Long weekend at SO/ Sofitel Ras Al Khaimah and honestly—exactly what we needed. Pool side was a highlight. Super attentive team, very natural, not over the top—just always there at the right moment. You don’t have to think about anything, it just flows. Food across all restaurants was really great. Proper variety, consistent quality, and each place has its own feel (which is rare for all inclusive). No “same same”—everything felt fresh and well done. And the team truely makes the difference. Friendly, engaged, and you can tell they care. It’s not forced, it’s just good hospitality. The product itself is also just very nice—design, rooms, overall vibe. Elevated but still relaxed. All in all, super easy long weekend, zero stress, great energy. Would 100% go back.

The hotel was excellent and very welcoming. I really loved the design which was very colorful and unique. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful from arrival through to check-out. A special thank you to Baraka, the restaurant manager, for his support and attentiveness, especially as we were travelling with a disabled member.

From the moment we arrived, everything about our stay exceeded expectations. The service was truly outstanding, and what made it even more special were the people behind it. A special thank you to Ahmed Front desk Manager, who took care of us 24/7. Karim was always with his 5 star recommendation and delivery on the beach with incredible attention and genuine care, always checking in, even while we were in the water. His service was effortless, generous, and truly next level. Also, a big appreciation to Mustafa, who managed everything else seamlessly. His professionalism, organization, and warm attitude made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable from start to finish. It’s rare to find a place where both the service and the people leave such a lasting impression. This was not just a stay—it was an experience. Highly recommended, and we will definitely be back.
