Positives - good food, good staff, nice hotel overall, nice pools and entertainment areas. Negatives - too crowded, average room (promised sea facing room but got parking facing), annoying door access (failed 3 times), average evening snacks, sheesha quality and staff were poor.

Good first time stay at the Rixos, but was very much disappointed with the quality of food.
