Même si nous aurions préféré que votre expérience ait été plus agréable, vos retours et impressions sont très importants pour nous, car ils nous aident à améliorer quotidiennement nos services. La satisfaction de nos clients est notre priorité, mais apparemment nous n'avons pas réussi cette fois-ci. Nous regrettons néanmoins que vous ne nous ayez pas donné l'opportunité d'échanger sur votre dîner lorsque vous étiez encore présent dans l'établissement. En effet , nous sommes à l'écoute du moindre retour émanant de l'ensemble de nos clients et cela nous aurait permis de cerner votre ressenti avec d'avantage de précisions. Bien que nous respections votre avis et que nous soyons sincèrement désolés du fait que votre expérience ne fût malheureusement pas à la hauteur de vos attentes , nous ne pouvons que conseiller à nos futurs convives de venir déguster notre cuisine qui ; en règle générale , jouit de très bons retours.
