Always a delight to stay here. Welcoming, friendly, easy parking and very comfortable rooms. Location is perfect, walking distance from the city and very close to local restaurants. Love the tea and coffee station that’s open all hours and the water refill stations. Little things that mean a lot.

We use this hotel ~ twice a year as we drive back up to Calais. We like the design and the staff are always bright and cheery. Lovely to watch the ducks at breakfast, which is of high quality. Only down side - although black Assam tea generally available at breakfast, in the afternoon, when we arrived, the receptionist could not find any, but the coffee was a good alternative.

I had forgotten to book but lady at reception was very helpful and found a room for us. Underground parking is very secure, rooms are modern and clean and the breakfast which is included in the price is very good. Lots of choice of locally produced and home made products
