The hotel could have been really nice, but there were a few major red flags that made our stay far from pleasant. There were ants and other insects in the room – we changed rooms, and while there were fewer bugs, they were still there, so we just got on with it. The staff was terrible. We asked three times to make the kids’ beds, but they couldn’t seem to understand that two kids needed separate blankets and two pillows each. They were very kind when promising to help with anything, but when we actually needed something, they simply vanished :D We arrived at 10:30 – thank God we brought food with us, because we weren’t allowed to have breakfast (which would be understandable), but on the last day, since we left early, we didn’t get breakfast either. Another big issue – the outdoor odor was insane. Not every day, but most days it was just disgusting. The hotel clearly needs renovation. On the positive side, the kids’ club was good, and the food and drinks were delicious. One highlight was the à la carte restaurants – the staff there and the food were truly great. But overall, if you don’t want to have good holiday – don’t come here.

The hotel is great in terms of services, cleanliness, facilities and hospitality. Our main issue was in the food itself as we expected a better quality of food being served in general. W tired the buffet, the restaurants, and the in-room dinning but it was all the same. There is an issue with taste and temperature.
