The beauty of the building cannot be emphasized enough. If you like architecture and history, this hotel is for you. Raffles has done an amazing job preserving the original precious bits through its painstaking renovation, to create a dazzling space that is both historic and modern. While we were dazzled by the hotel's beauty and the food, some of the service fell short of 5 stars.

Firstly, the concierge team at OWO is amazing. Super responsive, and helpful.
On the other hand, there are some very basic mistakes that made our stay quite difficult. Restaurants making bookings at times they don’t even operate, so you just get greeted with shut door for 30 minutes. House keeping missing services of the room for an entire day.
I feel like the hotel is so busy with functions and events, if you are just a normal customer, hotel really doesn’t care if you stay here or not. Point taken and luckily there are other luxury hotels in London.
Overall a very disappointing stay.
