The rooms were organized however AC issues were not resolved, heater was very bad and the service option was overall very very weak in comparison to other top-tier hotels in the UAE. hotel food was also not as nice.

Had such a wonderful stay at Rixos Bab Al Bahr! From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was exceptional and truly made us feel welcomed. A special thank you to Claisse for the warm welcome, and to Yimon from Housekeeping for the care and attention throughout the stay. Big appreciation as well to Michael, Reginald, and Amine from the bars for their amazing service, friendly energy, and making every experience extra enjoyable. Special compliments to Mr. Mehmet taking attention, Chef Selim and Chef Bilal for the delicious food and culinary excellence, every meal was memorable. The level of service, warmth, and professionalism from the entire team made our stay unforgettable. Looking forward to coming back again soon!

All inclusive - should have been made aware we couldn’t book a restaurant. Wasn’t happy with that. Had to ask further questions and try for a booking. I am still paying full price or more for one night so this should have been included.
