We had a lovely stay. The staff were fantastic, friendly and welcoming, and their English certainly put ours to shame! We had a terrace room overlooking the main street and car park, but it wasn’t noisy and the terrace was a lovely addition. The food was fantastic and the bar service was great, although having only one person covering the bar and food later in the evening made service a little slow. It could also have been clearer that parking was valet parking, and leaving on Sunday took quite a while as the hotel was so busy. Overall, a lovely hotel where both we and our dog were made to feel very welcome. We really enjoyed our stay.

I would expect that if a musical evening were taking place that those not attending would have rooms well away from the noise If valet parking takes place , the valet should be available before 7am

We would have gladly offered you a room further away from the bar, but unfortunately the hotel was fully booked that evening and no alternative room was available. Great. Really nice staff first and foremost. Lovely surroundings real sense of Thought floors in salon des sports was treacherous but not if you were wearing the gratis slippers. Worth the money

We had a deluxe room with a terrace - really nice to have some outdoor space to sit when it was hot. The room was very spacious - really well lit as well. The spa was lovely - remember to book! The staff were so friendly and helpful.Great breakfast and a good bar which was lively. We would definitely return if we are in the area again.

Excellent stay with a lovely room. Secure valet parking was available. Although the bar does snacks etc, there is no restaurant in the hotel. There are many many great places to eat though serving good quality food and reasonable prices.

Very comfortable stay, and staff very helpful.. However for a second time I was charged twice for the room and had to be repaid. You take a card when I book.You then ask for a card on arrival and want a signature. You then want another signature as I wanted to pay on a the card I gave you when I booked. This is a joke, as you then took two payments and had to re-imburse . This costs me exchange rate differences. We then stayed at Carlton Lyon,who take a card when you book,do not ask for a card when you arrive,and then take payment when you leave. Your system does not work and is offensive as you clearly do not trust guests despite being an Accor member for over 30 years. Also you provide no toiletries,shower caps,shoe cleaning pads etc like other MGallery hotels do
