Amazing stay. Super comfortable and cozy room. Staff was very friendly and supported every request. As an indian vegetarain, the restuarant menu was found lacking. Also the road side facing rooms can have better sound insulation.

A pleasant stay with excellent front-line service and dining experience, but let down by multiple room readiness and maintenance issues.The resort has many positives, especially the front-end staff and restaurant teams, who were extremely welcoming, polite, and helpful throughout our stay. From the moment we arrived, the greeting and hospitality made us feel comfortable and valued. The restaurant staff were particularly impressive — they went out of their way to accommodate our vegetarian food preferences, which we truly appreciated. Their warmth, attentiveness, and genuine care significantly enhanced our experience. However, there were several room-related and operational issues that affected our overall comfort and prevented this from being a truly seamless stay. Firstly, the room did not appear to be properly inspected before handover. We encountered an issue with the washroom hose, which had to be reported twice before it was finally fixed. Additionally, the bathroom water pressure was insufficient for a proper shower, and the water temperature regulation was inconsistent, making it difficult to shower comfortably. These are basic expectations in a resort of this standard, and it was surprising to find that these checks had not been carried out beforehand. Secondly, despite booking a room for three guests, the third bed was not set up. Even after three reminders, the bed was still not arranged when we returned late at night after the entertainment and shows. We had to call twice again before the staff finally came to prepare the bed. At that time of night, this became an inconvenient and unpleasant experience, especially when the expectation was that the room would already be fully prepared. While I have shared a very positive public review on Google because of the resort’s excellent atmosphere, facilities, dining, and friendly staff, I wanted to provide this more detailed feedback here so that management can identify these operational gaps and improve service consistency. With better room inspection procedures, maintenance checks, and coordination, this property has the potential to easily deliver a 9 or 10 out of 10 experience.

We were staying there for our anniversary so yes there was more expectations we choose Rixos from so many other resorts. First of all the food I must say at seven heights were good and the drinks available were a good add on. The DJ at night was good. It was too cold so we couldn’t sit for long so other wise it was pleasant. The highlight was the room. Loved it. So spacious and the terrace balcony I loved it. Over all a perfect one day stay. My husband especially loved it. One drawback I must say was the spa facilities , the person there seemed not too interested in helping the guests. Anyways there was nobody so it was very quiet for me but through out not once did anyone come and check on me or ask if I need anything. After the spa obviously I was thirsty and when asked I got a coffee but I would have preferred a cold drink . Maybe they have different ways of handling guests at the spa I don’t know but only that I felt a bit odd. Otherwise a very pleasant stay altogether
