We stopped over on the way to Switzerland. The hotel is very nice. Check-in staff were amazing and the rooms were super clean and really well presented. The only thing lacking is breakfast. It's a shame that its very very average with no live station or a menu ordering service. Utensils, plates and bowls took forever to be replenished.

Great base for our shot visit to Troyes, well located for exploring the centre of town - we did the self paced audio tour from the Tourist Information - and enjoyed being close to numerous bars and restaurants. Our room was well appointed and very comfortable. Would stay again when in the area.

It began in the forecourt parking when someone came and welocmed us and helped with bags as soon as we had turned off the engine! The relaxed and friendly service, efficient too, continued through the stay, wihtout being intrusive. We were on a busy business trip but all our needs were met even if we did not have time to take up all the facilities on offer. This is a tremendous upgrade to the level of hotel accommodation in Troyes - a beautiful town. The next step is surely to open a restaurant at this hotel.
