Staff were attentive and welcoming and the location was great. Unfortunately we felt the room, especially the bathroom was very outdated. We typically stay in more affordable accommodation so this was a bit of a treat for us and we were left disappointed with the room. It was also quite tight in the room with a pram.

Novotel Queenstown has great location in Queenstown. You can walk anywhere downtown. Hotel itself is a little bit old but the location and kind staffs make up for everything.

Such a great beautiful spot in Queenstown. The only downfall was having to pay for parking every 2 hours and keep moving the rental vehicle as the valet service was full. Unfortunately the parking was expensive. Otherwise, overall it was a great experience, there were a couple of days where my room hadn't been serviced even though we had been away for some time, but it got done eventually

The location for the hotel is excellent, right in the middle of all the action and easily accessible for driving, shops and morning strolls! Perfect location. The hotel amenties and rooms however were very dated and looked very dissimilar to what is shown online, a little disappointed. The hotel needs a refurbishment/face lift!
