Very friendly welcome. The reception staff speak perfect English and were extremely courteous and helpful. The entire breakfast room team was also consistently polite, attentive, and friendly. The hotel itself is exactly what you would expect from an Ibis Styles, but very well managed. Everything was clean and well organized, and we had nothing to complain about. Parking is also available — not free of charge, but conveniently located in the underground garage.

We booked two rooms and a parkingspace. We accidentally booked a Twinbedroom but that was easily switched upon arrival. The room was ok, as expected in an Ibis Styles. Just enough comfort. The other room didn't have a seperate toilet but we did. It's strange how similar priced rooms are so different. You do not get that information when you book a room. Breakfast was good. A lot of choice, no lack of products and again very friendly staff. At the bar the portions of drinks is very small for the price you pay. 4cl for 8 euro. That's a bit ridiculous... Overall a very nice stay! I would book again.

This was the first time we stayed in Troyes, it’s a lovely city and the Ibis Styles is perfectly placed to explore and enjoy what the city has to offer. The parking is safe and secure, we were welcomed by the reception staff and our room was a good size and very comfortable. The breakfast was very good, lots of options and all very tasty.
