Hi Team, I am Shreya, Varmaji's EA and am writing this feedback on behalf of him. Please keep it private and not publish on your social media channels as he maintains his privacy. Overall it's ok. But not wowed except for the butler team. That too a couple of specific people Katarzyna and Matt who went extra mile to address his concerns. Also Aires who was the night manager. Those three he is rating very highly on the service levels expected from a property like Raffles especially when he is comparing it against Ritz Carlton or a St Regis or JW. The doormen were also very nice and friendly. Conceirge desk was disappointing all along even before he arrived there Spa services were very good. Felipe did a great job coordinating with me for scheduling his treatments. Treatment sessions with Andrea was excellent as per him and he plans to do it regularly on an annual basis. A couple of areas to consider. 1. No Indian cuisine options at all or have an Indian cook who can do bespoke dishes atleast for a few days. Had to arrange his food by me and his VP who was visiting from Taj on a daily basis to cater to his dietary needs. This is definitely something to highlight as an area of improvement. 2. Security breach in his room was another major factor. He had asked me to check out and move him to Ritz the next day. But I guess Aires convinced him to stay back. But that's not something too casual to be handled especially for him. Especially when your security head mocked him when he asked about his security brief. Anyway it was resolved. 3. On the Conceirge desk there was another issue too that he felt very insulted. His VP who was with him told me that he was very disturbed after the incident. On the facilities Spa - Vitality pool 1. The temperature of the hot tub was never upto the global standards of 104 F. Could improve. 2. The steam room was shut off when he was in the room around 8 10 pm or so without checking if a guest is using it. The spa.manager tried to call.some engineer or something and what he told me is that's just an alibi for being too lazy and that's not the level of service expected from a property like Raffles. Overall he is 50/50 convinced with switching his vacations to Raffles. He is planning on going to Singapore and Angor wat next Feb and back to London in 2028. Then he will decide on the brand is what he told. I am paraphrasing. So please excuse if there are any mistakes.
