hiritos Solo travel - TripAdvisor review

Hotel itself was nice. My room was nice and very clean. Beach area was nice with plenty of sunbeds. I put only 3 because of lack of service at buffet restaurant. At the entrance, they ask your room number and then, they'll let you seat by yourself. You have to wonder around restaurant to find where to sit. Then you need to find the staff to order some drinks. It is not how the restaurant should work. Very bad service for F&B. I wouldn't stay again.

What a great family hotel to stay, with excellent beds. Breakfast amazing with so much detail and so much to choose from for any age. Room we stayed is very nice and complete with a very nice bathroom. Only pity that smart TV didn’t have Netflix. We also didn’t manage to get casting to TV to work. It does connect but no picture to see. Beside this small issue we really enjoyed our stay.

I like hotel and specially rooms but pool is quite small. I will come back again with my family. Main restaurant food could be better and compare with other hotels. We are going to BOONS always for drinks and here everyone is great specially waiters and music good: everyone here very attentive staff. See you.

Wonderland.. hotel is nice room is good but no sauna and steam room. Food viririetys is good but weather was bit cold. Boons Restaurant is thr place to visit and reccomend to all you will love it. Servive is super here in the BOONS live band gives good vibes. Prasana and Akbar and his team doing good its visiable. we will come back again. thank you wonderland.

Had a family staycation in December 2022 and overall had an enjoyable experience. The hotel is very new and beautifully designed and rooms are spacious (we had a family room). We were 18 of us including 5 children who had the time of their life in probably the best kids club they have been to amongst our many vacations. The food at the Boons and beach house was very good... Market was average..and Ula is to be stayed away from.. We felt that the service needed a bit a of push and that staff wasnt fully trained for their respective jobs. Our check in took a good 30 min (and this is without que or waiting) and check out took over an hour!! because they had totally messed up the bill and charged rooms twice on some bills. I know we had 6 rooms and it can be a little overwhelming but checking out 6 rooms for a hotel this size should be no issue.. Maybe over time they will improve. Otherwise, a good memorable trip.
