My flights had been changed and I rang the hotel before arrival to ensure that I could book for an extra night. This was guaranteed to me over the phone however, when I reached there I was told something else. After speaking with many people and suffering undue stress the matter was finally resolved but ended up costing me a significant amount. Due to this issue, my holiday was not as relaxed an experience as I hoped it would be.
