The poperty as usual was excellent. Rixos has retained the skeleton structure of Hilton. Some areas were still not ready for guests. Food on day 1 of our stay was completely continental and we expected at least some Indian food to be available considering that we were with older members of our family. No food available in any of the restaurants between 4-6 which is a bummer considering this is an all inclusive hotel stay. Entertainment was better at Rixos bab Al bahr RAK.

The room was comfortable, the buffet had a large variety of food, there was a lot of activities for all age groups. It would have been great if there was more than one outdoor bar.

On the positive side, the territory is beautiful, well-maintained, and offers a relaxing atmosphere. However, compared to our previous stays in Hilton properties, we noticed a decline in the food variety and quality. This was particularly disappointing given that the prices have significantly increased. Another major drawback was the limited operating hours of the beach bars. Despite being on an "all-inclusive" plan, the bars only operated from 2 PM to 6 PM, which felt restrictive and not in line with the premium pricing. It gave the impression of staying on a "full board" plan rather than enjoying a true all-inclusive experience. Overall, while the setting was pleasant, the changes in service and amenities left us feeling that the experience did not match the value we expected for the cost.
