We arrived here tired after a slightly bumpy channel crossing to Santander. I then forgot what country we were in and addressed the young lady on reception in French. Silly me.... Anyway once we had sorted that out we were directed to our room which we found very comfortable and set out for a short walk. On our return we ordered Pizza which the same young lady produced and served in the little breakfast servery. Very pleasant too. Breakfast was as usual for an Ibis budget, fresh croissants, pastries and breads, wit juice and coffee and lib. Ideal! Checkout was straightforward and we were soon on our way to Barcelona.

Staff and welcome were first class, efficient, professional and warm welcome. Snack pizza that evening was also very good. drinks in vending machine very expensive. In room was fine. choice of firmer pillows in room would be good. Room quite noisy. Walls very thin and windows creeking all night in the wind and rain. Breakfast very nice and morning staff also very pleasant.

Had a one night stay here because of the cost of accommodation in Bilbao. Nice quiet hotel with great staff especially Javier who was brilliant with information about Bilbao and places of interest. It is handy for the station (10 minutes walk away) and a 15 minute ride into the heart of Bilbao. Would definitely stay there again

The room was clean and the bed comfortable . The town of Arrigorriaga was quiet and we were able to eat out at a bar/restaurant. The breakfast buffet at the hotel was very good. The only issue I had was the online check in did not work as I had to complete the full forms at reception.

We stayed for two nights in a very small bedroom. It had a double bed, shower, sink and toilet. All together separated by thin walls. For one night and for the price we payed, I can't complain. The shower was great, hot water and good pressure. Two hangers, two mirrors, a small table. Enough. Breakfast a little poor, space small but seriously, it was fine for the price we payed.
