Facilities and staff was great Cleanliness is good Food was way over prices for what was provided. Restaurants over prices. Pool table has to be paid even though we are guests. And good at the pool was terrible altogether would have costed 40 dh for that quality, we paid around 300 for what we weren’t satisfied with at all.

My family and I live in Dubai and we like to explore the resort hotels and some beach time on the weekends. Fujairah is an often spot for us, so I am pretty familiar with the hotels around here and an accor all member and been a loyal customer holding a platinum status. So, to cut it short for the ones that are looking for a really good rest and enjoy the resort experience along with good service and most importantly good quality and tasty food in Fujairah, I highly suggest that you stay at Address Beach Resort Hotel, it is definitely the best! This last Monday, we preferred to stay at Fairmont Fujairah since we are familiar and trust the Fairmont hotel experience from Dubai and it's also part of the Accor family. When we checked in, we realized the hotel was fairly empty besides a few Russian tourists around. First stop was the beach for us to catch the afternoon sun and enjoy the water a bit, but unfortunately Dubai’s popular orange poop truck traffic was near the beach, emptying the tanks,one after another arrived till the sunset. GOSH, the smell just itself expresses how the overall experience was with the hotel. (picture is attached). No food or drink served at the beach. No towels or chilled water are provided at the beach, there is no assistance to or anyone to clean the sandy sunbeds that take away the towels left by others.The best thing about the beach is that umbrellas in open positions are not allowed for some reasons. They leave you under 45 degrees to burn! Picture for the dirty towels and sandy sunbeds is attached Food (Dinner and Breakfast we have tried) by itself was disgusting and considering the hotel was mainly occupied with Russian tourists, no seafood or chewy meat was served in Dinner, mainly cheap food from Indian cuisine. The worst thing is they do not offer soft drinks with Dinner beside the water that serves a half bottle of the water that was just left by other guests. Literally, I experienced the used bottle picked up from another table and served to us. (Yes! This is happening in a 5 stars hotel especially in the Fairmont concept) So, we left the dinner still hungry, walked towards the bar around the pool and asked for soft drinks but I was informed by the bartender that they close at 9:00 pm and everything was wrapped up and closed even though, it was just 8:50 pm. So, were left hungry and thirsty… For your reference, I attached the hashbrowns picture from the breakfast, burned and you can smell the over used frying oil. I also should mention that the hotel smells of mold and heavy mixed food and mold smell especially around the L1 floor around the gym and the restaurant as well as the LAVA beach/dining path was horrible

We are surprised and not satisfied, room was ok but with no tissues and ripped bath rob. Terrace was too big, not private, dusty and dirty along with no available table Adult swimming pool is small and beach too. Breakfast buffet below average with limited options and not tast And finally the reception was smiley like bathroom.

my stay was really disappointing

it was not my first time staying at fairmont but this time was the worst AC was not working all the night so we couldn't sleep , we booked half board but the dinner buffet was very bad the food was not testy and not worth at all this couldn't be five stars buffet, the service at the family pool was very bad not service at all every time we need to walk to the bar to order anything and the staff at the pool were very unprofessional and very aggressive not only to us even to all the guests and i saw there attitude to other people this would be my last time to stay there

Well located, awful experience

Firstly, once entering while trying to enter our room 603 the key would not would, after having to go back down to reception to make sure she had activated it we were told it was our fault for putting it near our phone. After finally gaining access to the room there were a couple of things that were not working. The magnifying light in the bathroom, the bath won’t drain and the lamp on the desk. We did have a lovely day by the pool and using the hotel facilities until it came to having dinner. The dinner service was extremely limited however some of the staff were more than happy to help with this issue and asked the chef to make us stuff to accommodate us. After dinner we were trying to find somewhere to spend the evening and have a couple of drinks however one bar was closed, the pool bar refused to serve us and were very rude when telling us they were closing and the other one wasn’t included in ‘all inclusive’ so we made our was back up to the canvas restaurant, at 9;45 they told us half the drinks that were on the all inclusive package were unavailable. Then at 10pm they told us the bar was closed. This was before the all inclusive package was due to end. After we went into the sports bar to start paying for the drinks we were then told the draft beer was finishing and we had to have bottles instead. The final point was even though the hotel is near enough empty you have put myself and my partner next to a young child, this we have no problem with but both of us we’re woken up at 2am to the child screaming and this went on for over an hour. It wasn’t until we went down to the night time security and asked them to help that it stopped. While we are happy with the hotel and some of the staff members these points have not made our stay very enjoyable, and we won’t be recommending.

We have previously been to Fairmont Fujairah and had a wonderful experience. This time around it was not the case. We had booked the All Inclusive package for 2 nights, but upon check-in we realized that we had not been informed ahead of time of new regulations that were implemented – they were not mentioned on the website, not even in the sheet given upon check-in. We checked with the staff repeatedly to make sure we understood them correctly, and based on what the staff told us, we decided to reduce our stay from 2 nights to 1 night, as we would not be fully taking advantage of the All Inclusive package. We proceeded to have a good stay nonetheless until the next day when we realized that the information we were given upon check-in was not even correct, the regulations communicated were not accurate, and we had changed our booking for no reason. Needless to say, we were very disappointed at this, and more so from the way this was handled. On top of that, as Gold members we were not even offered a glimpse of an upgrade; but also, when we requested a late check-out, it was directly refused and we had to ask again and agree on a compromise of the time. Our stay was disappointing this time. This would have all been communicated to the staff at reception upon check-out except that we weren't even asked how our stay was. We mainly request that in the future, any changes in the terms are clearly and correctly communicated to the guests ahead of time to avoid such situations.

The hotel is definitely not 5*. The concierge staff were not helpful but the staff in CANVAS and LAVA (food areas) were amazing, actually helping to escalate issues that we did face. The beds around the pool needed a clean as they were rife with mould and the decking was broken at numerous places - making myself and my husband almost fall numerous times. The rooms were a great size. However, upon arrival we raised numerous issues, including the TV not working which were not addressed until again escalated and only sorted two days before our leaving a 13night stay.

The staff were very nice and the pool is great. Overall hotel atmosphere was perfect. Only point is that dinner is not up to a 5 star hotel at all. Definitely I would enhance the dinner as for me I wouldn't go again with half board due to the poor dinner- breakfast was very good

Nice 3 day Family trip to Dibba

Nice resort in Dibba where kids could spend excellent time in the swimming pool, kids play area club and the beach. The 1-bedroom suite was so clean, well maintained and tastefully decroted. We enjoyed the espresso machine in the suite. However, we didn't have an excellent sleep due to the quality of pillows. We asked for hard or foamy type of pillows but the hotel didn't have any :-( Our young daughters enjoyed the time they spent in the Kids club thanks to Ms. Glenda. She did her best to entertain them and make them happy. Thank you Glenda. Special thanks to Mr. Mustafa at the front desk. He was so friendly , helpful and welcoming. He managed to offer us one of the best suites in the 10th floor with an amazing view of the sea. We also had a nice chocolate mousse cake for our marriage anniversery. We have also had an amazing time in the spa thanks to Mikayeal who provided us a fantastic high-quality relaxing massage. We had dinner in the main restaurant twice . Great service & yummy indian and italian dishes. However, the breakfast buffet was average in terms of food quality but the staff was friendly and smiley all the time. As Gold members of ALL Accor program, we felt special and much welcomed in this facility despite of the small issue of pillows.

Not recommended due to the poor service. I had to wait almost 7 minutes to have someone take my luggages from the car. Also the wash basin in the room was dirty and water was taking long time to be getting in the drainage. We were promised a room in high level with nice view, we ended up with a room in the third level only. Overall experience was poor and I don’t recommend this hotel.
