My stay at Ibis Budget Bilbao Barakaldo did not live up to my expectations. The extremely noisy air conditioning unit in our room prevented us from sleeping. Parking was extremely limited. The room was extremely basic, only one towel per guest. This was unacceptable for the price we paid.

The WC is very tinny and uncomfortable to use. The sower in the room without any privacy causes concern. The building is isolated from the main reception which feels like you are in this kind of self checking hotel.

Convenient position for ferry but has got very shabby. Rooms in budget very small. No proper restaurant. Breakfast overpriced. Only reason we use this hotel is its position.
