The hotel is modern and well appointed. The rooms are a good size and comfortable. The parking is good but a little difficult to find when arriving for the first time. A kettle is provided but no milk! The hotel is about ten minutes walk from the centre of Troyes but not located in the nicest area.

The hotel is 10 minute walk to the old town. It has an underground car park - you just have to walk across a pedestrian path to the main entrance. The room was spacious, clean and quiet. Breakfast was very good and they provided gluten free breads for me.

Offered a nice room on the 4th floor, room was spacious but the bathroom was much too small, no room to manoeuvre! Comfortable bed somewhat spoilt by a plastic mattress protecter. A good breakfast with a fair choice of food. Supposed to have secure parking but this is the second occasion we have stayed fit the ‘gate’ has still not been fixed. Overall a very pleasant stay.
