I am not satisfied with my stay and i dont feel.my security during the stay. My room was double booked and in the middle of the night some enter our room and i was disappointed because I paid to enjoy and to relaks during my stay but it was a nightmare

Housekeeping outstanding. However, food was very disappointing especially with the hotel management's insistence of serving dinner outside and the very repetitive menu. The same limited offering every evening for two weeks was unsatisfactory and the food was quite cold when available. A reasonable decision to allow those who were Ramadan fasting first opportunity for dinner, but not so much when those same people were still occupying tables over two hours later. In addition, once tables were available, there were insufficient staff to clear and reset for other guests. At the same time, the main restaurant was CLOSED. A very strange decision. Very upsetting experience at the end of our stay when, having paid what we were asked to pay on our arrival, on checking out an additional fee was demanded. Our transport to the airport had arrived and was waiting and, in the circumstances, we had to leave swiftly. Attitude of the Front Office manager was decidedly unhelpful and an unpleasant conversation was only ended when we "donated" the AED1000 room account deposit which was left with the hotel rather than be claimed back as it had not been accessed. The situation was made worse by the somewhat limited command of English by senior staff. Our room cleaner appeared to speak the language better! A very disappointing experience in view of our previous vacation at this hotel and others managed by Accor. Not at all what we would expect in view of our Accor Gold membership!

I would like to share some feedback from my recent stay. The rooms did not meet the cleanliness standards expected from a 5-star rated property, which was disappointing. I had booked a half-board package. Iftar service started at 6:15 PM; however, when I arrived, I was asked whether I was fasting. Since I was not fasting, I was requested to wait until 7:30 PM, when dinner service for hotel guests would begin. During the Iftar period (approximately 6:30 PM to 7:30 PM), the restaurant was fully booked and there were no available tables, as informed by the reception staff in the dining area. When we were finally seated at 7:30 PM, the food refilling was not well managed and many dishes seemed like leftovers from the earlier service. On a positive note, I could see that the service staff were making sincere efforts to accommodate guests and maintain the service flow. However, it appeared that the hotel may have been operating beyond its service capacity during this period. Guests who came for Iftar were asked to leave around 7:30 PM to make space for hotel guests for dinner, which created an uncomfortable and rushed experience. Overall, the experience felt unfair considering the time and money spent. I hope the hotel will review its capacity planning and service arrangements during peak periods like Iftar to ensure a better experience for all guests.

A comfortable stay.. hotel’s biggest asset is the staff… especially around the pool (all the services team are amazing), and the gentleman that checked us in.. parking available, nice beach (despite being a 5 minutes drive).
