good location, sadly at 7.30am workers were talking loudly in the corridor while pushing along supplies, asked them if it was possible to lower the voices and was only looked at. staff at reception looked sad and uninterested. platinum membership was not acknowledged when asked if i could take water from the breakfast, I was sent to the cafeteria. the tone accross my experience was non chalant

I particularly appreciated the engagement of your bar/breakfast staff. Ladie (~ Lady in English) advised me on wine and snacks and how to phrase my requests. The cooks also helped me with translations, which allowed me to find out what peppers were used in their fabulous salsa picante. My only challenge was wifi -- I wandered from room to multiple places in the lobby trying to find a solid connection for a Zoom call.
