The check-in process was painfully slow. Only two counters were operating when we arrived, and it took us more than half an hour to receive our wristbands, even though the hotel wasn’t very busy. Additional counters were opened later, but by then, most guests had already checked in. This was especially inconvenient with kids and elderly parents. We had to return to the check-in desk to activate our room keys, which took considerable time. This could be managed much better—it honestly felt like waiting at airport counters. The food at Meat Point was mediocre. Steaks were not served at the requested temperatures, and appetizers were not served at one of our tables despite repeated requests. At breakfast, some dishes in the buffet restaurant that should have been hot were served cold, which was disappointing. No activities were planned for the evening, making it quite dull. On a positive note, the hotel rooms were spacious and very clean.

During peak arrival periods, short waiting times may occur even if the hotel does not appear busy overall, as multiple operational processes take place simultaneously. Additional counters are opened in line with real-time demand, and our team works continuously to minimize waiting times. Room key activation is part of standard security procedures and is typically completed efficiently. Concerning your dining experience, we would like to highlight that our culinary teams follow strict preparation and service standards. All dishes, including steaks, are prepared according to internal quality guidelines, and food preferences are taken with utmost importance. We have also checked all records for both of your rooms during your stay, and unfortunately, no concerns were reported to our team at the time. Our team is always available to assist and strives to resolve any guest concerns immediately while still in-house. Feedback like yours is extremely important to us and allows us to investigate and address issues in real time. We remain committed to delivering a high standard of service and regret that certain aspects of your stay did not meet your personal expectations. I am regular visitor to your property, around 5 times i visited earlier. i was impressed and happy for the stay in your property receving good service worth the value i am paying to you those times. But this time the quality of service was not up to the mark starting from staff behaviour to restaurant foods. I can get the same service in a 4 star hotel stay cation at a lower price, we will not be coming back to your property if this continues.

Visited the hotel with my wife and kids (family of 5). with another friend family (of 3) . night activity was beautiful, i wish they had more than one swing on the beach, it was nice. checking process was a bit slow due to Eid rush, but overall the stay was amazing. at checkout day, they just disable access to the room at 12:00, I asked house keeping to open the door cause i left a couple of items in the fridge, and wanted to check if my mobile charge was still there, but they said they cannot... and asked to call reception, but no one responded, i had to move on due to checkout rush too. after i got home, turns out i did forget. my mobile charger there :(... just pay attention to the timing and it will be ok

We checked in first day of Eid which was extra busy and took us almost 75 minutes to check in due to slow system and overcrowded lobby but other than that it was smooth sailing from there. Don’t expect anything fancy but variety of pools and children activities was enough to keep the kids busy till 9:00PM
