Great place but the Sonicare electric toothbrush I left in the draw was not returned meaning room 123 was either not serviced adequiately i.e. its still in the draw or someone took it.

The location is great but the hotel itself needs an upgrade it's looking pretty tired. The rooms do need a spruce up though, walls are super thin so if you don't like noise I wouldn't recommend. We could clearly hear conversations in rooms either side of us and in hallway. Bathrooms were okay, bath over shower meant you had to deal with sticky shower curtain especially if you're a larger person and bathrooms in both our stays this time needed repainting. It would be great if you could shift large tour groups to the side so other guests could easily come and go while they're checking in as the front entrance became pretty much impassable while your group was there. In saying all that despite being tired the rooms were clean and staff were lovely to deal with.

During my stay, one of the SKII Screen Care Product have been used / consumed by someone who have access to the room (may be housekeeping).
