Great location to walk and explore all Bilbao. Lovely big room and bathroom and very comfortable bed. Well insulated from outside noise. Relaxed times for an excellent breakfast. Great bar service in the evenings thank you to Henry. All staff very friendly and clean everywhere

Modern renovated hotel in city center. All key sites in walking distance. Only downfall, you can hear all the Spanish nightlife, throughout the night. So if you sensitive, you will not get a good night sleep.

Hotel was easy to find, check in was easy on the online app. It would have been nice to have a room with a view, but I guess options and limited for Family rooms. So we had one window with alley view.
