My friend and I stayed at Raffles for our annual get together. It was my friends birthday and we were upgraded. When we arrived at our room, we found balloons, cake and wine. Breakfasts were scrummy and our meal in the restaurant was fab.

With all my experience in hotels, I would rate this hotel as one of the best in the world. Classic, elegant, and with impeccable white-glove service. Absolutely no detail is overlooked.
