I was unfortunate enough to arrive at the hotel injured, and was greeted by staff who thought nothing of going above and beyond anything I could have expected of them in order to help make my stay comfortable. They were all brilliant and I cannot thank and commend them enough

I am a frequent traveller at Mercure Bilbao, i like it and the hotel for me is fantastic, same as the people working in it. The only problem is the parking, even if I book the parking people takes the slow they want without permission, this is a problem in case of electric car.

Stayed for just one night. Probably got upgraded to a bigger room because am an accor member. Room was really nice and spacious. Carpark was quite convenient. Staff were helpful
