Stay was good but only issue was that there no fresh juices and everywhere there were packaged juices. The vitamin bar had the same options as other outlets and there was nothing special.

First of all the floor in the room was dirty once we checked in, the air conditioner was not working properly and it was hot during the night. The water flow was very low even after contacting the team, they haven’t fixed and I have a video showing how bad is the water flow. After several requests from the service team, they proposed to change the room at 19;30 in the evening of check out, which is absurd and unprofessional. I insist to have a compensation for this bad staycation and I have informed the receptionist upon check out that I will wait for 1 week before posting my videos and comments on social media, Google Maps.

Comfortable stay and good food overall. However, attention to guest requests was lacking. I was celebrating my 10-year wedding anniversary and had requested some room decoration. I was informed this would be done as a complimentary gesture, but it was disappointing that it was not arranged, even after discussing it again on the day of check-in. Additionally, the cake was delivered late at night, whereas I had been told it would be provided at 4 PM, and I had specifically requested it to be ready at the time of check-in 3pm. If the hotel was operating with a reduced or limited premium service, it would have been better to offer guests the option to upgrade and experience the actual Rixos standard even at an additional cost.

My experience was overall okay. I booked a premium room with a sea view, but the room was quite small and didn’t meet my expectations. The main issue was the air conditioning it wasn’t working properly and didn’t cool the room well, which made it very uncomfortable and I couldn’t sleep properly throughout the night
