I’m one of the first ppl who used to spend my every weekend at rixos it change allot no more activities at swimming pool we used to pay for the booking including everything now you changed the rules wich was really special the beach party it’s so boring now o really love this hotel specially that I had great memories there and I hope one day the old days back and you will see how the people will back to rixos from everywhere

I will not come again. I paid for an all-inclusive package, but when I went to get snacks by the swimming pool, the only options available were watermelon and pancakes. As for the drinks, I was surprised to see only packaged juice and soft drinks being served. What about fresh juices, ice cream, and a wider selection of refreshments? This is far below what I would expect from an all-inclusive experience. In addition, the room and bathroom were not clean upon arrival, which was very disappointing. The quality of the food served at all meals was also very poor and did not meet even basic expectations. What exactly is included in the all-inclusive package? I paid expecting a much greater variety of food, snacks, and beverages, along with clean accommodations and quality service. Unfortunately, this experience was extremely disappointing and did not reflect the value of what I paid for. I would not recommend this resort based on my experience.

I have stayed with Accor hotels and have been a loyal member for years, I was Platinum member for a year. This stay was very cheap and bad The hotel staff literally told us we don’t allow one night guests to book in our restaurants and you can only go to the open buffet main one The food quality and service quality went down down From the start they didn’t deliver our baby stroller even though we asked for it multiple times, we had to follow up multiple times for other requests with no luck We got a really old and damaged towels one of the times It’s such a bad and disappointing experience, I wouldn’t have booked in I knew it will be as bad
