We arrived at 8pm give or take a few minutes but we hadn't made a reservation. The lady on reception (Rose) was absolutely lovely she helped me and my disabled parents book in. Placing us on the ground floor in a family room. The hotel was very clean beds made and clean although a bit hard but that's a personal preference. Breakfast was good as far as continental breakfasts go. We will definitely be staying here again on our return journey back to the uk.

We stayed one night stop, and the staff was very responsive and nice. The room was cleaned up and we had asked for a baby bed which was already in place when we arrived late as asked so it was very well handled. I highly recommend this hotel and the staff managing it.

Excellent staff, a modern room for four in good condition. Very nice beds and bedding, the breakfast is really good value and plentiful. Almost 5 stars but although the room was very clean, the floor needed sweeping, especially under the bed. Sat nav didn’t recognise the address, had to use google. Will definitely stay here again.

We had the disabled room for four. Very spacious, wet room, very comfortable and fresh feeling. Staff were great and very helpful, breakfast was a bargain. Satellite navigation sent us wrong, but google found it. Would’ve been 10/10 except for a very dusty floor that desperately needed a vacuum!
