A good relaxing trip with the family and surely worth it, definitely would recommend the resort to others for those who wish to have a relaxed time away from the hustle and bustle. Lovely resort. One drawback is the day we were at the resort there was road construction work and bit of an inconvenience to all who wanted to access the beach which on the opposite side of the resort, other than that the food, hospitality and other facilities was amazing, will surely visit again.

All went well with our 2 days stay, we checked in easily, all the staff are helpful. The hotel has a nice view and good facilities. It could have been better if the outdoor pool is temperature controlled. At midnight there is a bad smell coming out in the room as well. Apart from this, all good! We will definitely come back.

Visited the property on a special occasions. Thanks to Ms. Alaa who did an amazing job and for the birthday cake and Amenities. Breakfast was amazing and had a lot of options. They have heated bathtubs on 1st floor.

This is my 2nd stay at the property. Breakfast Buffet was lovely and they had huge number of varieties. Chefs always greets before they assist. Stay was comfortable and check out was fast and professional by Ms. Aarithy. Professional, courteous and extraordinary guest relations talent was found from Ms. Alaa. She made sure that I receive my courtesy call and everything was fine during our stay at the property. Thanks a lot and we will visit again.

They did not informed us about activities for new year was going on in the hotel like gala dinner, and also outside the hotel like live concert outside and all roads block to go back to hotel without stickers. We asked connecting room by phone or at least next to each other room for our children but they did not provide even we called 2 times in advance.

This was a long awaited staycation for our family after all the confusion and difficulties of the year. Our expectation based on reviews and pictures of the resort was very high. Positives first. Though the check in time was 3pm, they allowed us an early check in by 1.30 pm itself. We were upgraded from Junior suite to a Marjan suite and the check in experience was pleasant albeit a bit slow. The customer service aspect ended there. Our booking was for half board and we had dinner and breakfast from there. The food was good and the buffet was served by staff manning each buffet station. They have an arcade area which is good for kids. Tennis courts and football courts are also well maintained. There is also option to rent bicycles, tricycles and the 4 seater cycles, which can be fun. The major bummer was that the outdoor pool was cold. It was supposed to be a heated pool. But the water was very cold. Despite our complaint, this was not addressed on the second day as well. The indoor pool is only open to adults and hence children have only this pool to access. This was a major deal breaker for us. The room was disappointing and dull despite this being a suite room. The customer service left a lot to be desired for. People attended to you as if you were a hassle to them. Probably we are at fault since we are used to excellent customer service from other resorts that we have been to in other parts of the world. Overall this was not a holiday that we were looking forward to and will not be returning back here any soon

Friendly staffs. Breakfast and dinner buffet is ok (we use Entertainer voucher for dinner) Rooms need more light, some facilities is old and out off order ( the maintenance staff came and fixed right away). No private beach. Buffet should have some seafood.
