First and foremost, please accept our sincere apologies for the shortcomings you experienced, particularly regarding the maintenance issues in your room, cleanliness concerns, and your perception of service from our team. This is certainly not the level of experience we aim to deliver, and we regret the inconvenience caused during your stay. With regard to the ongoing enhancements and partial closure of certain areas, we would like to respectfully highlight that a pre-arrival communication was sent on 02.06, informing all arriving guests about the ongoing improvements within the resort. However, we fully understand your concern and regret if this was not sufficiently clear or did not fully address your expectations prior to arrival. We are also sorry to hear about the maintenance issue with the toilet seat and the presence of ants in the room. These matters have been shared with our housekeeping and engineering teams for immediate review and corrective action to ensure such situations are prevented in the future. Regarding your comments about service and support from our team, we take this very seriously. We strive to maintain a consistently helpful and attentive level of hospitality, and we regret that this was not your perception during your stay. Your feedback has been shared with the relevant department heads for further follow-up and coaching where required. As per our records, our team also extended a late check-out to you as a gesture of goodwill in order to help improve your experience, and we note that your departure was after 4:00 PM. We hope this provided some additional comfort at the end of your stay. We truly appreciate your feedback as it helps us identify areas where we need to improve.
