The condition of the room upon arrival, the air conditioning concerns, low water pressure, and the delayed resolution provided were certainly not reflective of the standards and experience we aim to deliver to our valued guests. First of all, please allow us to sincerely apologize that your 10-year wedding anniversary celebration did not unfold as planned during your stay with us. Such a special occasion deserved thoughtful attention and seamless arrangements, and we truly regret that we fell short of your expectations. We are especially sorry that the room decoration discussed prior to your arrival was not arranged accordingly despite your follow-up during check-in. We completely understand how disappointing this must have felt, particularly when celebrating such an important milestone. In addition, please accept our apologies for the delayed cake delivery. We understand that you had specifically requested for it to be prepared upon your arrival, and we regret that it was delivered much later than the promised timing. We recognize how important timing and attention to detail are during celebratory moments, and we are sorry for the inconvenience caused. We are pleased to know that you found the property overall pleasant, however we are truly sorry to learn that certain aspects did not fully meet your expectations. Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused by the room size and, most importantly, the air conditioning performance. We fully understand how essential a comfortable room temperature is for a good night’s rest, and we regret that this impacted your sleep quality. For your information, as part of our ongoing sustainability initiatives, our air conditioning system is centrally regulated with a minimum set point of 22°C. This measure is designed to support energy efficiency and environmental responsibility across the resort. Our engineering team is also continuously monitoring system performance to ensure optimal comfort within these parameters. Your comments regarding room comfort have been shared with the relevant teams for further review, as guest comfort remains a top priority for us.
