Check in was straightforward, and hotel amenities are ok (i prefer a gym area), and hotel is clean and relatively quiet.

I've stayed in many Ibis hotels across Europe, and I've never encountered such rude and insolent service. My questions were dismissed, and the staff seemed impatient to be there. I'm very disappointed with this stay.

Hotel w podstawowym standardzie, klimatyzacja, wygodne łóżka. W naszym pokoju nie było lodówki. Woda z dystrybutora na korytarzu- bardzo fajna sprawa. Bardzo dobre śniadania, bardzo dobra kawa, naturalne soki, Dostępne produkty bezglutenowe.

Szanowny Panie Lukasz, Dziękujemy za pozytywną opinię. Cieszymy się, że był Pan zadowolony z komfortu łóżek oraz oferty śniadaniowej. Przykro nam, że w pokoju brakowało lodówki. Mamy nadzieję, że w przyszłości znów będziemy mogli gościć Pana w naszym hotelu. Z poważaniem, ibis Bilbao Centro
