On our second 2 night stay our room was not the best. The bed was comfortable but the comforter under the bottom sheet was prickly and the sheets came free too easily. We could also hear someone going the bathroom in the room above...

My wife booked a Lakeside view room with an adjoining room that was advertised as 50% off family offer on the ACCOR app at $1522.12 When we arrived, we only had one room which was a garden view. Management was unable to help us with regards to the two room booking and referred us to call ACCOR. We spoke to the front desk three times, but was unable to get any help With this booking.

We had an extra night due to a flight cancellation. Got a room with breakfast. What a great stay, location is amazing and the breakfast buffet did not disappoint. They kept our luggage for the day. All in all can’t fault them.

I got woken up at 1am in the morning by an accidental phone call by the receptionist when I needed to be up at 4am for work. It wasn’t a great experience. An apology letter to wake up to the following morning diddnt fix the minimal sleep I received. I also diddnt get an apology on the phone or get told any information on the phone so I was left wondering what was going on. I wasn’t given any vouchers or anything to make up for the fact my sleep was disrupted when I was working a few hours later.
