We had 4 nights for team meeting and felt impressed by the level of quality, hospitality and care in this hotel. Nothing is off-the-mill and a lot of focus is on local design, references to Poland and the city and staff was always professional and helpful. Room was spacious with plenty of details, like high standard AC and heating, 100% noise free, plating iron, safe, modern lighting system, a real telephone for calling room service, full size TV, fast + free WiFi, real window that could be opened ajar, Nespresso machine, bottled water, a scale, a spacious shower that is wheel chair friendly ( I think ) and very modern. There is plenty of room service options and even a mini bar. Spa area was rather large, a 60°C and a 90°C Sauna, and a rest area. Gym I haven't been to , good selection of massages and treatments that can be booked three hours in advance. Breakfast area spacious and comfortable with both continental and warm selections, and table service. Large lobby with couches.
