Two adults and a dog accommodated at reasonable cost near the city centre. Check - in was easy and staff were informative. Clean room and facilities. Unable to offer us parking but they stored our bikes, which was helpful. Missed having a kettle (surely this is possible even in a cheap room??), having a noisy air con which limited sleep and toilet doors that don’t offer sound proofing meant the stay wasn’t ideal.

Small rooms No space for storage Twin beds but no space to separate the beds, Poop on the spare toilet paper. A pillow randomly appeared in the room in the corner after we returned at the end of the day. Reception staff was helpful.

I love that the hotel is well located. However, I did check in online and received an confirmation email, so I don't know why I had to go through the whole process again at the reception by filling a form and showing my passport. This didn't happen to me when I checked-in another two ibis hotels.

This review is written on the basis that I booked a budget hotel. Comfortable basic room with everything you need for a couple of nights stay. Breakfast was basic but all you needed. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location was ok. 20-30 minutes walk to the main sights but great transport links if the metro, tram is a better option. Great location for the airport bus (5 minutes walk).

The stay was very nice and the staff was friendly. Our room keys stopped working once during our stay, the beds were very hard, and the cleaning staff would come in without knocking, all things which dragged down the overall experience just a little bit. But overall a good stay.

Basic, but perfectly adequate cut-price hotel about 30 mins walk from the Guggenheim and the Old Town (45mins if via the river bank & Guggenheim). Underground parking was a bonus, but space is limited (so get there early) and is an extra cost. It was clean, the bed was reasonably comfortable and the shower worked well - fine for a couple of nights. Breakfast was limited and low-quality (fake orange juice, unpleasant coffee etc.), there are several good cafes nearby that would be better.

The staff were polite and helpful, the location is very good. The room air con was great for sleeping in the humid nights. However, the bedding and towels were clean but worn out. Both of our duvet covers had holes on the seams where they have worn out. My son had an extra towel given to him with a big old stain on it. This didn't really impact our stay we're just pointing out some replacement bedding would be beneficial.

Our stay was surprisingly very pleasant. We were charmed by the room, extremely clean and decorated with a professional attitude. My partner works as a decorator in one of the Ibis hotels in London and was extremely impressed, saying that there is no comparison. It is definitely obvious that the maintenance is at a very good level. In addition, the atmosphere in the hotel as a whole is very welcoming and calm, which added value to our stay, although short. The staff welcomed us with a smile and professionalism. As for our first visit to Bilbao, we felt extremely pleasantly and warmly welcomed. We are very grateful for the cozy and calm atmosphere. This definitely motivates us to visit the beautiful and modern Bilbao again to enjoy it even more, even on a wider scale.
