We celebrated my Mother's birthday at Pullman Al Marjan RAK, and it was absolutely perfect! 🎉 The whole team was wonderful, and a very special thank you goes to Saeed Mansour at the Front Office, who took such amazing care of us and arranged late check out was wonderful 💛 We came for a staycation and couldn’t have chosen a better place. The hotel is stunning, the atmosphere peaceful, and the service truly exceptional. Thank you to everyone for making this day unforgettable — we left feeling genuinely happy and grateful! 🌞

Food is not up to the mark and menu is limited and repetitive. Vegetarian options are almost nil.

The start is not really good. They made me wait in the lobby for an hour to get inside the room, even if they had said in the beginning, I just need to wait for 15 minutes. Please do not give false hope to the customer.

I stayed with my wife for a day to celebrate our 1st anniversary as a couple. The room is spacious, the view from the balcony is lovely, the swimming pool is nice, the breakfast is great and Shakira and May played a huge role for making our stay extra special.
