First room there was problem with ac condition we changed it second there was problem with water over load all my bathroom was full of water and I had to contact maintaince group. Overall I paid for relaxation while did mistake by choosing your hotel cuz it caused me more headache

Overall experience is good. There was an issues with the wet floor in the bathroom. My 5yo son slipped and fall down on the floor and hurt his head badly. So we advise the cleaning staff to put a towel on the floor or to buy bath carpets. Nevertheless we hope to come back soon.

The place is in good location and the staff is very helpful. There are few things which could have been better like the sofa in the living room of one-bedroom suite (extremely old).

just enjoy the NYE firework, it is important. the facilities of the hotel is very poor. no telephone connection, the light have to resume functioning by changing the bulb.
