well located but run down not worth the 4 star money

surprised to see the 4 stars on the premise. The privilige room towards the river was small (but the largest available). With the sofa extended as extra bed there was no space to actually movearound at all. AC did not cool and window can only be opened sideways. The place is rund down and needs a revamp Evening sleep was disturbed until midnight by a gang of youth who parked their cars and loud stereos below alongside the river. Breakfast was appropriate and nice, yet the male staff a bit helpless
