Our stay at Raffles London truly captured the epitome of quality — from every interaction with the staff to the immaculate, superbly comfortable accommodations and thoughtful amenities. Every staff member we encountered was respectful, caring, positive, and genuinely thoughtful. Whenever we asked for directions — whether to the restroom or the Spy Bar — someone personally walked us there. The concierge team was outstanding and provided excellent recommendations for everything we requested before we arrived and during our stay. We stayed in Westminster Suite, which became our home away from home. It was spacious and quiet. I loved the separate wardrobe closets, drawer space and luggage storage/packing area. We appreciated the complimentary treats during turndown service and the surprise cake and bubbly to celebrate my husband’s birthday. The suite offered supreme comfort: luxurious bedding, intuitive bedside controls for lighting and temperature, excellent shower pressure and high-quality self-care amenities that were always replenished promptly. You can choose your preferred time frame for turndown service and linen change or just leave a note and your request is honored. Dining options were plentiful. We enjoyed meals at Saison for both lunch and dinner, as well as at Paper Moon. Finally, the location was perfect — central, convenient, and ideal for exploring London. We were within walking distance of Westminster Abbey, Trafalgar Square, Churchill’s War Room, the Thames River Walk and the Eye. When I return to London, I will absolutely stay at Raffles London again.

I loved the cake you brought me after I finished the London Half Marathon. That takes you to a different level from the Peninsula or Savoy or Rosewood.
