We were pleased with everything except the check-in which took forever. There was a notice on the desk that their IT system was in transition. It looked like a well worn notice. We wondered how long the system has been in transition. If they fix this, we would give a higher rating. If they don't, be prepared for a very long wait.

The employees working the front desk were always friendly and helpful. The rooms and facilities were very clean. I booked the larger, superior XL room because I was staying all week. The room was spacious enough, but there was very little working countertop space. Room lighting is also poor, not enough lighting and dim in areas needed, and bright in areas not needed, like the shower. TV was small. Breakfast was bare essentials, but good. Area is downtown city residential. Had to stay an extra night due to missed flight, and room rate was exorbitant. The least pleasant part was being chastised for grabbing a cup of coffee from the machine in the lobby. After having asked the front desk the first three days if it would be ok, someone (a manager?) told me it was only for breakfast.
