The location is what sells your hotel. Couldn’t have had a better location. However the facilities are getting pretty old. The shower over bath with the water coming out isn’t great. I think it’s time to do a big upgrade. Staff were great

Loved the stay and location is amazing. A few improvements needed. - The shower over the tiny bath, just use a dark tile and put a proper shower in (builder) - need 2 lounges so a couple can watch tv together. - Should at least have footy on tv when you’re playing $650 nt - should have a microwave so you can a least heat milk for coffee or leftovers - maybe time for some new carpet and a paint job hey But overall we loved it

Our Red Carpet Tour group always stays here when in Queenstown. Very comfortable beds, lots of pillows, tub was a little too high for me to get in and out of safely (I’m 70), temperature in the room was very comfortable, VERY helpful and accommodating workers at the Front Desk in helping us move rooms to be closer to our friends we are traveling with. Only area of frustration was bringing takeout food back to the hotel and having nowhere indoors to eat with others in our group without being chased out by the bar worker downstairs.

We're pleased you had a comfortable stay and particularly appreciated the beds, room temperature and assistance from our Front Desk team in arranging rooms closer to your travelling companions. Outside food cannot be consumed in our bar and lounge areas, although guests are welcome to enjoy it in the outdoor areas. The staff were very nice, accommodating, friendly, and helpful. We had minor problems in the room but that did not really affect and change how memorable our stay was in the hotel.

The place is close to everything we wanted to visit. It is very accessible, and the staff were very accommodating and friendly. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be coming back here again!

Place is looking very out dated and could do with a new face lift

Everyone was v helpful and the valet parking made it easy as parking in Queenstown was always at a premium.

Outside is very cold and the doors windows cannot be closed properly. The glass is single glass only. So all the wind and cold can blow inside the room. The heater is useless with gaps on windows and doors.

You have a great location but the whole experience wasn’t great. Check in was slow and although I am an Accor gold member I was left waiting next in line at preferred check in while the staff member chatted with a contractor. The next person who helped was friendly and fine but it was already annoying we had been left waiting so long. The whole place needs a major overhaul. The carpets are dirty and worn, rooms and bathrooms old, dingy and didn’t feel particularly clean. Air con rattles, rooms are cold as single glazing. Just needs a complete update.
