This hotel is almost my go-to stay place every time I visit the Philippines and stay in Metro Manila. I like the fact that this hotel has direct access to the new Gatewayl Mall & the Araneta Coliseum. I think it has also direct link/access to the MRT lines though I have not used them yet. What sets this property at the forefront of the hotel industry in Manila within its class is their people. The staff are very professionally competent and accommodating to your needs. I’d like to appreciate LOU from the frontdesk team for taking care of my checkin process smoothly & made sure my room exceeds my expectations. He even went extra mile of keeping my left stuff at the frontdesk safe and secured.
