Rixos Mairid Team, We just got back from our stay at Rixos Hotel Mairid and honestly, it turned out to be so much more than we expected — it was my birthday, and the whole team went above and beyond to make it special. From the moment we arrived, Saung made sure everything about our stay ran smoothly and took such good care of us. My daughter has quite a few food allergies, which usually makes dining out stressful, but Bittu and chefs Abdul and Liju completely put our minds at ease — they created a wonderful meal for her without her ever feeling left out or restricted. That kind of care really doesn't go unnoticed. The restaurant team also deserves a huge shoutout - Abhishek Shao, Abhishek Kumar, Iloka, and Shaw were attentive, friendly, and made every meal feel like an occasion. By the end of our trip, my whole family was genuinely happy and already talking about coming back. Thank you to the (the Rixos Mairid team for turning my birthday into such a memorable one!

The service provided by the reception team, room service staffs, the boggie drivers and restaurant teams was truly outstanding and beyond words. I would also like to share some constructive feedback. While the service was excellent, I found the rooms to be satisfactory rather than exceptional and the food quality and variety were average. In particular, I felt that the food selection at Bab Al Bahr was more diverse and enjoyable during my previous visits a few years ago.
