This is a lovely renovation of a historic building- graceful but very comfortable rooms. Super location for exploring! Expert advice for local spots (though check in could be improved, some issues with room preferences and knowledge of hotel layout itself). Spa relaxation circuit complimentary session much appreciated! (In room, no hand towels, only bath towels...'We don't have any'. Odd!)

A tasteful, modern hotel in a historic setting, with great service and friendly staff. The breakfast offering could be a bit more lavish and varied for the hotel's standard (fresh fruit, egg dishes, vegetarian options). Overall, however, the hotel can be warmly and wholeheartedly recommended.
