Room large and clean, good location to explore the city by foot. Aircon a bit weak on such a hot day.

Positive...Good shower and friendly reception. Negative...12 euros to park overnight. USB charger in room was hanging off the wall and this is what travellers need and it was very noisy outside. Location was OK, only a 10 min walk to the centre.

Regarding our underground car park, please note that it is indicated that it is paid on all reservation sites. Regarding the USB socket, I have forwarded the information to our technical department in order to resolve the problem, please note that it is connected to a socket inside the wall. I apologize for the noise pollution, please know that our reception is open 24 hours a day and we could have found a solution for you or changed your room if we can. All a bit confusing with three Accor hotels virtually next to each other, then trying to access pre-booked parking was messy. The main issue that requires urgent attention is the banging and clanking elevator which is very noisy as it bangs and clanks to a stop on each floor, a sleepless night for me 😔
