My husband and I stayed here for five nights as we explored Queenstown and surrounding area. What we really liked about the location was that while you are so close to the entire “downtown” core of Queenstown, you are also kind of tucked away on the last side street so you are close to the hustle and bustle while also being a bit secluded. We also really enjoyed the proximity to Queenstown Gardens which is an absolute gem. Many restaurants are nearby as well. The bed was comfortable and we found being at the far end of the hallway with a view to the gondola, our room was very quiet every night. Staff were all very helpful and friendly.

Hotel is extremely dated and rundown. Tile and caulking, coming off the bathroom size of the room difficulty operating air conditioner TV made the stain in the room unpleasant. Staff were unfriendly would not engage or assist

Didn’t enjoy the scrummage for breakfast but dinner was very good.
