I was very satisfied with the design and the facilities of the hotel. I especially liked the brand of the hotel toiletries, which felt luxurious and high quality. The room was quiet and exceptionally clean, making it perfect for relaxation. The staff were kind, friendly, and always helpful. The pools were beautifully warm and truly relaxing. The white beach, covered with many shells, was stunning, and the sea was clear. I had a wonderful and restful stay and would happily return.

Great location. Friendly staff and great valet service. Was told the hotel does not have interconnecting rooms, but one of our rooms had a interconnecting door. One of the rooms was not ready upon checking in at 15:00.

recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a pleasant and peaceful experience. The atmosphere was calm, never too crowded, which made it an ideal place to unwind and relax. The staff were consistently warm and welcoming, especially the breakfast and dinner servers, who were attentive and genuinely wonderful throughout our stay. The food quality was good, though I felt the vegetarian options could be improved. With a bit more variety and attention to vegetarian dishes, the dining experience could easily reach the next level. One area that fell short for us was housekeeping. The duvet provided for our daughter was in very poor condition, and even after requesting a replacement, the issue wasn't resolved. Additionally, the duvet cover was far too large—at least three times bigger than necessary—which made it quite impractical and uncomfortable. Another odd experience occurred when ordering food poolside. After placing an order, we were repeatedly approached by staff to sign the receipt immediately, to the point of feeling as though we were being chased. It created an unnecessary sense of urgency and awkwardness. I even asked the staff member why we couldn’t simply sign at the moment of ordering, but the process didn't seem flexible. Despite these issues, the overall service from most staff members was positive, and the serenity of the hotel made the stay enjoyable. I would certainly consider staying again, especially if a few improvements are made in housekeeping and guest service protocols.
