We regret that your two-night family break did not meet your expectations and understand your frustration with the time spent following up on your concerns. During your stay, our team attended to the air conditioning, checked the hot-water supply and located and returned your daughter’s flip-flops. We recognize that clear, timely updates are just as important as the actions taken to resolve an issue. We appreciate your positive comments about our restaurant colleagues and the service around the resort. We are also pleased that you enjoyed the complimentary mother-and-daughter massage arranged by Ankit. Alongside this, we extended your checkout until 4pm without charge so that your family could enjoy additional time at the resort. These arrangements were offered with genuine care to improve the remainder of your stay. We understand that seeing rooms advertised online raised questions about why a further extension was unavailable. Online room availability does not necessarily mean that a 6pm checkout can be accommodated, and we were unable to meet that request given our room commitments that evening. We have reviewed your correspondence alongside our service records, including the actions taken in response to your concerns. This review has identified opportunities to improve our communication and follow-up, and the findings have been shared with the relevant teams.
