Booked Via Amex. Early check in was great! They honored our request for connecting rooms. The staff went above and beyond for our son. He loved the cars and the horse. Staff at both the drawing room and saison went above and beyond for our son. The hotel is located in a perfect location for tourists.

A Grand Building that makes you feel safe, secure, like home. We stayed at Fairmont Rabat, at La Cigale Doha, La Cigale Tabarka, at Movenpick Hammamet and Movenpick Muscat... I can say that Raffles comes number one. My wife and I enjoyed the stay. We may recommend that the fruits at the breakfast be improved. May be some people expect more choices. Also, a coffee machine that people help themselves with better than waiting for the nice people there to bring us one that may take some lateness. The pool, fitness, sunna...are amazing. We plan to come for longer stay very soon.
