The staff uniforms are... non existent, it was kinda hard to tell who's staff and who are guests (idk if the guy walking over the machines is a guest looking around or staff, the bar staff kinda looked like guests as well). Water bottle situation is crazy, I like that there's water dispensers, but it felt like taking drinking water from the local well in a third world desert village... instead of being like, a guest in a hotel. No room service to deliver food to room, gotta pick up to save the planet, I guess. For the price we paid for the stay, it felt like we just rented a room to sleep in... And that's quite another thing as well. Might be personal preference, the whole style thing sounds great on paper, but the colors in the room interior are a little too loud and not very relaxing. Maybe im just old. The hotel probably caters more towards, idk, young single people. More self service than room service. Idk. The food was great. Would prefer the spreads and whatnot in packets, though. Who knows where that serving spoon has been... I'd recommend the hotel to friends who just need a place to stay that's connected to the mall.

The location is in the heart of a city, anything you need can be conveniently found in the area. 2 feedbacks 1. Breakfast is 5/10, its like enough to fill your stomach and will not make you come back for more 2. Sound proofing, you can hear conversations outside the room

The location was very convenient, especially since we had to attend an event at Araneta and the hotel was right there. There were also many restaurants nearby, which made the stay even more convenient. The amenities were top-notch, and the service was excellent. Although we only stayed overnight, we truly felt the warmth and hospitality of all the staff.

The standard rooms are of good price when you get it with breakfast. One of the few 3star hotels in metro manila that offers competitive prices. Clean rooms and good housekeeping. Though compared from my previous stays, the breakfast buffet can be skipped as the food choices are rather limited and repetitive. You can save more if you just buy fast food breakfast.
