This hotel is well located for Bilbao's excellent public transport system. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are small but beds are comfortable and air conditioning works well.

Great location, and did exactly what it needed to. One minor complaint: the door sensor at the entrance of the hotel is terribly inconsistent. Sometimes it opens immediately, other times you can do a salsa dance for two minutes in front of it and still it won’t open
