I had a nice stay at Rixos Saadiyat, especially enjoying the beautiful beach, smooth check-in experience, and the friendly service provided by the team. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was relaxing and welcoming. A few points could be improved to enhance the guest experience: - I had an unpleasant experience in the public bathroom where the floor was greasy and wet. Unfortunately, I slipped and fell hard on the floor, and there was no warning sign displayed to indicate that it was wet. For safety reasons, regular checks and clear warning signs in such areas would be very important to prevent accidents. - Additionally, the coffee quality could be elevated by offering more authentic Italian-style coffee options. Overall, it was a good experience, but hotel could further improve guest safety and satisfaction.
