You were referred to us by Novotel. They did the booking. We were in a Medical Convention at Novotel and we needed a place to stay. We were surprised with the amenities. However, at Novotel, we were allowed to occupy our room earlier, during the lunch break of the previous convention. Ibis really complied with the 2-3pm check in. But that's really just a minor hitch, that I just thought you should know. But over-all. We had a good stay.
