Location was comfortable and the chalet was comfortable. We used the Jacuzzi as well. The property is relatively new and hence the decor is in good shape. Some places to improve. 1. Please open the outside seating area to accommodate guests with dogs. (Market) 2. I did not see Sparkling Water in the buffet. 3. Indian section in the buffet was limited. Incl. a Biryani some day. :) 4. Please extend the Market Dinner buffet time to 12 midnight. It was too crowded at night. 5. Mini Fridge in the Chalet 611 was heating the cabinet. 6. No space for placing toiletries beyond the sliding door of the bath area. We used the drawers though below the wash basins. So not a big issue. 7. The toy we got was nibbled and we did not use it. When you are charging AED 250 each day for the dog, atleast give away a new toy. It will cost you barely AED 15. That adds to the vow factor. Have a dog placed in your website pictures. A lot of people will throng RAK because of dog ownerships. What was Good. 1. Chalet was unexpectedly spacious. 2. Jacuzzi was well maintained. 3. Room service to the chalet 611 was quick despite staying in a chalet closer to Ula. 4. The property is very green. That was a highlight. Its a must for guests with dogs. 5. Beach area was scenic. Best time to go was in the afternoon. 6. I did not quite like the steps in the swimming pool because it restricted the swimming area, but it turned out to be good for my wife who doesn't like swimming. She even participated in the Zumba in the pool. Make it a regular feature. Kids and ladies loved it. 7. The Bed was big enough for 2 adults and a teenager to sleep. Although i did end up sleeping on the sofa-cum-bed without opening it. It was still Ok. 8. We also liked the area opposite the hotel (especially recommended for sunsets) 9. Dog area was adequately equipped (poo bags n all), so no complaints. 10. Chalet was relaxing. Thank you for the complete package. Hope to come again next year.

From the moment we arrived, we received a warm welcome at the main entrance. However, during check-in, I stood for about a minute in front of the counter while the staff member wearing a hijab seemed too busy with her tasks and did not notice that I was already waiting. As a customer, I was the one who initiated the greeting. We arrived at 2:15 PM, and I was asked to wait in the lobby for 30 minutes as the room was not yet ready. Unfortunately, she left without endorsing or informing her colleague that I was waiting. After 30 minutes, I approached the counter again and finally received the room at 2:55 PM.
