1- the hotel has a real problem in accessibility, for example if you are staying in the east wing then you have to go all around the building to reach an entrance to turquoise restaurant, something for rixy club ,arela restaurant, and this is the first time I see something like this in any hotel ,because hotels are all about hospitality and must be comfortable to guests. 2- the food needs real improvement ,and there should be more arabic main courses

Hotel and buffet were very good. A la carte restaurants did not have enough choice or explanation regarding the food e.g.Italian restaurant did not indicate on the menu that the fish starter was raw fish.Some of the starters in this restaurant were also too big. Generally the management did not seem to know how to run a restaurant e.g. bringing starters, mains and side dishes all at the same time. The main stage speakers were directed towards the hotel rooms resulting in there being no escape from the music when in the room. Some of the entertainment seemed totally inappropriate e.g. The female DJ playing loud beat type music between 4 and 5pm at the pool bar. The locations of the outdoor gym and aqua aerobic sessions in the children's pool seemed badly thought through due to clashes of loud music around young families. The beaches were lovely with plenty sunbeds and towels.
