An excellent modern style hotel. Extremely helpful and friendly staff. Room was very comfortable with modern style wardrobes offering plenty of storage. Car park is directly opposite the reception, easy to get to, and when we were there had ample, secure parking. Breakfast was buffet style, but had everything we wanted. All this for a very reasonable price too. From a practical viewpoint the hotel is only around 10 minutes walk from the town centre. They even supply a walking map to tour the old town, which we found extremely helpful.

This hotel is a good overnight stay while driving through France. Fairly easy to find with good parking. However guidance given about how to enter underground car park was vague (and in French which I struggled with). Car in front got very confused and we had to rely on another driver to help us. Room was modern and clean and breakfast was very good - they had gluten free bread for me which I had requested. I would stay here again.

Last minute booking as the place we had fell through. The receptionist checking us in was very helpful she’s a treasure. The room was very basic for the price but a good location. Safe parking, decent shower. Air conditioning could be better. Breakfast nice continental with small garden area.

The private secure parking was ideal for us, the location was great for walking into Troyes too. The room was comfortable and the breakfast was superb. We also found the staff really friendly and helpful.
