My stay at the hotel was one of a kind! Loved every second of it, the hotel is super clean and neat, staff are very well trained and super nice and welling to assist at all time with a smile, they really made us feel at home, they are always ready to help out. The room was so nice and clean, facilities are top notch. The food quality is amazing and so delicious. I really enjoyed my stay and wished I stayed for more honestly. I recommended this hotel to all my friends and family.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel — the hotel itself and its grounds are absolutely insane and so aesthetically pleasing. Every corner feels luxurious and beautifully designed. The staff around the resort truly couldn’t do enough for you. They were constantly checking in, catering to our needs, and making sure we were comfortable at all times. From check-in onwards the service was outstanding. Aziz welcomed us on arrival and was absolutely fabulous throughout our stay, helping us book restaurants and always being on hand when we needed anything. The adults-only pool is in a great location and the food there is soooo good 😍 A special mention to Sherma and Merad, who looked after us extremely well and made our time there even more enjoyable. I am in early pregnancy and struggled with certain foods in the market, but Sherood, the manager, went above and beyond to cater to my dietary needs, which I was so grateful for. Felix and Fatty were also amazing, always making sure we had water and refreshments — their attention didn’t go unnoticed. The stay overall was really, really good. As the resort is brand new, we expected a few small teething issues, but honestly they pretty much have everything down to a T already. The only thing worth mentioning is that if you’re visiting in the winter months, you may need to sunbathe on the beach as the pools are shaded. That said, at the adults-only pool they were very accommodating and moved sunbeds around for us, which was much appreciated. Overall, an incredible stay with exceptional service — we wouldn’t hesitate to return!

It was a nice comfortable stay with major facilities to enjoy, staff is friendly caring but some was not well informed / trained or confused when asking Q about type of restaurants , reception took much time to pick call when we wanted to book restaurant ( however was accommodated by the competent manager in the restaurant).
