Did not meet my expectations

I booked a deluxe pool/sea view i was placed in a small room with no view, my 7 months pregnant wife complained that it was too far from everywhere to walk. We were moved to a bigger room but with road view and was noisy. Compared to the other rixoses we visited this was the worst and definitely will not come back again.

The Hotel has been renovated with good pool facilities..games and courts..good stage activties..excellent food n music.the hotel stay was excellent..rooms were clean .

3rd time back at this hotel. Disappointed not to be allowed access into room for over 2 hours following all night travel. This has never been a problem in the past and to be told it would cost us an extra 900 dirhams is excessive. This did not put a good start to our holiday! Overall enjoyable stay, staff always amazing, food good - however never hot in seven heights restaurant which spoilt food. This needs to be addressed. Day standards of dress code excessive for woman into restaurants and not fair or reasonable. If woman are covered up - this should be sufficient - totally accept dress code for evening. Love Infinity pool and sax player, however consideration regarding music levels needs to be addressed with the Fitness studio next door which is pumping out bass all afternoon.
