Excellent staycation experience

The room was spacious and so clean! The facilities were amazing, everything was so well taken care of. They have excellent staff with them who take care of their guests so well. The restaurant staff were extremely good, all of them. The only thing I noticed was that the swimming pool water was really cold, maybe because it was winter? It would’ve been nice if the temperature was adjusted. It would’ve been a lovely touch if there was a welcome fruit basket or maybe some juice waiting in the room, because it just makes the whole vibe feel so much more welcoming and fun right from the start.

I wanted to take thid moment to personally thank Raj and his incredible team for the outstanding service we experienced during our stay at Sofitel. From the moment we arrived, we felt truly welcomed and cared for, making it a visit we will cherish for a long time. Sultan, Jamal and Mohsen (Duty Manager) at the front desk provided exceptional service, ensuring that every detail of our stay was seamless. Amira’s assistance and thoughtful care were simply brilliant and we are so grateful for her help. At East Restaurant, Nawaz, Rijul and George went above and beyond to make every dining experience memorable. Their warmth, attention to detail and hospitality made us feel like honoured guests and we cannot thank them enough for their efforts. The property is brand new, the rooms are immaculate and the pool/lagoon are fantastic. Most importantly, the people....everyone just wants to give. Although we only stayed for a day, we found ourselves wishing we had planned to stay for at least a week. Thank you once again for everything. We look forward to visiting Sofitel again in the future and enjoying more of the remarkable experience your team offers.

Nice place, excellent food n service at Re-union Restaurant

Excellent. One suggestion is hotel should have a hotel car or arrangement with local vendor that can provide good transport to/from airport and Dubai city. Uber is not available in RAK and local taxi are not great for long distance travel at 120km an hour
