i Had booket a superior room with terrace. Got the most noisy room in the hotel directly to road with heavy traffic. Asked for another room, got a tiny standard room instead. Breakfast was served with cold crepes, very “aged” fresh fruit, undelicate fruit salat and dry cakes. No pleasure at all. Ordered fried eggs, they came totally overvooked with the yolks almost dusty . When we checked out, I got the bill with the rate for three superior room nights, had to ask for the deduction for the standard room. I don’t know where the 5 stars came from, maybe sent from heaven like a miracle.

Jules was rude, uninformed and unprofessional. Somebody left a hotel guests list with all room numbers in our room which is a total invasion of privacy.

We enjoyed the quiet location. The hotel is in easy walking distance from the gorgeous old town area which we loved exploring. So many bistros and great shopping. Taxis impossible to get from the train station though.

Location is perfect. Breakfast is ok. Douche and air conditioning did not function properly. The front desk service was frankly terrible. Big gang of ladies, who did not speak English, got everything absolutely wrong and were spectacularly unfraindly
