The room, the breakfast, the location and the swimming pool were OK. But from garage to street level too many steps and difficulties to bring up heavy luggage. Also on the way to room 16 some steps were in our way... for elderly people with heavy luggage this is a barrier!

We spent one night at the Ibis Macon Centre, and found the staff very helpful. There was parking (though we should have booked it in advance when we booked the room; but the receptionist found us a space), and a good breakfast. Very convenient for the centre of Macon.

The hotel is within easy walking distance of the centre. The staff were friendly and accommodating, parking was convenient. Tea, coffee etc was available as was a good breakfast. Would recommend!

The hotel is in a central location yet quiet overnight at the back of the building overlooking the garden/pool area. However the rooms are small and in need of rejuvenating and more storage space. The shower was not easy to adjust and the folding door and surround was dirty along the bottom edge. The bed was quite comfortable. AC did not appear to be operational. Not much room to hang and store clothes. Included breakfast had many options and was good quality. Secure parking was remote from the hotel, but ok. Staff all helpful.

Polite and helpful staff and room in line with budget hotel. The frustration was that the WiFI kept cutting out and I had to use my Hotspot. The message was that I was too far from the router.
