Hello, I am not posting this publicly but I was a little concerned with how run down the room was (room 213). The phone had wires hanging out that were frayed. The white couch is dirty. The shower screen door makes a horrific sound when opening and closing which would disturb anyone sleeping around me. The kitchen still had dirty marks in it from previous guest - which I cleaned up.. The bed linen does not look welcoming (almost looked already slept in). I was pleased to see painting was taking place as the walls are certainly an eyesore as well. I hope further attention to room upgrades is being looked at. Thanks

Poor experience.We picked an Accor brand for quality and service but were let down. AC broken reported at least 5 times, sewer odour shocking -we were told each time it was fixed and eventually they brought a fan Also room service forgot to clean our room -apparently someone was sick. Not a good thing to experience when you return at 8pm. Very very disapointing and all we got was oh we are sorry. Not good enough.

Comfortable, easy to get too and friendly staff. the globe in the range hood blew and tripped the circuit, which is safety that’s ok. The issue was who ever changed the globe left the old one on the bench and a piece of glass on the floor. Luckily no injuries. Possibly could have a couple of large shelves in the corner of bathroom on wall beside door. To put clothes and toiletries on. The small stand wasn’t adequate. The hair dryer has wires showing where it joins the appliance. Maybe replace it. We did find only having no ceiling lights in the living area very dull, the lamps weren’t bright enough. Overall the stay was comfortable, just miner issues except for the globe ( big issue.). Thanks for having us.

We chose Sebel West Perth because we needed to be close to a few amenities. - 8 min walk to City West train station - 5 min walk to Europcar hire to pick up the car to Margaret River. - 5 min walk to the free Red Cat Bus stop to the city - 6 min walk to the free Yellow Cat and Watertown shopping - 12 min walk to West Perth cafes/restaurants Our daughter studies at UWA and it was easy to get to from the Sebel. We got around Perth by public transport and enjoyed the ease. We liked that we have a washing machine and dryer in the room. The room is large and extremely comfortable with a king bed. Clean and well maintained. There is a gym and pool for the hot summer. Good value for money.

The hotel is well located, not far from a RED CAT stop which drives you straight into town. If you stay out too long it is a 12-15min walk back. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Being an ACCOR member, I am still unsure why I did not get the Oatmeal sachets, amongst others. I got a bigger room because I was advised that 3rd and 4th floor were fully booked. It was a nice room and age appropriate (handle bars to get off the toilet and a bench to sit in the shower). The fact that you can cook something, have all the amenities and get your room cleaned daily, makes it all in all a pleasant stay.

Experience was good and staff very helpful and pleasant. Location good with the use of the free bus. Coffee and milk each day was a nice gesture. Pool could have been cleaner as there was leaves in the bottom.

The man at the desk was very, very good. Very professional and personable. Sorry I didnt get his name, but he was working when I Checked-In. The reason for the 9 and not a 10 is that Sebel's exhaust system is very loud.

I stayed for a 9 day business trip. Having the kitchenette and laundry facilities made life very easy. The gym is better than you will find in almost any hotel. The room was spacious and very clean. It is centrally located so I was able to walk or get a short cab ride to wherever I needed to go. The staff were all exceptional, they couldn't be friendlier or more helpful. I will absolutely stay again when I am back in Perth.

Located close to free cat bus that goes into the city. Walking distance to Kings Park. The rooms themselves have everything you need. Except food. Great team too. Parking is secure and on property.
