We stayed three nights at the start of December, for Troyes' Christmas market and its medieval churches. We were made welcome immediately, the team on reception were extremely helpful and accommodating and the bar men true gentlemen. We dropped our bags off in the room and relaxed with a glass of local champagne in the excellent bar. The spa is wonderful, the rooms bright and generous, and the shower gel and shampoo are Sothys (this is something so many hotels underrate, but here they are perfect). The hotel has parking and is extremely dog friendly. We didn't have breakfast but ate one night at the bar and everything was very tasty and well-cooked. We will be back each and every time we return to Troyes.

This is a lovely renovation of a historic building- graceful but very comfortable rooms. Super location for exploring! Expert advice for local spots (though check in could be improved, some issues with room preferences and knowledge of hotel layout itself). Spa relaxation circuit complimentary session much appreciated! (In room, no hand towels, only bath towels...'We don't have any'. Odd!)
