The reception staff were very approachable, kind, and professional. However, the housekeeping didnt replace our bed sheets :(

The location is great, the breakfast is excellent! Upon check-in, the website said there would be a discount. Upon arrival, there were no discounts, plus paid parking of 20 euros. Also, upon check-in, the website said there would be a free late check-out; at the hotel, late check-out cost 50 euros. The total cost per night was about 90 euros. You can find a better hotel for the same price.

However, we are sorry to hear about the misunderstanding regarding the discounts and late check-out. We proceeded to verify all our booking websites including our own website just in case there was wrong information but fortunately the information seems to be correct: late check out is available under availability and that it has an extra cost of 15,00€. Regarding the parking, in our website, in the accommodation services side, it says that we do have parking service, but under availability and with and extra cost of 20,00€ per night. For future stays, feel free to comment it and to share with us the information at the same moment so that we can sort it out. Good location, close to San Mames which was the main point of my journey. Breakfast is good, reception is very friendly. Room was clean and tidy. Services are as expected for the value of money.
