!) . Moreover one early morning someone was trying the doors handle trying to figure out what is behind the door from their side plus knocking on the door as well which has caused too much trouble for us . We are not satisfied at all with this experience and felt very uncomfortable during our stay . Once again, nothing wrong from staff and other elements of the hotel , just compromise of privacy and having to do everything to muffle the noise from our end .
