We stay regularly in Ibis Budget hotels because we appreciate the comfort of the beds. The personnel were fine offering to help with bags. The hotel is in need of maintenance, there was a dirty footprint in the bedroom. The beds were less comfortable than expected, there were no bed tables , only one chair and no spare pillows. We ate breakfast towards the end of serving and the choice of items especially breads and pastries was limited.

No lift, one socket in room away from bed, air-con not working, tired and poorly maintained generally. No secure parking. I usually stay in the budget hotels but this one was the worst.
