We absolutely loved our stay from start to finish. The staff were exceptional and made us feel so welcome, always going above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and enjoying ourselves. A special thank you to Tey, the barman in the buffet area, who took the time to get to know us and always went the extra mile to make us feel relaxed and looked after. He was genuinely friendly and made every visit a pleasure. We would also like to recognise Seemab, one of the waiters in the buffet area. He was always smiling, incredibly helpful, and so kind and attentive with our children. His warm personality really stood out. The food was outstanding throughout our stay. There was an incredible variety to choose from every day, and everything was full of flavour and beautifully presented. We were genuinely impressed by both the quality and selection. Overall, most of the staff were extremely friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. They played a huge part in making our holiday so memorable. Thank you all for such a wonderful experience, we can’t wait to return!
