The hotel facilities are exceptional. I loved the beach, the bars at the beach, the well maintained seating areas. At night there was live music and DJ The all-inclusive addition really made the experience a lot better.

The hotel really is a split between the sedate villa side and lively family side in the hotel. It’s more of a family hotel than a couples hotel. However the beach, pools , facilities, superb restaurants & of course wonderful service delivered by exceptional team members. Well worth a stay especially in the 5 star villa side

The staff were incredible. Despite many Russian guests not given them the respect they deserve. Every team member we met were amazing. Fantastic team and food.

A large resort which still feels personal. Fantastic staff , great food and service. The buffet always fresh and varied. Plenty of sun loungers, special mention for Stephen in the Toro restaurant and the chef in the Turquoise restaurant, he actually offered to make me plain chicken due to food allergies.

From the time of arrival every member of staff made you feel welcome Also I believe there is various work going on at the hotel this had no impact on our stay which was comfortable and the food and drinks were very good
