On arrival we was given a free upgrade as it was our ‘babymoon’ throughout our 7 nights there wasn’t a single thing we could complain about regarding the hotel. It was comfy, relaxing, absolutely 10/10 food. We was so happy after our stay that we will definitely be back. Mustafa and karim on the beach as well as Steve were ever present and couldn’t help us any more. I can’t remember his name but there was a waiter in the market who was from Azerbaijan who traded some linguistic lessons with us who was also very friendly and nice. Entertainment was good, drinks was good, everything was just so good. We will be back again

Nice comfortable hotel, nice food, beach,’great service and food. Only 2 issues - all beef meat tough Russian tourists clearing preferred by the hotel stuff - what should you think, when Concierge stops to service you in the moment Russian tourist arrives to the counter and despite clear feedback provides service to the Russian tourist first and only then finishes the service to you. We had such experience more times.

The hotel is fabulous, with a nice beach with very attentive staff always asking if you need anything, the room was nice and cleaning was prompt every day, the buffet was very good and the Italian restaurant was excellent, the entertainment in the evening was a nice touch and the venue was always busy. we had 1 minor problem regarding trying to book a transfer from the airport which the hotel said they could arrange , following numerous emails which we sent requesting a transfer no one replied to confirm our request We made our own way to the hotel on our arrival we discussed this with the front office manager (mai) who was very accommodating and really helpful through out our stay touching base and making sure our stay was excellent she did organise our return transfer which was excellent. With the hotel only opening recently I’m sure any little problems will be rectifified swiftly, Overall we had an excellent stay and we will be back in the future

Nice stay, but needs to improve to justify 5 stars. Staff try to do their best and succeeds and exceeds on sine days on other not. Like nit bringing things to the room, not bringing things to the lounger, being ignorant at the bar, forgetting to serve drinks when coming to the restaurant. The hotel being broken down like bathroom shower fixture falling down and when being fixed almost not letting any water out. Toilet paper being missing at beach washrooms, toilet holders being broken, soap dispensers being broken and not working. The room being upgraded at no cost, but instead of being sea view it was partial sea view and so noisy as there us construction all around.The Spa being a joke. The massage was nice but time before and after not. But there were a few people who made us feel special and I feel grateful to them.
