Good location, near to the lake, shops and restaurants. Room is sizable and clean. 2 things can be improve:- 1. to notify customer with carpark booked earlier on the valley parking system. On my 1st arrival, I actually drive my car into the carpark and park there and was told can't park there, need to park at drop off and they will park the car for us. I am happy with the valley park system, they are efficient. 2. The check-in receptionist doesn't seem to know what we have in our booking, she just pass us the room key without briefing us on the carpark, breakfast, where to claim the welcome drink and also wifi. We need to ask item by item ourselves, this is so far the worst Accor arriving experience I had.

We stayed at the Queenstown Novotel. A delightful experience checking in and a room that was newly renovated. It was an innovative design and catered for all our needs. Plenty of space and storage and very impressive with its curves.

The location you can’t beat but the rooms and hotel itself needs a good renovation - I would say probably a 3 star overall based on other properties we have stayed at in Queenstown. The room service was horrid don’t waste your money. Honestly we won’t be back there are plenty of beautiful boutique and bnbs around Queenstown that are more our vibe for the price we paid.
