We arrived hotel at 12:30 but We got the rooms at 6 pm , once we arrived to much confusion for rooms as we booked 6 rooms because we where big family with kids they gave as only 3 rooms and the rest 3 got it very late. we faced too much difficulties anD didnt enjoy because its already too late, there was also confusing in paying tourist fees . We already payed once arrived but on the time of check out they asked us to pay and we explain once again that we already paid ,,too much waste of time .

Everything is just awesome and wonderful the cleanes, the safety the people working there from reservation , reception to Security the waiters the shefs the house keeping every one become your friend before you know it. I praise the management of the hotels for hiring such amazing staffs that every company would be lucky if they have just one of their kind but the Marian island have them all. ZINEB, NADIA, OSAMA, NAREENDRAN, BADER , MOHAMMAD, ISMAIL, ADEEL, CHEF HAMZA AND THE TURKISH CHEF CONGRATULATION GUYS YOU ARE AWESOME. ah one more thing the food is so yummy really yummy

Checking at the reception was terrible, the agent hasn't complete the payment with the hotel and receptionists mentioned to me go and sort out with the agent instead they would do behalf of us with reservation team. Not sure it was star class standard Also I have mentioned there was 2 phone calls received from hotel during the week, one from reservation team other from reception and they both confirmed the reservation and ask to bring the EID's, so not sure how these can be handled in such a professional manner instead your guest waiting for 1 hour out there embarrassing front of all others. Restaurants and HK services was great, Thanks to all. Safety in the pool was shocking, one LG on duty and there were 3 near drowning happened on Fri and one of them I saved showing to the girl next to us, she jumped and save the kid but she lost her phone I guess due to the water. If I share these videos with authorities or social media of the pool including above it could be have more action in future, but I informed to the team instead. Also on Sat afternoon one child got accident with small bleeding and the LG and the attendant were doing first aid near the pool bar and pool was unattended for 20-25m....what a safety... One LG cannot handle that pool during peak times because of small island middle of the pool, blind spot. God Bless them..I hope these poor boys will not be in trouble in future for any major accidents which can be caused in these condition. I hope these feedback will help to increase the customer satisfaction along with safety. However, we will not be visiting your hotel anymore due to the poor standards Especially customer care and safety. We have also share the feedback with agent. Thanks

We had a wonderful stay in Marjan Island resort & Spa. With Covid-19 situation, they are taking safety measurements, such as sanitizing, temp check and social distancing. Staff were so friendly and helpful. They provide everything we request for in minutes. Breakfast was so delicious with variety of choices. The only negative point was my bed cover, it had a brown stain. However, they changed it immediately when we informed them.

Power was on and off during our check-in but this was for the whole island of Marjan. We finished check in after an hour but was offered a late check out of 3:00 p.m. and our room was upgraded to a two bedroom suite, thanks to MIRS and Janina for this nice gesture. The beach was really good on a Saturday morning with very few people. I can easily monitor my son jet skiing. The staff was very nice and courteous and the beach facilities are good and clean. The golf car ride from the hotel to the beach was very much appreciated. The pool was very nice as well, the facilities are very well sanitized. Hand sanitizers are all over the hotel, no problem if you forgot yours in the room and they will also give you a mask in case you forget to wear one. If you like water activities and restful place, you can add this place to your bucket list. It is really worth the stay. There were a few issues but they are minor and were dealt with promptly by the staff. We are a family of five and the beddings were for four. I needed to call at night to provide us with bedding for one and I had to call twice. The first time I called one lady answered and said it will take 10 mins. but it took 30 mins. and no one brought anything. The second time I called they brought it immediately and the housekeeping guy offered to set it up for us. We were also locked out of our room when we returned at 2:00 p.m. on our checkout day, I had to go to the front desk to explain that we were given a late checkout, this was sorted immediately but I had to stand in the queue for sometime.

I and my friends were welcomed with a very sweet smile. Alaa assisted us and Umut took our check in. Though it took a little bit of time as 2 counters were already been occupied by the guests. All the formalities were flawless. But I am a little disappointed for the view of my suite as it got a partial view of pool and beach. Anyways thanks to Ram from HK to help us with extra bed and Justine from IRD. Breakfast was very good over there I was assisted by Chef Raj, Mehdi and A NOTE TO THE MANAGEMENT, aAS SOON AS I ENTERED TO THE BREAKFAST RESTAURANT THE HOSTESS WAS BUSY IN TEXTING OR USING HER MOBILE, AS A 5 STAR HOTEL IT IS MANDATORY TO KEEP MOBILE ASIDE AND ASSIST GUEST FIRST. It was a little irritating thing for me. And upon departure I was assisted by Janahi and formalities were done very smoothly. Will come back but THE MANAGEMENT NEEDS TO FIX THE USAGE OF MOBILE PHONES IN GUEST AREA.

Good staff but not very clean

The hotel is located on a nice island..however, the room we got was dirty once we got in. We travelled with a baby, so we couldn’t really be fussy about it as we didn’t want to move rooms. There was hair in the toilet and we left it like that even until the next day cleaning but the hair was still there even after they cleaned the room...staff was very nice and helpful though.. there are things that don’t make sense because of COVID-19 situation. We couldn’t take our own food at breakfast and some doors were closed so people couldn’t walk through but in the pool there were like 50 people in it.. just don’t get the logic but anyway...it’s not really baby-friendly hotel as bringing stroller around the hotel was a hit of a challenge

The room was very smiley The sofa bed was very low quality and stained. The housekeeper staff are very nice and cooperative however the limited resources like the air refresher is not available neither rooms or corridors.

Our experience was great and that in big part because of Alaa in Guest Relations.. she made our stay experience amazing.. she sent us cake and fruits, and followed up with us several times about our satisfaction. She was always willing to help and do anything she can to make us happy. She is a wonderful person.
