I enjoyed staying in the heart of Queenstown. We played golf, went e-bike riding through the vineyards and explored the region all very easily from the Novotel.

Best location, have stayed in Queenstown many times certainly my favourite location. Comfortable rooms and very friendly staff

We hired a car to drive down to Queenstown only to find out there are no on-site parking available that day/night, and if there were it was only valet parking at $50 NZD a day. We drove around town and street parking was limited and expensive. Luckily we found one and paid $6.50 an hour (free 6pm - 9am next day). The next day the hotel had an available on-site car park fortunately. I would suggest the ability to book a car park at the time of hotel room booking. The staff at front desk were friendly and helpful, and spoke many languages. However as a gold member I did not get a room upgrade, could be due to availability? Also did not get a chocolate or a welcome gift in the room. The bathroom was a bit run down. Suggest to NOT use curtains as they can get mouldy and it's not hygienic.
