Well located and secure paid parking. We had a great room that was large and spacious and covid clean. The best part of our stay however was how helpful the front desk staff were.. particularly Angie - who helped us to order takeout and had it delivered at the front desk (due to lockdown restrictions) and helped with translation etc. She really went that extra mile to assist us - incredibly professional and a true credit to the Ibis brand.

Reception good food choice ok but what I had was tasty. No red wine. Breakfast well organised. Departure no problem as bill paid prior to arrival. Food and drink paid for on checking in. Room comfortable but heating system difficult to set. Too cold could not find temperature setting so turned it off.

Julienne the receptionist made a difference with his kindness, patience , understanding. He tried to help by calling Accord as years ago, I had over 2000 points and after many phone calls nobody succeeded at helping me to use my points €40 . They told me they will honour that in the future but it did not happen. With Julienne , we tried but the lady from Accor said they expired . I’m very dissapointed as it was not my fault. I was intentioned not to use Accor hotels anymore. I did yesterday and hoped that my 40€ will be allowed to use. Julienne tried to help and was great but Accor was useless and disappointing . I still feel I should be given the chance to have those points back and have the chance to get my 40€ to use.
