I used the hotel for the weekend during "EID" holiday for the first time with my husband, I loved it,the staff were friendly.the hotel had a character to it,I will definitely recommend it to my family & friends

The hotel is in a great location and we enjoyed our excellent 3-bedroom suite. What we didn't enjoy was the extremely disruptive party going on in the suite below us, well past 12.30am. Complaints to security finally resulted in some peace and quiet around 1am! The buffet was a decent offering for breakfast and dinner, however we were disappointed that the Asian restaurant was also converted into a buffet space rathe than offering a teppenyakki experience as advertised.

We were a couple staying, purchased voucher from cobone which says superior room however the hotel gave us 2 single bed rooms and claims its cobone deal. Very disappointed as I confirmed in advance about my booking and said am celebrating my anniversary. I would be more happy if the hotel would tell there is no availability I would not purchase the coupons. AED 800 of waste. the spa coupons are of no use as you can redeem only AED 150 pp per day. Buffet lunch at Liwan restaurant for AED 145 was not worth the spread. very limited options. Only thing I enjoyed was Turtle beach. Wont be returning to stay nor will recommend.

The hotel page shows a private beach, and it is written in the website that it has private beach. while in fact it doesn't! also there isn't water games for kids as the photos shows. the pirate club has 80% of the games switched off, and they just says it doesn't work! the hotel is so noisy and no sound isolation at all in the room, you could hear people in the pool, or hallway or other room just as they are in your room! I couldn't sleep at all and had to cancel the second night

The room and everything was well organized but I don’t like the open buffet for the dinner and lunch 80 % indian food and 20% only different I didn’t find any thing to eat except rice and fish you should mix as some people don’t like Indian food like me because of spicies but the desserts was very delicious
