SO/ RAK exceeded in every expectation we could've had with a staycation. I booked 5 nights in the private pool room for my wife's birthday and from the moment of making the booking to the moment we checked out, we were pretty much left us speechless with the level of service and the all round experience delivered by SO/. The staff at check in, room service, pool bars, restaurants, cafes, beach and even the gym were probably the best we have experienced in a long, long time. The food and drink selection for an all inclusive establishment was top notch! Would highly recommend this for a couples stay or one even with family and friends. An all round luxury all inclusive worth repeating over and over!

One of the best experiences I had in hotels and I’m not a hotel person Everything was great except some staff in restaurant being a bit rude but I would understand having the hotel very busy and looks like it was short on staff

Welcoming and attentive staff across all the hotel. The food choices were great and high quality for all inclusive property. Relaxed atmosphere and well designed hotel with lots of activity choices and teens club also really good.

I absolutely loved every moment of my stay at SO Hotel, starting from the warm welcome until the heartfelt goodbye. Everything was simply perfect — the room was spotless and beautifully maintained, the location was amazing, and the staff were incredibly kind, professional, and attentive. The food is on another level altogether, absolutely delicious and unforgettable. The pool and the beach made the experience even more relaxing and luxurious.
