The stay was absolutely well taken care of. Because the main building was being renovated we got bumped up to the villas. The space was large and the facilities were too notch. We had the pool at the backyard and the beach a few steps away. Food and drinks were all-inclusive and great. The staff were friendly and polite. Always ready to extend a helping hand. The buggy that takes us from the far off villas to the main hotel was available to us within minutes of the call. 10/10 would come back!

We had a comfortable family weekend here to celebrate my birthday, and check-in and check-out were both quick and well-coordinated with no wasted time. The resort has a nice atmosphere overall. That said, a few things could use some attention. Our rooms felt quite dated — the sliding door in one of the rooms to the closet was coming off the railing, the furniture was worn out, and the bathroom looked old with buildup in the shower corners and a tub that drained very slowly. Dining service was also inconsistent. Most of the waiters weren’t very friendly or proactive, but there was one waitress at Turquoise Restaurant who was excellent and really stood out for her service. I don’t recall her name, but she deserves recognition she was an African national. The pool area also needs better upkeep — there were bird droppings on the lounge chairs and even in the pool water. Despite these issues, we did enjoy our stay and would consider returning if the maintenance and cleanliness are improved.
