We’ve just returned from an incredible stay at Rixos Premium Seagate in Sharm El Sheikh, and from the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. We were celebrating my mum’s 60th birthday with a group of ten, and the reception team set the tone for a fantastic trip. Ahmed Turky welcomed us with genuine warmth and upgraded our rooms without hesitation, which meant the world to us. Our housekeeper, Ahmed Mansy, was outstanding. He kept our rooms spotless, made sure the mini-fridges were always stocked, and brought such a personable touch to every interaction. He truly elevated our stay. At the Aqua Park buffet, Mohammed and Ahmed on the left side of the restaurant were absolutely top tier. Their service was consistently excellent, and they both deserve a raise for how brilliantly they look after guests. We also have to mention Sarwaat, the buggy driver, who was always ready with a smile and a joke. He made getting around the resort such a pleasure and never missed a chance to pick us up when he spotted us. Both sides of the reception team were amazing throughout, and the entire resort went above and beyond to make this special occasion unforgettable. The Christmas decorations were stunning and added so much magic to the experience. We’d come back here in a heartbeat. Highly recommended to anyone looking for exceptional service, beautiful surroundings, and a truly memorable holiday.

Unfortunately not satisfied with the quality. Rooms are old looking, food is same every day. The staff is not passionate and they don't really want to hear you or they just don't understand English- rolling eyes and stuff like that. Definitely not worth this money. Can’t name it luxury hotell for sure. If you looking for hotel with good: gym, basketball court, tennis court, aquapark or looking for activities then it’s good. But take your own sport equipment, this is problematic in hotel. Hotel garden is very beautiful. The overall area left a good impression. Halls and lobby was clean. Devil is in the details.

Small things BUT MAKES DIFFERENCE! The price and quality ratio of this hotel is not in balance. There were some good sides like the very good food, the beautiful area and the evening shows. The dancers were great and the evening events were enjoyable. There were also many problems. The service was slow and the staff did not react to situations. The rooms were old, unattractive and the dishes looked worn. When problems came up, the staff did not offer any solutions. The basketball situation was especially tiring. Every time they sent me to the court to wait and we spent about one hour waiting. After that they still said that there was no ball. It was waiting and waiting again with no result. They did not think of the guests at all and it gave us a very bad feeling. Only when I raised my voice they start to move and try to help. At the start we were also given a room in very bad condition. We could not sleep because the wind came into the room, because broken window. Around 2 AM they changed the room after I asked many times and raised my voice. Drinks were often missing at the bars. Even simple drinks like Fanta or Red Bull were not available and there was no soy milk. This did not happen only once but many times during the week. Things like this shouldn’t happen in Rixos. The daytime animation team did not communicate with guests. They were invisible for all week. We had to check the schedule ourselves to know what was happening. Communication was hard because many staff members did not speak English. We need first aid kit on the beach, but sadly no one could help. In general, the hotel did not match the price we paid. I hope the service, communication and rooms will improve in the future.
