Stayed here a few times now. Always a good experience. Clean, friendly and very accommodating with young children. Especially liked the breakfast and really appreciated the fresh fresh orange juice!

On our way from Switzerland to the Channel tunnel, Troyes is about half-way. It’s not far from the Autoroute. The town centre is magical in the evening, lots of nice restaurants after 7 pm. Horrid cold snowing weather - wonderful to park free in covered underground car park adjacent to the hotel. A convenient minimalist room with a quiet location, no traffic noise. Love the hot drinks and public kettle facilities available downstairs in the evening, and the comprehensive breakfast buffet. Great facility, thanks Ibis Styles Troyes. Oh - PS - please lubricate the internal lock knob on the toilet room door in room 214 - neither of us could grip the knob enough to overcome the friction, and only my Army-Knife screwdriver blade was able to release the latch from the outside to erase my partner from being locked-in!

We had a great experience with Ibis Troyes and will definitely return. Alex on reception was excellent and very friendly. We were lucky to see some champagne tasting in the lobby, which was great upon arrival. I highly recommend Alex, as we were with both kids, and he recommended to us where to dinner and a quick guide and explained everything we needed to know. Thank you for that. The rooms were very clean, spacy and comfy, and we took a great rest. Hope to see you soon and Happy New Year!

We have been 4 times to this hotel and location, cleanliness, breakfast quality and variety are a given, as they are just the top. However, this time I want to praise the reception lady on the night of 21st to 22nd of December. We were very tired after 8 hours of driving from UK and tried to get to sleep about 9 PM, as next morning we had to go about 6:30 AM… when very loud barking started and it kept carrying on continuously. Our son had a separate room near where the dog was and it was even worse. The dog seems distressed and kept scratching the door and barking. We have called the reception and in about 10 minutes, the lady gave us another rooms away from the barking. We found out that it was a British man, who locked his dog in the room and went out. Some people are so inconsiderate, not just to fellow travellers but to his own pet too. People like this should never own a pet. Again, many thanks to the reception lady.
