rubbish, leaking shower, view of a dirty wall, sink and shower in the bedroom which makes it smell of sewage.

very basic,i get it for the price, but it wasn't that cheap and the shower is in the bed room as is the sink, the shower leaked all over the hotel bathroom/bedroom and soaked my bag with everything in it. the view was of a wall (a dirty one at that), but to be fair the wall did have a window which was a shock to see a half naked (bottom half) man walking around, in another hotel room. the sink being in the bed room meant that I could smell the drains throughout our stay. the paint on the paper thin walls was nice, however, hearing people go to the toilet loudly from above, to the left and the right wasn't the most pleasant. will I stop here again. |? I hope not, its not worth it, your not saving money, your ruining your stay in a beautiful part of the world.

However, we are glad that at least you enjoyed Bilbao. Surely, the location was a positive point to get to know the beautiful city. Our rooms have a minimalist and functional design. We appreciate your comments about the decor, and we're glad you found something positive about your stay. It is an accommodation designed and suitable for short stays. Anyway we totally respect and accept that you didn’t like the bathroom layout. We take your comments about the shower into account and we will work with maintenance team to fix it. Normally, all the rooms are quiet because the area of the city where we are is calm but we are sorry you were not able to enjoy the tranquility you expected. If you come back to Bilbao and you visit us again, please don’t hesitate to request a room with street view.. We hope that in the future you will consider giving us another opportunity to offer you a more satisfactory experience. The hotel is just a short walk from the bus station where the airport bus terminates so it's very easy to get to. The bus station is also the metro station so it's well connected. The staff were friendly, the room was clean and a decent size with good amenities, tv, hanger space, a desk, chair a good size bed and vegan soap was a nice bonus! It was perfect for my solo 3 night stay. I only wish there was a safe in the room so that I didn't have the stress of keeping my passport on me at all times. Also while the room was fine for me as a solo traveller, as the shower opens straight into the room there is no privacy if you are sharing with someone.
