Our stay at Sofitel Al Hamra was amazing! Everything was 10/10 — from the room to the service. We were very delighted to get a room upgrade as a special gesture from front office team. Our upgraded room was big, comfortable with great facilities. It really elevated our stay. Special thanks to Techno from the All Day Dining restaurant. He was very professional, friendly, and welcoming every-time we went. His service really made our days more enjoyable. We would love to come back in the summer. It’s a perfect place for a staycation or a weekend getaway. Thank you to the whole team ❤️

I think you guys need to pull up on the food front . The entire stay would have Been a wonderful experience if at all the food part was taken care off
