The facilities as expected were very basic. It was exceptionally busy due to the Rugby event taking place, which did make breakfast busy and limited seating. The staff were all very friendly and dealt with the pressure well from what we saw. It's within walking distance to the train station to travel and if you have a Barik card, it is cheaper to travel. In short, the hotel is ok for short visits, but any longer it would have been a challenge. The surrounding area is industrial and there are some deprived areas surrounding it, which some may feel less confident walking through. We had no issues even after dark.

A great little hotel, clean with comfy beds and pillows. Easy to get into the heart of Bilbao - only a 20 minute taxi/uber.
