This was the first time we stayed in Troyes, it’s a lovely city and the Ibis Styles is perfectly placed to explore and enjoy what the city has to offer. The parking is safe and secure, we were welcomed by the reception staff and our room was a good size and very comfortable. The breakfast was very good, lots of options and all very tasty.

This hotel was very easy to locate using our GPS. Exceptionally friendly and efficient welcome. Our room was far better than expected: very large, bright, tastefully furnished and decorated, moreover very comfortable. The shower room was perfect and the separate toilet an added bonus. Breakfast was more than adequate, excellent selection of food and drinks. The on site secure underground car park with E.V. charging points was perfect. Above all, the staff at this hotel are a credit, every one from receptionist, cleaners and kitchen staff were so polite and friendly. Well done Ibis Style on your training program! One point for future visitors arriving by car: park your vehicle outside the hotel, check in and obtain your designated code to gain access to the car park.

Have stayed quite a few times when travelling and you are our favourite IBIS with our dog. The staff are always very friendly. After a long drive we can get a glass of wine and sit with our dog in the garden and relax. This stay we explored Troyes which is also lovely. We will return.

Great stay - lovely rooms that are well designed and have all you need. V friendly and helpful staff. Really good location with secure parking and dog friendly. Lots of good restaurants in walking distance and loads of green spaces for our 4-legged friends. Includes breakfast so an easy start to the day rather than schlepping to a cafe.
