Appreciate efforts of kitchen team at Seven Heights of handling crowd during the national day holidays . Any mess was immediately handled by team and cleared by front end staff. All chefs were attentive at individual stations. Desserts can be improved as we felt the taste improved when there was less crowd. Entertainments were amazing at the Isla Stage . Appreciate qualify efforts of food retained by Burak and his team . Special appreciation to entire team Bab al Bahar team keep up the good work .

Was an okay pleasant stay. Doesn’t come under luxury. Rooms are worn out. My balcony broke twice and needed maintenance attention where they drilled it shut each time so was not able to use without breaking again. Cannot order hot drinks in the main evening bar outside which is strange and have to walk back to the lobby bar every time you want a hot drink this isn’t normal for a holiday that costs over £1700 pp. the cats are starved from water and food which is upsetting and has resulted in my families adopting one of the cats and paying a lot of money to bring her over here as it it heartbreaking to watch them live in such a poor condition. I have discovered the hotel has not continued a contract for the animal welfare centre to care for the animals which is very sad to hear. We travelled over night and arrived at the hotel at 8am with no room till 12 after a 16 hour journey the receptionist told us we are not eligible to have breakfast. It would cost nothing to offer breakfast buffet to guests who are checking in to your hotel, when I stayed at jumeirah beach hotel they insisted we had breakfast as we had been travelling and had a long wait till check in, this further clarifies the hotel is not warm or luxury. I would not visit this hotel again

Worst All Inclusive Hotel I've Ever Experienced, Not Hygenic Food & Kids Facilities

Unfortunately, was disappointed a lot by the food, even I got sick first night due to the food that i had during the day at the open buffet. Also there are not much option to eat, salad/cold bar is sooo weak, so the cheese section as well! as also there have been flies every cold cut foods, like cheeses, surimi etc! Ahh looking so disgusting i am sorry :( the reason that we have chosen this hotel was to enjoy the food (as we have a small baby, we wanted flexibility on timing), enjoy the pool- especially for baby to swim and the kids areas. BUT kids pool was also not very clean, and kidsc club was the dirtiest one i have ever seen as well. People was walking in with their shoes to the areas where all little ones were laying down. so as a result, i am so regretful that i paid that amount for nothing.

Actually it was not like Rixos hotels that I stayed before. The hotel was like some 3 star hotel and it was worth that much money. I expected much more quality but I couldn’t find it overall my stay and I don’t think I will choose this hotel for my next staycation. By the way stuff was very helpful and main restaurant foods were good but again when I compared other Rixos hotels with this one I can say this is not like Rixos.
