Staff friendly, room clean. Don’t think the heating in the room was available. Not even one English speaking tv channel. Stayed here Thursday 20th September as well as Thursday 8th November. Only downside is Thursday night is Pasta Party! The pasta was stone cold in September so refused to order it again. Only a starter was available even though the full menu was displayed at the restaurant entrance. I would stay here again, but not on. Thursday!

The room was excellent and the quality of service by the staff was excellent also. The breakfast was the best we have had in any hotel. Will be booking another stay in December.
