Superbly clean and well appointed room. The staff were all very accommodating and extremely helpful. Perhaps the best hotel I've ever stayed in as far as the service provided by the staff is concerned. Lovely restaurant overlooking the river Lot with an amazing and plentiful breakfast. Evening meal very good served by Nelson who is a gem and a credit to your organisation.

Great hotel located along the river Lot, well-equipped. The rooms are big and well decorated. Bathtub is provided. River view is the quietest.

Our second visit to this hotel. We stayed for a whole week and shall do so again next August. The setting over the river Lot is really beautiful and we were given our favourite room again. It is a beautiful peaceful place to relax. The town of Villeneuve is just right!

Everything was 100%. Professional, friendly member of staff on arrival. Everything explained. The room was excellent, well decorated with lovely furniture and a balcony looking over the river. A very interesting hotel to stay at with all its history.
