There were good aspects as well as areas that could be improved. We were there as a group booking of 25. The booking process was not as slick as I wished it to be. The process for signature was antiquated - use something like Docusign. Booking a table for dinner together proved hard but eventually we got there. Huge leak in 2 of the bedrooms which was mis communicated but rectified with a different villa.

We booked six rooms during the National Day holiday and have been regular guests at Rixos Bab Al Bahr for many years. This was our first stay at Rixos Madrid, and our expectations were understandably high given our past experiences with the brand. The rooms were good, clean, and comfortable, and there were no issues on that front. However, our experience with food and dining was disappointing, especially considering this is an all-inclusive resort. We had a dinner reservation at the Oriental restaurant for 9:30 PM, but the restaurant did not inform us of the kitchen’s closing time. As a result, several dishes we ordered were never served, which was frustrating and poorly handled. Overall, we felt that the quality of food and drinks did not meet the standard we expect from Rixos, particularly when compared to our many stays at Rixos Bab Al Bahr. For an all-inclusive package, there is definitely room for improvement in variety, quality, and service coordination. We hope management takes this feedback seriously, as we value the Rixos brand and would like to see this property reach the level we know Rixos is capable of.

Celebrated by friends birthday at the all inclusive rixos Al miriad. The staff were extremely kind and polite. They had even surprised us by decorating the room for my friends 50th celebration.
