Nice location, poor stay experience

The hotel is in a great location and we enjoyed our excellent 3-bedroom suite. What we didn't enjoy was the extremely disruptive party going on in the suite below us, well past 12.30am. Complaints to security finally resulted in some peace and quiet around 1am! The buffet was a decent offering for breakfast and dinner, however we were disappointed that the Asian restaurant was also converted into a buffet space rathe than offering a teppenyakki experience as advertised.

We were a couple staying, purchased voucher from cobone which says superior room however the hotel gave us 2 single bed rooms and claims its cobone deal. Very disappointed as I confirmed in advance about my booking and said am celebrating my anniversary. I would be more happy if the hotel would tell there is no availability I would not purchase the coupons. AED 800 of waste. the spa coupons are of no use as you can redeem only AED 150 pp per day. Buffet lunch at Liwan restaurant for AED 145 was not worth the spread. very limited options. Only thing I enjoyed was Turtle beach. Wont be returning to stay nor will recommend.

The hotel page shows a private beach, and it is written in the website that it has private beach. while in fact it doesn't! also there isn't water games for kids as the photos shows. the pirate club has 80% of the games switched off, and they just says it doesn't work! the hotel is so noisy and no sound isolation at all in the room, you could hear people in the pool, or hallway or other room just as they are in your room! I couldn't sleep at all and had to cancel the second night

The room and everything was well organized but I don’t like the open buffet for the dinner and lunch 80 % indian food and 20% only different I didn’t find any thing to eat except rice and fish you should mix as some people don’t like Indian food like me because of spicies but the desserts was very delicious

Hotel services is not reach your grade. No much food verities compare to same grade hotels. Restaurant is not clean at all. I have used my water wipes to clean the table due to all the edges of table remain food particles. Smell of the tables was so bad. we were there with my family (5 people with kids). we requested to combine 2 tables together. after lot of arguments the hotel person arrange a table but not in the requested area (outside under the shade). He told he cant arrange that area it is not allowed etc. But while we are having breakfast they prepare same area, same tables what we requested to another set of people. How disgusting? Rooms are not clean at all. Dust is every ware. no tooth paste, no tooth brush. We requested room makeup but they did not do it properly. There was one large stain in in the bed. they did not change the matrass cover. These are only few. there are lot more. I don't want to waste my time with such bad experience. This is not the only one hotel we stayed. we stayed Hilton Ras Al Khaimah in sea villa. They gave fantastic service and food. then we went 2nd time as well to that. I will never come to your hotel at all. as well as never recommend to anyone.

I wasn’t impressed with the breakfast lounge where they moved us to other restaurant Had problem with AC in the room which got cut off at midnight WiFi was worse inside the room. Poor connection, need to do something on that The only positive I see is the pool service , beach is close by

Average hotel with big rooms but not much facilities. Just a swimming pool and kids club. No access to Beach.

There was a huge delay in check in and rooms were available after waiting for an hour. The rooms were very clean and tidy. The balcony and the view to the sea were just awesome. The buffet at Liwan restaurant was very good. Overall it was a memorable stay.

Stay was nice but need to make alot of amendments in terms if changing the door handles for bathroom and some accessories… Doors were not locked properly… Door handles were rusted … u need to upgrade if wanna remain in the competition

We arrived early from Dubai and delighted to check in early. We waited for about 15 minutes before we were given our room keys. When we reached the room, forst thing we noticed is that the room doesnt feel clean. The counter where the TV was placed is so dusty that we literally scraped some of the dust! A bit disappointed that there is no coffee machine and the good old kettle was there. We have to request for extra bottled water, tea and milk as there were 3 adults. We also have to call the HK to set up the sofabed and bring extra pillows and heavy blanket for the 3rd adult who happens to be a senior. The sofabed is not so comfortable and uneven when used. We also requested for extra towels, toiletries and bathrobes. All the items were requested one time when we called HK but we have to call again to deliver the missing items. The HK came 3x to our room to complete the delivery. Nevertheless, the HK staffs were polite and courteous. The only downside of our stay is the food. I cannot really say that the food was the best. There are certainly a lot of room for improvement. We were given a welcome drink stub which was not used as either the restaurant is closed or other reasons the reception gave. The staff specially the reception should be very much aware of the hotel. We were directed to the Aysya for breakfast when it was at Liwan. Basic but caused inconvenience as the senior person with us has to walk a little longer, saved using the wheelchair. Pool attendant needs to be more attentive to the hotel guests. Overall, our stay could have been better and more enjoyable. Are we coming back? Maybe.

This was a family stay. The location is great and the quality of service is fantastic. Halim, Younès were fantastic during our stay trying to cater to any of our needs. Unfortunately the upgrade proposed was not satisfactory despite their best efforts. The F& B département need to improve the quality of food wether it is for breakfast or diner. They cannot manage having the hotel fully booked and insured the best quality.

I have booked my stay with full board in hotel and I booked one extra lunch Because I was having extra time so I paid in respetion extra payment for it but when it’s come to lunch time I have been denied from having lunch even there was payment don in advance . It was very embracing situation at the end I lfit the hotel without lunch
