This is a very well laid out resort with a lovely large beach. The staff go out of their way to help you out. There is a good selection of food and drink and the property is going to undergo the refurbishment of rooms soon.

Although our stay at Rixos was generally pleasant, we faced a significant inconvenience when the water supply was unavailable for approximately three hours.

Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience you experienced due to the temporary water interruption. Unfortunately, this was caused by an unexpected emergency - a broken water pipe - which required immediate attention to prevent further damage and ensure the safety of our guests and facilities. Our engineering team acted as quickly as possible to resolve the issue and restore the water supply within the shortest time. We truly regret the discomfort this situation may have caused during those three hours and appreciate your understanding.
