The hotel is located in a quiet location a short walk from restaurants and the main centre, with parking close by. We arrived in our room which was very nice with excellent air conditioning which is a must for the recent high temperatures. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows were just perfect. A nice benefit was the comprensive breakfast included in the room rate. We travel regularly in France with our dog and would certainly return to this hotel. The staff were very welcoming too.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel, the kids loved the added games tables. The only tiny gripe was the air conditioning in our room did work so the room was really hot. The breakfast was pleasant, the only thing minor improvement would a better coffee machine. The staff we really helpful and friendly. We would definitely stay here again.

A well located & comfortable hotel with easy, secure parking (12 euro), and only a five minute stroll to the centre of town - a great choice for a one night stay in Troyes. Comfortable bed, good airconditioning, nice breakfast, friendly staff & easy check in/check out. Very good.

We had an absolutely lovely stay at the Ibis in Troyes. We brought dinner to the lobby each night and were able to use the dishes and silverware as we ate with our family, who are local. The staff was super nice and helpful. We loved the environmental program where we received a free drink each evening if we skipped housekeeping services. It was in a great location, walkable to the center village area with shops and restaurants. We will stay there again!

Excellent welcome. Room was not fully clean, balcony window dirty, carpet was stain and need to be replaced. Not sure the door handles were clean. Breakfast was average, quality decreased compared to previous time and buffet was not replenished at 9:30.

Good range of games was really good for the kids (pool, table football and air hockey plus a corner for younger kids. Room was ok apart from stain on the carpet which staff tried to clean to assist but it needed some deep clean. Location was very good and the staff helpful and attentive.

Check in was OK, did’nt feel overly welcomed. The room was again Ok but I could not work out the air con, no instructions. Under the bed sheet was a plasticky layer so as a consequence I had a rather disturbed sweaty night. It was easy to find and underground parking is a bonus.

We arrived at around 5.00pm on a very hot day. The air conditioning didn’t seem to be working so one of the young ladies on reception came to our room and sorted it out for us. Then as we went out for dinner we asked the same young lady for an extra pillow. She was busy at the time checking in other guests so made a note - and it was waiting on the bed when we got back. And everything was done with a big smile on her face. Great service. The breakfast selection - including a lot of regional items - is far superior to what we have been offered at other Ibis Styles hotels.

Arrived and parked in the layby outside. I popped into the hotel, checked in and got the code for the underground carpark. Room was clean and comfortable. Facilities included fresh cold water down in reception, table football, pool etc and a small bar. Good location to walk into the old centre for dinner. Breakfast good.
