Annette H Friends getaway - TripAdvisor review

This property is in a great location and the morning breakfast is very good. However, the rooms are subpar. In my room, there was a missing light, the primary outlets near the desk did not work so I was forced to charge my devices alternately with my tea kettle. The toilets do not flush completely and require repeated flushing whenever they are used. Another friend indicated that her bathroom sink was leaking all over the floor.

Overall it was fine but the price seems due to location more than anything. I was displeased with the condition of the bathroom, specifically the shower. The curtain did not seem clean ans was short so it kept blowing against me when I showered. The anti slip mat was definitely a bit moldy as well.

Location perfect. Only 1 chair was annoying although room too small to fit more. Cost of car parking not advised in advance was a shock. No plates or cutlery was inconvenient. Staff were fabulous.
