We had a very disappointing stay at your hotel. While all staff was very friendly, that was the only positive thing we can mention. While we expected the facilities to be on the older side, w did not expect all the other struggles. We struggled with the poor food quality (even the french fries and chicken nuggets that were made for our kids since none of the other food would be eaten by them stayed nearly untouched), the feeling of being second class after "package deal tourists" (mainly from Russia it seemed), broken glass and dirt around our bed, and having to ask more than once for extra linens and towels to cover all occupants in our room. The kids club was closed, with only the arcade being open (don't go by the listed opening times through). We definitely felt that we paid FAR too much for what we ended up getting and won't be back. This place has a lot of potential but at this time it is only potential.

Hello. Really i was so happy to be there at the resort everything was perfect i enjoyed with my time there at the amazing view at the beach and the swimming pool. And even the restaurants there so perfect and i would like to thank ms. Staff were friendly although rather busy due to number of guests. I’d normally try give recognition to a couple of staff members but on this occasion no one actually spent any time talking to us so I haven’t got any names to thank. We got an upgraded suite which was well appointed although being on the coast the humidity gave a slight sense of dampness to everything in the room. My main observation is the way COVID restrictions are observed in the different emirates; guests were allowed to self-serve at the breakfast buffet, tables were close together and each table did not have its own hand sanitisers. Personally, I feel more comfortable with the procedures hotels in Abu Dhabi are following. Obviously this isn’t down to the specific hotel as I’m sure they’re following the rules in Ras Al-Khaimah.

I have never been to a resort that asks for Security Deposit. This is just the beginning of the story. I checked in on 8th OCT & Checked out the Next Day i.e. 9th OCT & I had a deposit of 395 which was pre-authorised on my CC. Upon Check-Out there was some deduction of some AED 188 odd and remainin 277 was to be released back to the card. (The check out process took good 30 Mins. UFFF LONGEST CHECK OUT I EVER EXPERIENCED IN MY LIFETIME.) I got the confirmation & assurity that the amount has been released, which I wasn't convinced & hence asked for the invoice copy. I was checking regularly if the amount has been credited back, and it was negative always. When the CC statement was generated I realised that the full amount has been claimed by you guys, I called and checked with the bank, they confirmed the same. Now I started calling up Hotel from 28th OCT, I was connected to the reception explained them the situation, every time I called the reception they heard the concern & then tell me that they are busy with the guest & would call me back and not even one of them was courtious enough to call back. On 30th I was connected to some lady, she heard me out stayed on call with me for good 15 minutes & confirmed me that the issue is fixed & refund is processed & shall reflect in 3 Business days, I was content & waited for 3 days. But there was no refund. I again started calling the hotel, again the same story WE ARE BUSY WITH THE GUEST, WILL CALL BACK. Finally on 6th NOVI was connected to Ahmed, who said he was Shift Leader, I first got the same rebuttal from him saying he is busy with the guest. And I finally lost my patience & gave him a Peace of my Mind. Post which he made sure Nishika from his team called me back (I had spoken to her twice since morning) & she helped me resolve it & made sure the refund was processed & shared all the supporting documents as well. After such an experience, I definitely won't prefer to revisit or even recommend the property to anyone.

As all other reviews have indicated, the service is excellent throughout the hotel. From the moment of arrival, housekeeping and dining facilities. The breakfast location outside is wonderful. We never had any issue getting seating and tables were cleared quickly. The only negative aspect of the visit was the dissapointing approach and adherence for wearing masks. The majority of guests did not wear masks, even in areas required too by law. Understandably not everyone will respond to such requests to be responsible or compliant with the law. However there were multiple occasions I saw other guests wondering around the hotel lobby and not once were they approached by hotel staff. On one occasions a hotel staff member was themself sitting behind a desk talking to guest without wearing a mask

We had a wonderful stay. The hotel staff was super friendly. Rooms are clean and spacious and the beds are so comfy. Kids had a great time on the volleyball court and kids club. Over all experience was great. I would definitely come again and advise my friends and family to also come to this hotel

I totally regret using my points to stay in this resort. Integrating this resort and classifying 5* is somewhat incongruous. Our stay was disappointing. It doesn’t match with the Accor standing. I regret using my points for this kind of services and I would like to have a compensation. In the morning, the breakfast was not organise too many people waiting with their plate to being served. We felt we were in school canteen waiting like kids to be served for more that 20 minutes. We couldn’t find a seat because most of them “ were reserved”. How come do you accept “seat reservation” in a buffet breakfast? We booked our stay with breakfast and had to wait to have a table meanwhile people were passing in front of us because they reserved a particular table? Low-end clientele who doesn't have the same standard of good citizenship. ( commun area soiled by occupants, loud, elevators dirty, people swimming with there clothes, too much noises) We didn't dare to go to the pool. The housekeeping forgot to give us the minimum requirement ( dental kit, tea bags etc...) We had to call each day to get it. We made a reservation for a couple massage and .. we were being told that we can’t be together. So we decided to go to an other hotel near by and we received a call saying that “ she was referring to the rest of the facility like the jaccuzi and indoor pool” . ( as you understand we didn’t have our massage because of the miscommunication or the level of English.) I felt like this resort is definitely not one of your luxury branches. We travel a lot with my husband and we always go to Accor hotel for the quality of the services for our business trips or for leisure. We came for our anniversary I stecify it by email and by call. We didn’t have any attention for it. Thanks to my diamond reward we were upgraded to a suite .. but next to us was a family party till 3 am in a balcony we couldn’t even sleep properly. We didn’t enjoy our experience in this resort. We will remain loyal to the French group Accor, which manage the finest establishments in the emirates and around the world, but it is clear that this hotel is not a success in term of image and influence. We will not come back there and would advice against. Sincerely,

My stay was not as I expected it to be for an accor hotel. The cleanliness of the hotel was awful. You can smell different types of smells in all corridors which makes you feel that the place is unclean. Moreover, when I was about to sleep I was shocked to find red stains on the sheets which made me lose more trust in the hygiene of the hotel. Although the management tried to compensate and gave me one of their biggest suites, trust will still be hard to regain. However, a positive point is that the bigger suite had a clean smell which reflected cleanliness of the higher category rooms and not the lower category. In my point of view, the hotel is too big for the room service team and less concentration is done on lower category room cleaning. Also, the sheets, the blanket, and the mattress quality are quite low as I have been to many accor hotels and compared the quality of the beds, which makes this one my least favorite

Beach is having bad smell in water & its itching! Swimming pool is closed by 6pm most of the people now work @ home so if the pool is closed by 6 what entertainment activity left in hotel! Pirates club most of the equipment is not working! No drinks! Hotel is very far from markets so if we need to order any food its so difficult, I request management to use the bath area after the bath the floor full of water so every time we need to call cleaning guys to clean the floor.. overall the stay is just like a one star hotel

Good hotel and offer in a season peak. Things I did not like: 1. Extremely long waiting time for check in despite checking in online. 2. Bathroom seat is close to the door. 3. Bathroom water is kind of sticky and not crisp. Feels like there is soap in it. 4. Smell of the carpet floor not that great but ok. 5. Breakfast was average. 6. Beach is a stretch and full of shells. Those are things to improve on but not deterring at all. I will stay again there. It is a good hotel.
