Everything was good only the AC is not cooling the room that much and it feels hot and you can’t sleep

Dear Sir, I have booked 3 rooms for one night (2105, 2106 & 1508) and I have arrived at hotel around 3:00 PM. I have request to extend the check out time for any of the room for at least for one hour more because room no. 1508 was not ready when I have arrived at hotel and they provided me the key around 7:00 PM. Also, when i enter the room i found the cleaning item on corner side of the bed. Regards Amna
