I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Majapahit Surabaya MGallery. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The complimentary afternoon tea was stunning and delicious. Every corner of the hotel reflects Accor’s high standards and it is well maintained. Breakfast was also excellent. The whole property exudes timeless elegance, and the pricing is incredibly good value! The room was spotlessly clean, and the welcome amenities made me feel valued as an Accor member. Highly recommended.

Unfortunately, our sleep got disrupted due to mosquitos bites, and I think the housekeeping quality need to improve, im quite surprise on one of the days our toilet B. was not emptied which is something really basic. I would be furious if the housekeeper did not replace the towel on the floor. I didnt raise this to the concierge as we were tired from going out all day; all we need is a comfortable bed to sleep for the night and continue our exploration in Surabaya. I think if the mosquitos issue and the housekeeping quality improves i would recommend it to anyone. The breakfast is okay so far, the hotel staffs are friendly and helpful but i notice some of them lack sleep or are overworked, not really sure.

Need to improve on housekeeping service. My dirty cup was left unwashed, coffee capsules not replenished. Amenities lacking , no hair conditioner, no bedside power socket, TV was tiny and blurry. Bathroom sink had many cracks. Ate at Indigo restaurant, disappointed with the food. Breakfast average quality.

The hotel has a lovely overall environment, and the rooms feature fantastic interior design. The staff are friendly and provide attentive service. The hotel located in the downtown area, it offers great convenience for dining and shopping
