In addition, our Breeze Bar is available during the daytime from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM, offering a selection of snacks and refreshments. Our main restaurant features a different themed dinner concept every evening, providing additional variety throughout the week. Unfortunately, depending on the dates of your stay, you may not have had the opportunity to experience the full rotation of our themed evenings. Our chefs are also available during meal periods to assist guests with their preferences and dietary requirements. Where possible, meals can be prepared upon request to accommodate individual preferences and ensure a comfortable dining experience. Taste and food preferences are naturally subjective, and we understand that individual expectations can differ. Kindly be informed that certain items, including bathrobes and dental kits, are available upon request. Once communicated to our team, we are always happy to assist and arrange delivery of the requested amenities to the room for the guests' convenience. Additionally, the Deluxe Room category is designed with a walk-in shower, as shared in the room description on our official website. Bathtubs are guaranteed in our Junior Suite, Senior Suite and King Suite categories. We sincerely hope this clarification helps provide a better understanding of the facilities associated with each room category. Regarding the presence of insects, the hotel maintains a professional and established pest-control program in cooperation with a specialized pest-control company, with preventive treatments carried out on an ongoing basis. As our resort is surrounded by an outdoor and natural environment, the occasional presence of insects can naturally occur, particularly when balcony doors or windows are kept open. For this reason, guests are advised to keep balcony doors and windows closed when not in use.
