From the moment we arrived, every detail of our experience was flawless. Ibrahim at check-in set the tone with his warm hospitality, while Mohammad and Sabina from the reservations team ensured everything was perfectly arranged. Thsu at Chiano delivered exceptional service, and the massage at Anjana Spa was an absolute highlight—pure relaxation at its finest. To all the incredible individuals, both seen and unseen, who contributed to this memorable stay—our sincere gratitude. Thank you for such a beautiful experience 💕

The resort itself was lovely and the staff at the restaurants were very attentive. Food was of a high quality and rooms spacious and bright. Unfortunately due to the Middle East crises a number of the bars/restaurants were closed due to it being quiet. Considering we booked the day before you would have expected is to be told this which we were not, also the adult pool was closed which again we were not notified of. Having only one restaurant open for lunch/dinner was disappointing as although the food is high quality it is a limited menu and meant having the same meal both days. When booking however we were told we would get an upgrade to the room if available which did not happen despite us seeing a row of terrace rooms below us with no occupancy. Worst of all were the number of flies around in the evening which completely covered our legs in bites and left us scratching for days after leaving the hotel. We are not allergic and never had this problem before.

We also deeply regret the inconvenience caused by insects during your stay. This is certainly not the experience we want for our guests, and your feedback has been escalated to our pest control and engineering teams for immediate attention and reinforcement of preventive measures. Your comments about limited dining variety during your stay are also well noted. As a new resort, we are continuously adjusting our operations based on occupancy levels, but we recognize the importance of maintaining variety and will continue refining this balance. We stayed at SO/ Ras Al Khaimah for three days and had an absolutely wonderful experience. A big thank you to Mohab for helping us with a last-minute booking—smooth and very accommodating. He even called us after our arrival to check in, which was a really thoughtful touch. From valet to reception, and throughout the resort, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Special mentions to Vinita, Spandan, Hsu,Adel, Sulaiman, Sunil, and Dilshan—but honestly, the entire team was excellent. The resort itself is beautiful. Our signature room was stylish and comfortable, and the sandy beach was clean, well maintained, with attentive beach bar service. Facilities were excellent, including a well-equipped indoor and outdoor gym, pools, paddle courts, beach volleyball, and activities like yoga and boxing sessions. Evenings were lively with DJ and live music. The ultra all-inclusive offering was a real highlight—great food and drinks throughout. 👉 Highly recommended—we’ll definitely be back!

We had an incredible three-night stay at SO/ in Ras Al Khaimah. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by how beautifully designed the hotel is. Every area — the gym, spa, beach, restaurants, lobby, and rooms — was simply stunning and thoughtfully designed. Daily housekeeping and the evening turndown service made the stay feel extra special. Fresh fruit was delivered, amenities were always topped up, and every member of staff created a warm and genuinely friendly atmosphere throughout our stay. The food was impeccable. There was a wonderful variety of options, everything tasted incredibly fresh, and every dish we tried was exquisite. The hotel also offers a great schedule of entertainment and fitness activities for guests to enjoy. We took part in the Vision Board activity, which was inspiring, calming, and very well organised — a lovely and unique experience. The attention to detail across every aspect of the hotel is truly impressive. A special mention and thank you to some wonderful members of staff who made our stay even more memorable: • Arun for his excellent service at lunch by the pool and beach • Adel for his fantastic service at breakfast • Phelix for his warm service at breakfast and by the beach We would also like to thank the talented chefs at Chiaro Restaurant for crafting special dishes for us that were not even on the menu — such a thoughtful touch.
