V Good Stay

We had an amazing stay with my family on April 6th. The service was excellent, especially from Restaurant Manager Ajin and his team. The chefs were always ready to assist in the main restaurant, and the poolside, Front desk and housekeeping teams were fantastic as well. It made our time there truly memorable.

We visited during Eid. The lobby was nice, but it was very crowded, the complimentary drinks to the reception were Very horrible nobody to serve It was more of service yourself. Entering the room the room is very spacious, but it did not have a hotel smell. The first impression is that the window were fogy and not clean. The bathroom did not even have complementary toothbrushes. The mirror in the bathroom had rust on the corners. The cabinet on the room had the handles falling down. We requested couple of times that the room had to be clean but the cleaning was very poor. The dust was clearly shown on the glass shelf in the coffee section. Overall, not much activities at the hotel the access to the beach we had to cross the road. The wifi keeps on disconnecting.

Waiting around one hour and half to do check in and we did it at 16:30 also second day since 12pm asking for housekeeping to change towels and bedsheets and they said after 3 pm and no one attend and called 5 times to send someone and keeping saying will send and went to reception and they are saying will send and she didn’t ask about room number and i told her how you will send them she said ok and we came from outside and still room same no one went to clean it and went again to reception at 8pm and finally met Supervisor Saeed and same time he send someone to clean our room

Has nothing to do with pullman standards, curtains and carpets in the room old and dusty. Some staff members unexperienced or has nothing to do with the field: totally hostile (the kicked us out of the lounge at midnight and switch off the light on us). Restaurants staff trying their best to be professional but buffet very poor and cheap. Pool a disaster, hygiene, capacity, dirty moldy towels.. A horrible experience that we had to end our holiday and change hotel
