Well located hotel in Bilbao centre with plenty of dining & breakfast options nearby. For this reason we didnt take the hotel breakfast option. As a gold Accor member we were upgraded to a premium room on arrival which was fabulous, twice the size of a regular Ibis room with large comfy bed, tea & coffee facilities and a small fridge. Also, this was a quiet room at the back of the hotel overlooking a small courtyard. It was a pleasant 15 minute walk to the Guggenheim and a similar distance in the other direction to the San Mames stadium for the football. Pets allowed for an extra charge and there is underground parking with direct access by lift into the hotel. Handy if its raining as it was when we arrived. I wouldnt hesitate to stay again and we are already planning another trip there in September

This is a well located hotel for a stay in Bilbao. The taxi rank is just over the road and is 28/30 Euros to the airport. We were on floor 5 and the window is heavy to open. Street noise means the window needs to be closed to sleep, all noise is then eliminated. The room has air conditioning to compensate. There is a suitcase store to leave your case for late flights. Reception staff very helpful.

When you book a room stating "View the inner courtyard" You don't expect to get a room towards the noisy road. No signs of the promised sofa either. Will not use Ibis again
