I had the most amazing and unforgettable experience at the Fairmont Hotel spa in Dibba. From the moment I stepped in, the spa felt like a peaceful oasis, far away from all stress and worries. The atmosphere was calm, beautiful, and welcoming — you instantly feel relaxed just being there. The massage itself was absolutely incredible. Every touch, every movement, felt perfectly timed and deeply soothing. I could literally feel all the tension and stress leaving my body. At some points, I even felt like I was floating in complete bliss it was that good! Honestly, I didn’t want it to end. A special thank you to Mr. Kareem — he is truly amazing. His care, professionalism, and attention to detail made the experience feel personal, special, and unforgettable. You can tell he genuinely loves what he does, and it makes such a difference. I can’t recommend this spa enough. If you want to feel pampered, relaxed, and completely refreshed, this is the place to go. I left feeling like a brand-new person, and I am already counting the days until I can go back!

Unexplained booking cancellation, guaranteed by credit card

They simply cancel your reservations without any explanation, though the reservation is guaranteed by credit card. Spoiling all the plans. And they don't refund you points, which are used for that reservation. The worst customer service you can find.

The shower room had water logged in. The furniture (especially the chair had stains), The overall feeling of the room was not fresh. Food option for In Room dining was very limited, breakfast menu was repeat for 2 days. The most disappointing of the stay was the Gala Night. We were with a kid and were allowed to sit very far from the food station. Even the DJ host was mostly playing Russian songs and was not worth the money charged. Food was average.

While the hotel is indeed a bit dated and would benefit from some refresh, this is well compensated by a beautiful scenery, open ocean-front views and amazing personnel who are going above and beyond to make yous stay memorable. This relates to reception and Canvas restaurant staff. But I'd like to particularly mention Arif, the pool attendant, who did everything to comfortably accommodate out big family of 5. He advised on the best shaded location by the pool and helped to secure sunbeds for us. Thank you!
