Everything else was good just that the check in was not well planned we reached the hotel at 2 pm Waited till 3 pm still there was a long queue and the reception was too crowded not well organized. We left the place and then came back again at 4.45 after having lunch outside and then again joined the queue finally checked in at 6 pm.

We have been to Rixos, Bab Al Bahr, a couple if times now, and our experience is always great. My only suggestion is to ease the check-in for guests. The wait time at the counter was amoat 15mins per guest

A part from the horrible check in which took me 2 hours to manage to get in the hotel gate Other things were ok . But defiantly I will not repeat this again.

Rushed Checkin no explanation for bookings for restaurants which meant we couldn't eat where we planned. Had to navigate ourselfs, found a bellboy Ibrahim who couldnt answer any questions i asked and said he was new. Got to the room, lots of Midgie Flies in the bathroom, room smelt it was ventilated. Having said 2 adults and 2 childrens, the secondary bed wasn't made, waited 4 hours for extra pillows and bedding for the kids. Had no Robes in the room. having stayed in other RIXOS properties and my wife having done PR for other properties, this was by far the worst experience.

It was an ok trip but not at the same level of our earlier trips. AC was not working well, buffet food was not as good as it was and the hotel in general feels understaffed.
