We are especially pleased that your daughter's birthday celebration was made a little more special with the soft toys. We also appreciate your comments regarding parking and the shower controls. Due to our limited number of onsite parking spaces and insurance requirements, valet parking is the only option available. Parking rates are in line with other central Queenstown hotels, and council street parking is free from 6:00 pm until 9:00 am. We also appreciate your observations about the shower controls and will share your feedback with the relevant team for consideration. Thank you again for your review.
